       急性胰腺炎(AP)是一种常见的消化系统急症。随着生活水平的提高,其重症发病率也逐年增加。中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎在临床实践中展现出优势。近年来,大柴胡汤合大承气汤在治疗急性胰腺炎方面药理机制的研究不断延伸,同时对方药中的药理活性成分也在不断深入研究。该文旨在整理相关研究,综述大柴胡汤合大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的理论基础、临床应用、药物活性成分、药理机制等,以期为临床实践和进一步深入研究提供参考。
        Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common gastrointestinal emergency.With the improvement of living standards,the incidence of severe AP has been increasing year by year.The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has shown advantages in the clinical practice of acute pancreatitis.In recent years,the pharmacological mechanism of Dachaihu Decoction combined with Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has been continuously studied,and the pharmacological active components in the prescription are also being explored.This article aims to summarize  relevant  research on the theoretical basis,clinical application,active ingredients and pharmacological mechanism of Dachaihu Decoction combined with Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,providing reference for clinical practice and further research.

胰源性门静脉高压的临床诊断和治疗研究进展

       胰源性门静脉高压(PSPH)是由脾静脉(SV)流通受阻引起的一种临床综合征,在临床较为罕见且对患者造成生命威胁,但却为门静脉高压唯一可治愈的类型。其主要发病诱因是胰腺原发疾病,通常为胰腺急(慢)性炎症、胰腺占位性病变和胰腺手术操作导致。1型孤立性食管胃底静脉曲张、脾大、脾功能亢进是PSPH的主要临床表现特征,其中食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血是PSPH最为严重的并发症;患者若表现为肝功能正常但出现原因不明脾肿大并伴有消化道出血症状,应考虑可能出现了PSPH。PSPH的治疗可分为胰腺原发病、门静脉高压及并发症的综合性诊治。本文旨在回顾PSPH的相关文献,对其有关临床诊断与治疗现状进行综述,以期指导医务工作者在临床中尽早发现PSPH并对患者及时有效治疗。
       Pancreatic segmental portal hypertension(PSPH)is a clinical syndrome caused by spleen vein(SV)occlusion or stenosis.It is a rare and life-threatening hemorrhagic disease of the upper digestive tract,but it is the only curable type of portal hypertension.The main cause is primary pancreatic disease,which is usually due to acute or chronic pancreatic inflammation,pancreatic space-occupying lesions and pancreatic surgery.Type 1 isolated esophagogastric varices,splenomegaly and hypersplenism are the main clinical features of PSPH,and esophagogastric variceal bleeding is the most serious complication of PSPH.PSPH  should  be  considered in  patients with  normal liver function  but  unexplained  splenomegaly  accompanied  by gastrointestinal bleeding.The treatment of PSPH can be divided into a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of primary pancreatic disease,portal hypertension and complications.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to review relevant literature of PSPH,the relevant clinical diagnosis and treatment status quo were summerized,in order to guide the medical workers in clinical PSPH,early detection and timely and effective treatment for patients.

老年慢性心力衰竭患者血清 SCD-1 和 sVEGFR-2 表达水平及其与预后的评估价值研究

       目的   探究血清多配体蛋白聚糖-1(SCD-1)与可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-2(sVEGFR-2)表达水平在老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后评估的判定价值。方法   选取2023年1月—2024年3月珠海市第五人民医院检验科收治的110例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,检测其血清SCD-1和sVEGFR-2水平,对患者进行随访调查,了解其再次由于心力衰竭住院、心源性死亡的情况。运用多因素Logistic回归分析,探究老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后影响因素。结果  Logistic回归分析显示,心功能分级(OR=3.433,95%CI:0.934~6.431)、B型脑钠肽升高(OR=2.462,95%CI:0.861~4.765)、血清SCD-1升高OR=3.795,95%CI:0.972~6.894)、血清sVEGFR-2升高(OR=3.842,95%CI:0.942~6.912)为影响老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后不良的重要因素(P<0.05);联合血清SCD-1和sVEGFR-2曲线下面积0.962与B型脑肽钠曲线下面积0.844,相较于单一SCD-1曲线下面积0.658、sVEGFR-2曲线下面积0.712明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论   经研究证实,老年慢性心力衰竭患者预后效果不理想,其血清SCD-1和sVEGFR-2监测水平异常升高,和老年慢性心力衰竭预后不佳存在关联性,可视为老年慢性心力衰竭患者判定预后效果的主要标志物。
      Objective  To investigate the prognostic value of serum syndecan-1(SCD-1)and soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2(sVEGFR-2)expression levels in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods  A total of 110 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were selected,with a time interval of January 2023 to March 2024.Serum SCD-1 and sVEGFR-2 levels were detected and follow-up investigations were conducted to understand their re hospitalization and cardiogenic death due to heart failure.Multiple logistic  regression analysis was used to explore the prognostic factors affecting elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Results  According to logistic retrospective analysis,heart function grading(OR=3.433,95%CI:0.934-6.431),elevated B-type brain natriuretic peptide(OR=2.462,95%CI:0.861-4.765),elevated serum SCD-1(OR=3.795,95%CI:0.972-6.894),and elevated serum sVEGFR-2(OR=3.842,95%CI:0.942-6.912)were important factors affecting the poor prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,with differences P<0.05.The area under the curve of combined serum SCD-1 and sVEGFR-2 was 0.962,and the area under the curve of B-type brain peptide sodium was 0.844,which was significantly higher than that of a single SCD-1 curve of 0.658 and sVEGFR-2 curve of 0.712,with a difference of P<0.05.Conclusions  Research has confirmed that the prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure is not satisfied,and their serum SCD-1 and sVEGFR-2 monitoring levels are abnormally elevated,which is related to the poor prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.It can be regarded as the main biomarker for defining the prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.

基于网络药理学与分子对接技术研究白头翁汤治疗细菌性痢疾的潜在活性成分及作用机制

       目的  采用网络药理学方法与分子对接技术分析白头翁汤治疗细菌性痢疾(BD)的潜在活性成分与作用机制。方法  借助中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)及PubChem数据库检索筛选白头翁汤方的化学成分和作用靶点,通过Uniprot数据库校正基因名,同时通过比较毒物基因组学数据库(CTD)、药物靶标数据库(TTD)、GeneCards数据库和药物和药物靶标数据库(DRUGBANK)获得BD相关疾病靶点。经在线绘图平台微生信分析“活性成分-疾病”交集靶点,使用Cyoscape 3.7.2软件构建可视化的中药-活性成分-靶点网络、蛋白质互作网络,筛选潜在的关键活性成分与核心靶点;通过Metascape数据库对进行靶点的基因本体(GO)功能分析和京都百科全书基因和基因组通路数据库(KEGG)通路富集分析,同时使用Cyoscape 3.7.2软件构建基因-通路网络,筛选潜在的通路及其作用机制。同时采用分子对接技术对白头翁汤中关键活性成分和BD核心靶点进行分析。结果  白头翁汤共筛选出266个潜在活性成分,其中,槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、异鼠李素、异延胡索单酚碱、小檗红碱、豆甾醇等66个关键活性成分可通过肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、前列腺素内过氧化物合酶2(PTGS2)、丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶1(AKT1)、血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)、V-rel网状内皮细胞病毒癌基因同源物A(RELA)、半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶3(CASP3)、白细胞介素-8(CXCL8)、白细胞介素-1B(IL-1B)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶1(MAPK1)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)等33个潜在交集靶点作用于BD。GO基因功能分析共得到生物过程(BP)条目20个、细胞组成(CC)条目6个、分子功能(MF)条目9个(P<0.01),主要涉及外部凋亡过程、细胞迁移正向调控、细胞因子受体结合、蛋白同源二聚活性、TNF受体超家族结合等生物进程。KEGG通路富集分析确定13条信号通路(P<0.01),主要涉及癌症信号通路、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)信号通路等关键通路。分子对接结果显示槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、异鼠李素、异延胡索单酚碱等核心活性成分与TNF、IL-6、PTGS2核心靶点具有良好的结合效应(结合能<-5 kJ/mol)。结论  白头翁汤主要通过槲皮素、β-谷甾醇等潜在的多种活性成分作用于TNF、IL-6、IL-1B、PTGS2、AKT1、VEGFA等潜在的关键靶点调控IL-17等信号通路,从而发挥治疗细菌性痢疾的作用,符合中药复方多成分、多靶标、多途径起效的显著特征。
      Objective To analyze the potential active ingredients and mechanism of Baitouweng Decoction in the treatment of bacillary dysentery(BD)by means of network pharmacology and molecular docking technology.Methods With the help of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database,TCMSP)and PubChem database to search and screen the chemical composition and target of Baitouweng Decoction,the gene name was corrected through the Uniprot database,and the CTD database,TTD database,GeneCards database and DRUGBANK database obtain BD-related disease targets.The intersection target was obtained through the online  drawing platform,and Cytoscape 3.7.2 was used to construct a network of Pulsatilla active ingredient-component disease intersection target.The protein-protein interaction analysis of the intersection target was performed through the String database,and the Cytoscape 3.7.2 software was used for visualization.The Metascape database platform performed GO function analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis on the target to predict its mechanism of action.The  key active ingredient compounds in Baitouweng Decoction were molecularly docked with the core protein in the intersection target.Results A total of 266 potential active ingredients in Baitouweng Decoction were screened,of which 66 key active ingredients such as quercetin,β-sitosterol,isorhamnetin,Isocorypalmine,berberine,stigmasterol,etc.It acts on BD through 33 potential intersection targets such as TNF,IL-6,PTGS2,AKT1,VEGFA,RELA,CASP3,CXCL8,IL-1B,MAPK1,IL-10.GO gene function analysis yielded a total of 20 biological process(BP)entries,6 cell composition(CC)entries,and 9 molecular function(MF)entries(P<0.01),which mainly involve external apoptosis process and positive regulation of cell migration,Cytokine receptor binding,protein homodimerization activity,tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily binding and other biological processes.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis identified 13 signal pathways(P<0.01),mainly related to key pathways such as cancer signal pathway and IL-17 signal pathway.The results of molecular docking showed that the core active ingredients such as quercetin,β-sitosterol,isorhamnetin,Isocorypalmine and TNF,IL-6,PTGS2 core targets have good binding effects(binding energy <-5 KJ /mol).Conclusions Baitouweng Decoction modulated signaling pathways involving IL-17 through its active constituents like quercetin and β-sitosterol,targeting key molecules such as TNF,IL-6,IL-1β,PTGS2,AKT1,and VEGFA,reflecting the multi-target therapeutic approach of traditional Chinese medicine.

       实体瘤对免疫治疗应答非常有限,因此,如何有效提升肿瘤免疫治疗的疗效,已成为当前肿瘤免疫治疗领域亟待解决的关键难题与挑战。髓系来源抑制性细胞(MDSCs)的趋化募集及其所介导的肿瘤免疫逃逸机制,是制约实体瘤免疫治疗效果的核心因素之一。文章深入探讨了MDSCs的起源、表型特征、其介导肿瘤免疫逃逸的具体机制,以及当前针对MDSCs的靶向治疗策略与将MDSCs靶向疗法与肿瘤免疫治疗相结合的最新研究进展。此外,文章还系统性地分析了靶向MDSCs联合免疫治疗策略所面临的关键挑战,并据此提出了MDSCs的精准靶向策略。这一策略旨在精确激活抗肿瘤免疫反应,为癌症患者提供更为个性化、高效的治疗方案,从而开启肿瘤免疫治疗领域的新纪元,为癌症治疗策略的创新与发展贡献力量。
  Solid tumors exhibit a very limited response to immunotherapy.Consequently,effectively enhancing the therapeutic efficacy of tumor immunotherapy has emerged as a critical challenge and problem that urgently needs to be addressed in tumor immunotherapy.The chemotaxis and recruitment of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)and the tumor immune evasionmechanisms mediated by them are one of the core factors that significantly restrict the efficacy of immunotherapy for solid tumors.In this review,we discuss the origins and phenotypic characteristics of MDSCs,the specific mechanisms by which they mediate tumor immune evasion,as well as current targeted therapeuticstrategies for MDSCs and the latest research progress in combining MDSC-targeted therapy with tumor immunotherapy.Furthermore,we  have  systematically analyzed the  key challenges faced by the combination of MDSC-targeted and immunotherapy strategies,and accordingly proposed a precise targeting strategyfor MDSCs.This strategy aims to precisely activate anti-tumor immune responses,providing more personalized and efficienttreatment options for cancer patients,thereby opening a new era in tumor immunotherapy and contributing to the innovation anddevelopment of cancer treatment strategies.

    CCAAT增强子结合蛋白A(CEBPA)是调节血液发育过程中髓系分化和造血干祖细胞活性的关键转录因子之一。CEBPA基因突变常见于急性髓系白血病(AML)中,最近研究表明CEBPA bZIP框内单位点和经典双等位基因突变AML患者均具有类似的临床特征,已被单独划分为AML亚群。CEBPA bZIP框内突变而非传统的双等位CEBPA基因突变成为AML良好预后的分子指标,表明其在AML疾病进展和治疗预后中的重要性和特殊性。本文将从CEBPA蛋白在血液系统中的功能、CEBPA bZIP框内突变AML的临床特征与分子作用机制、以及伴CEBPA突变AML的治疗现状等方面进行综述,为进一步研究CEBPA bZIP框内突变在AML中的致病性和精准治疗新药物开发提供参考。
   CAAT enhancer-binding protein A(CEBPA)is one of the  key transcription factors  regulating myeloid differentiation and hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell maintenance during hematopoiesis.CEBPA gene mutations are commonly found in acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Recent studies have demonstrated that AML patients haboring single CEBPA bZIP in-frame mutations or classical bi-allelic CEBPA mutations show similar clinical features and it has been individually classified as AML subgroup.Additionally,it is CEBPA bZIP in-frame mutations rather than the traditional biallelic CEBPA mutations that have emerged as a molecular indicator of favorable prognosis for clinical AML management,suggesting its importance and specificity in AML disease progression and therapeutic prognosis.Here,we reviewed serval aspects including the hematopoietic function of CEBPA protein,the clinical features and molecular mechanisms of AML with CEBPA bZIP in-frame mutations,and the current status of the treatment of AML with CEBPA mutations,which will provide a reference for further study of the pathogenicity of CEBPA bZIP in-frame mutations in AML and the development of new drugs for precision therapy.

基于 Python 语言探析《圣济总录》中腰痛病用药规律研究

      目的   应用 Python语言对《圣济总录》中腰痛病篇中的中药进行用药规律分析,提取腰痛病治疗方法及用药特色指导临床腰痛病治疗思路。方法   运用 Python语言中的语言提取对《圣济总录》中腰痛篇章中的所有中药方剂识别,提取方剂组成,统计并分析方剂中中药的规律并将其结果可视化呈现。结果   最终共纳入62首方剂,包含药物86味。其中使用频次≥7次、频率≥1.6%的药物共20味,频次频率最高的为桂枝;所用中药四气以温性为主,占56.74%;五味以辛、甘、苦为主,共约占90%,归经以肝肾经为主;药物功效以补虚类为主,占27.13%;关联规则分析显示提升度最高的组合为麻黄-独活,置信度最高的组合为巴戟天-牛膝、牵牛子-牛膝,支持度最高的组合为川芎-当归、川芎-杜仲;通过聚类分析得到3个聚类结果。结论   《圣济总录》治疗腰痛病方面善用通法和补法,强调活血通络,补益肝肾,尤擅长治疗肝肾亏虚或风寒所客等腰痛病证。
       Objective Python language was used to analyze the rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the chapter of low back pain in Shengji Zonglu,and to extract the treatment methods and medication characteristics of low back pain to guide the clinical treatment of low back pain.Methods The language extraction in Python language was used to identify all the Chinese medicine prescriptions in the chapter of low back pain in Shengji Zonglu,extract the composition of the prescription,and analyze the rules of Chinese medicine in the prescription to visually present the results.Results A total of 62 prescriptions were included,including 86 drugs.Among them,with there were 20 kinds of drugs,the frequency of use ≥7 times,the frequency ≥1.6%,and cmnamomi Mmulus highest frequency.Four gas used in traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to with warm,accounted for 56.74%.The five flavors were mainly pungent,sweet and bitter,accounting for about 90%,and the liver and kidney meridians were the main meridians.The drug efficacy was mainly deficiency tonic,accounting for 27.13%.The association  rule analysis showed that the combination with the highest improvement was Ephedrae Herba- Angelicae Pubescentis Radix,the combination with the highest confidence was Morindae Officinalis Radix- Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Pharbitidis Semen- Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix.and the combination with the highest support was Chuanxiong Rhizoma- Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma- Eucommiae Cortex.Three clustering result is obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusions In the treatment of low back pain,Shengji Zonglu is good at using both blocking methods and reinforcing methods,emphasizing circulating blood and unblocking meridians supplementing liver and kidney,especially in the treatment of low back pain syndrome caused by liver and kidney deficiency or wind and cold.

       药源性心脏毒性是临床常见的药物不良反应,是药物研发和临床治疗需面临的严峻考验。对药源性心脏毒性的评价是目前研究的重点,基于其机制复杂多样、临床表现不一、影响因素多,早期评价具有困难。生物标志物是评价心脏毒性的重要指标之一,文章总结了目前已经报道的多种心脏毒性标志物及其潜在的生物标志物,希望能从中找到特异性强、敏感性高的标志物,以贡献于药物心脏安全性评价工作。
    As a common clinical adverse reaction,pharmacogenic cardiotoxicity is a severe challenge for drug development and clinical treatment.The evaluation of pharmacogenic cardiotoxicity is the focus of current research,and early evaluation is difficult with its complex and diverse mechanisms,varying clinical manifestations,and numerous influencing factors.Biomarker is an important index to evaluate cardiotoxicity.This article summarizes a variety of cardiotoxicity biomarkers and other potential biomarkers that have been reported so far,hoping to find  biomarkers with strong specificity and high sensitivity,so as tocontribute to the evaluation on cardiac safety of drugs.

西藏林芝市 3 ~ 6 年级学生屈光状态及参数相关性研究

      目的   分析高原地区3~6年级学生屈光状态及屈光参数之间的关系。方法  2023年9月,采用随机抽样方法选取林芝市波密县某两所小学3~6年级535名学生进行校园筛查。计算并记录裸眼远视力(UCVA),非睫状肌麻痹电脑验光下散光及其轴位、等效球镜(SE)、眼轴(AL)、角膜曲率半径(CR)和眼轴/角膜曲率半径轴率比(AL/CR)。采用SPSS 22.00统计软件分析数据。结果  3~6年级学生AL和AL/CR大体趋势为随年级升高而增长,SE随年级升高而降低。3~6年级学生总体筛查性近视患病率为29.91%,且3~6年级筛查性近视患病率分别为20.35%、25.53%、30.53%和51.38%。总体散光患病率为51.59%,其中顺规散光、逆规散光及斜轴散光分别占90.22%、7.61%及2.17%。视力不良者约40.37%。以非睫状肌麻痹验光SE≤-0.50 D同时UCVA<5.0作为筛查性近视的诊断,AL/CR诊断筛查性近视的灵敏度为0.656、特异度为0.887和Youden指数为0.534,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.802,优于AL评估(AUC=0.764)。结论   高原地区3~6年级学生的筛查性近视患病率随年级升高而快速增长,且散光患病率较高,视力不良者较多。AL/CR值对筛查性近视监测具有一定的临床意义。
      Objective  To analyze the  relationship  between  refractive  status and  refractive  parameters of  students in grades three-six in plateau area.Methods  In September,2023,a random sampling method was used to select 535 students from grades three-six of two primary schools in Bomi County,Nyingchi City,for school screening.Distance uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),astigmatism and its axis position,equivalent spherical(SE),axial length(AL),corneal radius(CR),and axial length/corneal radius ratio(AL/CR)were calculated and recorded.The data was analyzed using the statistical software SPSS 22.00.Results  The general trend of AL and AL/CR for grade three-six students was increased with grade increasing,while SE decreased with grade increasing.The overall prevalence of screening myopia was 29.91%,and the prevalence of screening myopia in grades three to six was 20.35%,25.53%,30.53% and 51.38%,respectively.The overall prevalence rate of astigmatism was 51.59%,including 90.22%,7.61% and 2.17% for astigmatism with the rule,astigmatism against the rule and oblique astigmatism,respectively.About 40.37% of the students had poor vision.Screening myopia was diagnosed using non-cycloplegic optometry with SE ≤-0.50 D combined with UCVA<5.0.The sensitivity and specificity of AL/CR for screening myopia were 0.656 and 0.887,respectively,with a Youden index of 0.534 and an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.802.This was superior to the AL evaluation,which had an AUC of 0.764.Conclusions  The prevalence of screening myopia increased rapidly with the increase of grade in grade 3 to 6 in plateau area.And there were high prevalence of astigmatism and more poor vision.AL/CR value has a certain clinical significance in the monitoring of screening myopia.

    目的   研究羽毛球颠球运动对低年级小学生近视的改善效果,为制定儿童青少年近视干预方案提供依据。方法   采用方便抽样方法,抽取广州市1个城区1所小学三年级4个班共182名学生作为研究对象。基线调查完成后,以班为单位,采用随机数字表法将4个班分为干预组(2个班,91例)和对照组(2个班,91例),干预组安排羽毛球颠球项目体育活动,对照组按原教学计划安排非球类常规体育活动。比较两组干预前后筛查性近视率、视力不良率和近视进展程度。结果  干预前两组的年龄、性别、筛查性近视率、视力不良率及近视分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组干预后的等效球镜度数(SE)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组干预后的裸眼远视力(UDVA)低于干预组,△UDVA、△SE均高于干预组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组新发筛查性近视率29.13%、累积筛查性近视率49.45%、累积视力不良率68.13%及近视进展程度,均高于干预组新发筛查性近视率7.69%、累积筛查性近视率34.07%、累积视力不良率52.74%及近视进展程度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论   羽毛球颠球运动能降低低年级小学生视力不良进展速度,减少近视的发生率及近视程度,学校可结合引起近视的因素进行灵活应用,以预防近视的发生发展。
      Objective  To study the impact of badminton juggling on the myopia of lower-grade primary school students and to provide a basis for developing myopia intervention strategies for children and adolescents.Methods  By using the convenience sampling method,182 third-grade students from four classes in a primary school in a district of Guangzhou were selected as subjects.After completing the baseline survey,the four classes were divided into an intervention group(2 classes,91 students)and a control group(2 classes,91 students)using a random number table.The intervention group was arranged to participate in badminton juggling sports activities,while the control group followed the original teaching plan without ball games.The study compared the screening rate of myopia,the rate of poor vision,and the degree of myopia progression before and after the study in both groups.Results  On baseline,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,gender,rate of screening myopia,poor vision,and myopia grading(P>0.05).After 12 months,there was no statistically significant difference in the spherical equivalent(SE) comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the uncorrected distance visual acuity(UDVA) of the control group after 12 months was significantly lower than that of the intervention group,and both △UDVA and △SE were significantly higher than those of the intervention group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of screening myopia in the control group (29.13%),the cumulative rate of screening myopia(49.45%),the cumulative rate of poor vision (68.13%),and the degree of myopia progression was significantly higher than those in the intervention group,which had incidence of screening myopia at 7.69%,the cumulative rate of screening myopia at 34.07%,cumulative rate of poor vision at 52.74%.All these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions  Badminton juggling can slow down vision deterioration,reduce the incidence and severity of myopia in lower grade primary school students.Schools can flexibly apply these findings in conjunction with factors that contribute to myopia to prevent its occurrence and development.
