目的 探讨压力管理对改善中年高血压患者生活质量的效果。方法 采用便利抽样法,把首次在我院住院的中年高血压患者115例按时间段分为实验组60例和对照组55例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组采用压力管理干预,分住院期和出院后康复期两阶段进行。使用抑郁自评量表和SF-36量表分别在出院前和出院后1个月进行测评。结果 干预后实验组患者抑郁标准分降低,SF-36量表各维度分及总分升高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对中年高血压患者实施有针对性、整体性、延续性和激励性的压力管理,可提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of stress management on the improvement of quality of life of middle-aged patients with hypertension. Methods According to convenience sampling, 115 middle-aged patients with hypertension who were the first time admitted to our hospital were divided, on the basis of different periods, into the test group (60 patients) and the control group (55 patients). The control group was accepted normal nursing, while the test group was accepted the stress management intervention that performed during hospitalization and after patients discharged from the hospital. Both groups were assessed, by using self-rating depression scale and SF-36 scale, before discharging from hospital and one month after discharging from hospital. Results After the intervention, the test group experienced reductions in depression standard score and increases in dimension scores and total scores of SF-36 scale.compared with those of the control group, these changes had statistical significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Selective, integrated, continuous and stimulating stress management can help middle-aged patients with hypertension to improve the quality of life.

目的 探讨群组管理对儿童特应性皮炎患儿生活质量的影响。方法 采用随机数字法将72例患儿分为干预组和对照组各36例,对照组不给予任何干预,干预组实施1个月的群组管理活动。结果 干预后干预组的瘙痒程度显著好转、总疗效率达100%、生活质量评分改善,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 群组管理是一种有效的管理模式,增强了患儿的自我效能,降低了疾病严重程度,提高了患儿的生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of group management on quality of life of children with atopic dermatitis. Methods According to random number table, 72 children with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. While the control group was not accepted any intervention, the experiment group was accepted one-month group management. Results After the intervention, the pruritus of the intervention group was improved, the total effective rate was 100% and scores of life quality were improved obviously.compared with those in the control group, these changes had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Group management is an effective management mode, it improves children's self-efficacy, relieve the seriousness of illness and improve children's quality of life.

社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理小组干预效果评价

目的 评价自我管理小组干预对社区2型糖尿病患者的管理效果。方法 在2013年底选取本区社区卫生服务中心100例患者研究,运用自身对照方法,管理1年后对其自我管理效能、生化指标、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白进行比较。结果 管理一年后饮食控制、运动控制、药物依从性、监测依从性、足部护理等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、尿酸下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空腹血糖达标率由12%上升到37%,糖化血红蛋白达标率由10%上升到34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自我管理小组干预提高了社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理水平,改善了主要的生化指标,值得社区推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the function of self-management group program on patients with type 2 diabetes in community. Methods Self-management was carried out for one year among 100 patients with type 2 diabetes, the effect of management was analyzed. Results There was statistically significant difference in diet control, motion control, drug compliance, monitoring compliance, and foot care after one year intervention (P<0.05). GLU, HbA1c, CHOL, UA were decreased. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Self-management of group intervention is effective in patients with type 2 diabetes, is worthy of further popularization and application.

With the acceleration of hospital logistics management enterprise and socialization process, hospital logistics system gradually facing self-management, self-restraint, self-development of a new pattern. This paper analyzes the current hospital logistics management problems introduced relying on hospital information platform of integrated logistics operation and management of hospital information systems. Through quality management, two warehouse management, clothing management module, streamline hospital logistics business processes, improve the quality and efficiency of the hospital's logistics operations, to enhance the purpose of the hospital management level of integrated logistics services, logistics management and hospital information system direction and implementation methods were discussed.

目的 分析风险管理在老年患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法 随机抽取于2013年1月—2014年1月来我院治疗的270例老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,每组各135例,对照组采取常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施风险管理,观察对比两组患者的风险事件发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组风险事件发生率为10.37%,对照组的风险事件发生率为43.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.52%,对照组护理满意度为79.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年患者护理管理工作中实施风险管理的临床效果显著,降低事故发生,同时提高护理满意度,在临床中具有良好的应用价值。

基于品管圈活动构建健康体检重要异常结果的追踪管理模式对提高电话随访率的影响

目的 探讨基于品管圈活动构建健康体检重要异常结果的追踪管理模式对提高电话随访率的影响。方法 选取2022年5月—2023年4月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院健康管理中心体检重要异常结果的328例受检者作为研究对象。成立品管圈活动小组,实施追踪管理模式。干预后时间段为2022年11月—2023年4月,期间针对不同样本分别实施了干预措施一至四及全面实施措施,分析随访1个月后成功随访人数。比较干预前后圈员综合能力变化及患者对健康管理中心的满意度。结果 电话随访率在干预措施一实施后为85.02%,干预措施二实施后为88.59%,干预措施三实施后为90.23%,干预措施四实施后为95.27%,全面实施干预措施一至干预措施四后为95.80%,均较干预措施实施前电话随访率(75.91%)有所增长;干预成功随访人数中,复诊率为84.34%(210/249),全面实施措施后成功随访人数中复诊率为94.74%(216/228)。相较于干预前,干预后,圈员解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、自信心、和谐感分值均升高(P<0.05)。干预前患者满意度为85.37%,干预后患者满意度为87.80%,干预后满意度有所升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过开展品管圈活动,使重要异常结果电话随访率明显提高,有利于提升体检机构的服务质量和服务能力,有利于疾病的早发现、早干预。
Objective Exploring the impact of establishing a tracking and management model for important abnormal results of health check ups based on quality control circle activities on improving telephone follow-up rates. Methods A total of 328 subjects with important abnormal results in Health Management Center of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat sen University from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected. The quality control circle activity group was set and the tracking management mode was carried out. The post intervention period was from November 2022 to April 2023, during which intervention measures 1-4 and comprehensive implementation measures were implemented for different samples. The number of successful follow-up after 1 month of follow-up was analyzed. Changes in the comprehensive ability of the circle staff before and after the intervention and the patients’ satisfaction with the health management center were compared. Results The telephone follow-up rate after intervention 1 was 85. 02%, 88. 59% after intervention 2,90. 23% after intervention 3,95. 27% after intervention 4 and 95. 80% after all intervention,which was higher than 75. 91% before intervention implementation. Among the single intervention individuals, the re-visit rate was 84. 34%(210/249), and after the comprehensive implementation of measures, the re-visit rate among the successfully intervened individuals was 94. 74%(216/228). After the intervention,the problem solving ability,responsibility, communication and coordination,team cohesion, enthusiasm,quality control techniques,self-confidence,and sense of harmony all significantly increased(P<0. 05). The patient satisfaction rate before intervention was 85. 37%, and after intervention it was 87. 80%. The satisfaction rate increased after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusions Through the quality control circle activities, the telephone follow-up rate of important abnormal results is significantly improved,which is conducive to improving the service quality and service capacity of physical examination institutions,is conducive to the early detection and early intervention of diseases.

某医院临床试验用药品规范管理体系的构建与实践

       目的   通过分析广州某三甲医院临床试验用药品规范管理体系构建前后试验用药品超温次数及质控发现缺陷项数量变化情况,为药物临床试验规范开展提供参考。方法   结合某医院临床试验用药品管理实践,以试验用药品超温次数、质控发现缺陷项数量占项目比为评价指标,使用卡方检验进行比较。结果   某医院实施临床试验用药品规范管理体系后,发生试验用药品超温次数由实施前的9次下降至3次,呈明显下降趋势,2018—2020年试验用药品管理方面质控发现缺陷项数量占项目比为70.25%,2021—2023年占项目比为18.90%,实施前后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论   构建临床试验用药品规范管理体系,可以减少试验用药品超温次数和试验用药品管理方面质控发现缺陷项数量,从而保证药物临床试验的质量。
       Objective   To analyze the changes in the number of excessive temperature incidents and the proportion of quality control issues in drug management before and after the establishment of construction and practice of standardized management system in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou,to provide a reference for drug clinical trials standard development.Methods  Based on the management practice of investigational medicinal products from a hospital,the number of excessive temperature incidents and the proportion of quality control issues in drug management were taken as evaluation index and compared using chi-square tests.Results  After implementing the standardized management system for investigational drugs,the number of temperature exceeding incidents decreased from 9 times to 3 times,showing an obvious decreasing trend,and from 2018 to 2020,the  proportion of quality control issues in drug management accounted for 70.25%,while from 2021 to 2023,it accounted for 18.90%.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups before and after the implementation(P<0.001).Conclusions  The establishment of  standardized management  system for investigational medicinal  products can  reduce the  number of excessive temperature incidents and the proportion of quality control issues in drug management,and ensure the quality of drug clinical trials.

2022—2024 年南宁市食源性疾病流行病学分析及卫生管理建议

       目的   调查南宁市2022—2024年食源性疾病的发生情况,并分析该地食源性疾病的流行病学特征,为防控食源性疾病提供依据。方法   在2022年1月—2024年12月统计南宁市多中心上报的食源性疾病发生情况,并分析食源性疾病的分布特征。结果  2022年1月—2024年12月在南宁市共计调查21 712例食源性疾病患者,其中男性占49.25%,女性占50.75%;食源性疾病以18~59岁、4~17岁年龄段占比相对较高,在季节方面2022年以秋季占比较高,2023—2024年以夏季占比较高;散居儿童、学生和农民是食源性疾病的主要人群,混合食品、水果及其制品、粮食类及其制品、肉类及其制品为前四位暴露食品;包装方面以散装占比最高、进食场所则以家庭占比最高;食源性疾病患者3年间不同性别、年龄段、发病季节、人群类型、暴露食品、包装形式及进食场所比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状主要以消化道症状、其他/全身症状为主。结论   南宁市2022—2024年食源性疾病发生例数有所增长,多发于夏秋季节,散居儿童、学生、农民是食源性疾病的高风险群体,同时针对散装食品,尤其混合食品、水果及其制品、粮食类及其制品、肉类及其制品等主要暴露食品应做好重点防控监测,可根据本地食源性疾病发生的流行病学特征进行对应的宣传教育,以确保食品安全。
       Objective  To explore the occurrence of foodborne diseases in Nanning City from 2022 to 2024,and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in the area,providing a basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseasesMethods  From January 2022 to December 2024,the incidence of foodborne diseases reported by multiple centers in Nanning City was statistically analyzed,and the distribution characteristics of foodborne diseases were analyzed.Results  From January 2022 to December 2024,a total of 21 712 foodborne disease patients were analyzed in Nanning City,among them,males account for 49.25% and females account for 50.75%.Foodborne diseases had a relatively high proportion in the age groups of 18-59 and 4-17 years old.In terms of seasons,the proportion was higher in autumn 2022 and in summer 2023-2024.Scattered children,students,and farmers were the main populations of foodborne diseases,with mixed foods,fruits and their products,grains and their products,and meat and its products being the top four exposed foods.In terms of packaging,bulk packaging had the highest proportion,while in terms of eating places,household packaging has the highest proportion.There were statistically significant differences in the gender,age group,onset season,population type,exposed food,packaging form,and eating location of foodborne disease patients over a three-year period.Conclusions  The number of foodborne diseases in Nanning City has increased from 2022 to 2024,mostly occurring in summer and autumn seasons.Scattered children,students,and farmers are high-risk groups for foodborne diseases.At the same time,key prevention and control monitoring should be carried out for bulk foods,especially mixed foods,fruits and their products,grains and their products,meat and their products,and corresponding publicity and education can be carried out according to the epidemiological characteristics of local foodborne diseases to ensure food safety.

功能性经口摄食分级的吞咽管理对高龄吞咽障碍患者的应用效果

       目的  探讨功能性经口摄食分级的吞咽管理对高龄吞咽障碍患者的应用效果。方法  选取2022年5月—2024年5月暨南大学附属广州市红十字会医院收治的80例高龄吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者实施常规干预,观察组实施功能性经口摄食分级的吞咽管理干预,对比两组患者干预效果、干预前后的吞咽功能与营养状况、吞咽障碍相关并发症发生率,以及干预前后两组生活质量变化。结果  观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%(χ 2 =5.541,P=0.019);两组干预后综合性营养评估法(SGA)、进食评估问卷调查工具-10(EAT-10)评分均降低,且观察组[(6.62±1.24)(15.26±3.42)分]低于对照组[(10.85±2.32)(23.51±4.37)分],对比差异有统计学意义(t分别为10.170、9.403,P<0.05);观察组吞咽障碍相关并发症发生率17.50%低于对照组42.50%(χ 2 =5.952,P=0.015);两组干预后生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)相关维度物质评分均升高,且观察组患者GQOLI-74相关维度物质生活(16.62±2.24)、心理功能(18.26±4.42)分、社会功能(21.62±3.66)分、躯体功能(23.26±4.37)分均高于对照组[(13.25±3.32)(13.51±2.37)(15.26±2.35)(16.62±3.73)]分,对比差异有统计学意义(t分别为5.322、5.990、9.248、7.309,P<0.05)。结论  功能性经口摄食分级的吞咽管理对高龄吞咽障碍患者干预效果显著,且可提升其吞咽功能,改善营养状况,同时可辅助降低吞咽障碍相关并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。
       Objective  To explore the application effect of Functional Oral Intake Scale(FOIS)swallowing management on elderly patients with swallowing disorders.Methods  A total of 80 elderly patients with dysphagia admitted to the Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received FOIS swallowing management intervention.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups,including pre and post intervention,swallowing function and nutritional status,incidence of swallowing related complications,and changes in quality of life before and after the intervention.Results  The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than the 72.50% of control group(χ 2 =5.541,P=0.019).After the intervention,the comprehensive nutrition assessment(SGA)and the feeding assessment instrument-10(EAT-10)were decreased,and the observation group ([6.62±1.24]and[15.26±3.42]) were lower than the control group ([10.85±2.32]and[23.51±4.37]),and the comparative difference was statistically significant(t=10.170,9.403,P<0.05).The incidence of complications related to swallowing disorders in the observation group was 17.50%,lower than that in the control group was 42.50%(χ 2 =5.952,P=0.015).After intervention,the scores of GQOLI-74 related dimensions were increased in both groups.In addition,GQOLI-74 related dimensions of material life(16.62±2.24)scores,psychological function(18.26±4.42)scores,social function(21.62±3.66)scores,physical function(23.26±4.37)scores in observation group were higher than those in control group ([13.25±3.32],[13.51±2.37],[15.26±2.35],[16.62±3.73]),and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.322,5.990,9.248,7.309,P<0.05).Conclusions  The swallowing management of FOIS has a significant intervention effect on elderly patients with swallowing disorders,and can improve their swallowing function,nutritional status,and assist in reducing the incidence of swallowing disorder related complications,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.

       受现代人们生活、饮食习惯改变、心理压力增加和睡眠质量下降等因素影响,胃食管反流病的发病率逐渐增加,对患者的工作生活和情绪造成了极大的影响。自我管理能够以患者为中心,提高患者在疾病治疗中的参与度,节约医疗资源,被广泛应用在慢性病管理中。而胃食管反流病患者的自我管理仍处于初步发展阶段,缺少科学、系统的评估工具和能够广泛实行的干预流程。文章通过对胃食管反流病患者的自我管理的概念、评估工具、干预方案等方面进行综述, 旨在为胃食管反流病患者自我管理的干预提供参考。
       As modern lifestyles and dietary habits change,psychological stress increases,and sleep quality declines,the prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)has been rising.This condition significantly impacts patients' work,daily life,and emotional well-being.Self-management,which centers on patient involvement,enhances participation in disease treatment,conserves medical resources,and is widely used in managing chronic diseases.However,self-management for GERD patients is still in its early stages,lacking scientifically systematic assessment tools and broadly applicable intervention protocols.This study reviews the concepts,assessment tools,and  intervention programs of self-management GERD patients,aiming to provide reference for the intervention of self-management of GERD patients.
