目的 探究新斯的明拮抗顺阿曲库铵的时机对患者腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后肌松残留和早期肺功能的影响。方法 选取于2021年2月—2022年9月在我院行结肠癌根治手术的194例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分为空白对照组和试验组,然后结合给予新斯的明治疗时所体现的4个成串刺激(TOF)比值将试验组患者分为试验组A(TOF≤0.1)、试验组B(0.10.8)。对比组间肌松残余情况以及肺功能情况。结果 插管前,试验组A患者TOF比值低于其他组(P<0.01),空白对照组患者TOF比值高于其他组(P<0.01);空白对照组分别与试验组A~E在复苏室接受观察的时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01);试验组A患者肌松恢复指数低于其他组(P<0.01),空白对照组患者肌松恢复指数高于其他组(P<0.01)。插管前、拔管0.5 h以及拔管24 h时,组间1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和FEV1/FVC比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 结直肠癌根治术后给予新斯的明,有助于加快肌松恢复,但不会影响复苏室停留时间与肺功能水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of timing of neostigmine antagonizing cisatracurium on residual muscle relaxation and early lung function in patients underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods February 2021 to September 2022,194 patients who underwent radical colon cancer surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a blank control group and an experimental group using a random number table method.Then,combined with the train-of-four(TOF)ratios observed during neostigmine treatment,the experimental group patients were divided into experimental group A(TOF≤0.1),experimental group B(0.10.8).The residual muscle relaxation and lung function between groups were compared.Results Before intubation,the TOF ratio of patients in experimental group A was lower than that of other groups(P<0.01),while the TOF ratio of patients in the blank control group was higher than that of other groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the observation time between the blank control group and the experimental group A~E in the postanesthesia care unit(P>0.01).The muscle relaxation recovery index of patients in experimental group A was lower than that of other groups(P<0.01),while the muscle relaxation recovery index of patients in the blank control group was higher than that of other groups(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in force expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced Vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC between groups before intubation,0.5 h after extubation and 24 h after extubation(P>0.05).Conclusions Administration of neostigmine after radical surgery for colorectal cancer can accelerate muscle relaxation recovery,but it will not affect the residence time of the postanesthesia care unit and lung function levels.
目的 使用TCGA数据库,探索DNA甲基化位点对肺腺癌的预后影响。方法 使用TCGA数据库,获取肺腺癌病人癌和癌旁组织甲基化表达数据、基因表达数据及临床数据;将人群分为探索组和验证组,使用LASSO在探索人群中筛选对肺腺癌预后有影响的甲基化位点;受试者工作特征曲线用于评估甲基化位点预测效果,并进一步在验证人群中验证。结果 在TCGA数据库中筛选出158个癌和癌旁组织差异表达且与所在基因mRNA表达显著相关的甲基化位点,经LASSO回归分析,cg19378330与肺腺癌预后相关。甲基化位点水平高于中位数的患者,归入高风险组,甲基化位点水平低于中位数的为低风险组。结果发现与低风险组相比,高风险组的死亡风险比低风险组增加了38%(OR=1.38,95% CI=1.16~2.69)。在探索阶段人群中其曲线下面积为0.80(95% CI=0.73~0.88),灵敏度为86.2%。验证人群中也表现出类似结果。结论 甲基化位点cg19378330与肺腺癌具有较显著的关联性,且可以对肺腺癌的风险进行有效的预测。
Objective Using the TCGA database to explore the prognostic effects of DNA methylation sites on lung adenocarcinoma. Methods TCGA database was used to collecting DNA methylation data, gene expression data and clinical data of lung adenocarcinoma patients. The population were divided into the exploratory group and the validation group. The LASSO regression analysis was used to screen the methylation sites associated with the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma in the exploratory group. Receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the prediction effect of the model, and further verified in the validation population. Results A total of 158 methylation sites with differential expression and significant correlation with the mRNA expression of the corresponding gene were screened from the TCGA database. With LASSO regression analysis, the DNA methylation sites associated with prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma were cg19378330. Those patients with levels above the median methylation site were assigned to the high-risk group, while those with levels below the median methylation site were assigned to the low-risk group. Patients' death risk in the high-risk group were 38% higher than those in the low-risk group (OR=1.38, 95%CI=1.16-2.69). The area under the curve was 0.80 (95%CI=0.73-0.88) and the sensitivity was 86.2% in the exploratory stage population.Similar results were seen in the validation population. Conclusions The DNA methylation site cg19378330 was significantly associated withthe prognosisof lung adenocarcinoma, and could effectively predict the risk of lung adenocarcinoma.
目的 探究铁死亡相关的lncRNA在肺鳞状上皮细胞癌(简称肺鳞癌)患者中的预后意义。方法 从美国癌症和肿瘤基因图谱数据库(the Cancer Genome Atlas,TCGA)中下载肺鳞癌数据551例,包括49例正常对照样本和502例肺鳞癌患者样本。筛选出与铁死亡相关基因的共表达的lncRNA,使用单变量Cox回归进一步筛选lncRNA,然后,使用Lasso回归和多元Cox回归分构建铁死亡相关的lncRNA模型。建立基于模型的风险评分,并使用Cox回归测试其是否为独立的预后因素。铁死亡相关lncRNAs的功能富集使用基因本体(Gene Ontology)和京都基因和基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)可视化。结果 4个预后铁死亡相关的lncRNA(AC253536.6,FLJ46906LUCAT,AC022150.2)显著不同,这构建了铁死亡相关的lncRNA模型。此模型将肺鳞癌患者分为低风险组和高风险组。基于模型的风险评分是肺鳞癌患者的显著独立因素(HR =2.116,95%CI=1.513~2.961;P<0.001)。此外,4个lncRNA在铁死亡过程,代谢和肿瘤经典途径中均显著富集。结论 4个铁死亡相关的lncRNAs可能是肺鳞癌患者的分子生物标志物和治疗靶标。
Objective To explore the prognostic significance of ferroptosis related lncRNAs in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Data of 551 lung squamous cell carcinoma cases was downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) of the United States, including 49 normal control samples and 502 lung squamous cell carcinoma samples. The lncRNAs co-expressed with genes related to ferroptosis was screened out. Univariate Cox regression was used to further screen out the lncRNAs. Then, Lasso regression and multiple Cox regression were used to construct lncRNA models related to ferroptosis. A model-based risk score system was established and Cox regression was used to test whether it was an independent prognostic factor. The functional enrichment of ferroptosis related lncRNAs were visualized using Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes. Results The four prognostic ferroptosis related lncRNAs (AC253536.6, FLJ46906 LUCAT, AC022150.2) were significantly different, and the ferroptosis lncRNAs model was constrncted with them. This model divided lung squamous cell carcinoma patients into low-risk group and high-risk group. The model-based risk score was a significant independent factor for patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma (HR=2.116, 95% CI=1.513-2.961; P<0.001). In addition, the four lncRNAs were significantly enriched in metabolism and tumor classical pathways during the ferroptosis process. Conclusions The four ferroptosis lncRNAs could be molecular biomarkers and therapeutic targets for patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma.
目的 分析ABCC2基因表达水平与肺腺癌预后之间的关联性,并对其影响机制进行初步探索。 方法 采用TCGA数据库和HPA数据库对肺腺癌病人癌组织和癌旁组织基因表达数据进行差异性分析,单因素及多因素COX回归评估ABCC2与肺腺癌预后之间的关联性,GSEA用于探讨与ABCC2显著关联的信号通路。 结果 ABCC2在肺腺癌肿瘤组织中存在过表达现象,Kaplan-Meier生存分析曲线结果显示ABCC2基因过表达使肺腺癌病人的死亡风险显著升高(HR=1.46,95%CI=1.09~1.95; P=0.010)。单因素及多因素COX回归结果显示ABCC2基因过表达是肺腺癌病人不良预后的独立危险因素。GSEA结果显示ABCC2可能通过调节药物代谢从而对肺腺癌的发展进行调控。 结论 ABCC2基因过表达使肺腺癌病人的死亡风险显著升高,ABCC2可能是肺腺癌不良预后的潜在分子生物标志物。
Objective To estimate the association between ABCC2 mRNA expression and the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma and explore the potential influencing mechanism.Methods Difference analysis was used to evaluate the gene expression in tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues based on The Cancer Genome Atlas database and Human Protein Atlas database.Multivariate COX regression and Kaplan-Meier analysis were performed to evaluate the association between ABCC2 gene expression and the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.Gene-set enrichment analysis (GSEA) was performed to screen differentially enriched pathways associated with the ABCC2 high expression phenotype.Results ABCC2 was overexpressed in lung adenocarcinoma tumor tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed a significant relationship between ABCC2 mRNA expression and lung adenocarcinoma prognosis (HR=1.16,95% CI=1.09-1.95; P=0.010).Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that ABCC2 mRNA expression was an independent risk factor affecting the survival of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.The results of GSEA suggested that ABCC2 may influence the development of lung adenocarcinoma by regulating the metabolism of targeted drug the treatment.Conclusions ABCC2 overexpression can significantly increase the risk of death in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,ABCC2 may be a potential molecular marker for poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma.
目的 探讨Napsin A、TTF-1和CK7在恶性胸水细胞蜡块中的表达及对肺腺癌的诊断价值。方法 收集已确诊为恶性胸水且行Napsin A、TTF-1及CK7免疫组化标记,并收集患者的血清和胸水CEA,将患者按组织来源分为肺腺癌组和非肺腺癌组,比较Napsin A、TTF-1、CK7、血清CEA和胸水CEA在两组中的表达和浓度并计算它们的诊断价值。结果 相对于非肺腺癌组,肺腺癌组患者的Napsin A(83.9% vs 16.1%,P<0.001)、TTF-1(93.5% vs 6.5%,P<0.001)和CK7(98.1% vs 1.9%,P<0.001)阳性表达升高。Napsin A诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为83.9%,特异度为93.9%,TTF-1诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为93.5%,特异度为90.9%;CK7诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为98.1%,特异度为42.4%;明显高于传统肿瘤标志物血清CEA(诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为69.7%,特异度为58.5%)和胸水CEA(诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为69.0%,特异度为66.7%)。结论 Napsin A、TTF-1及CK7对于鉴别肺腺癌恶性胸水及其他肿瘤所致的恶性胸水具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of Napsin A, TTF-1 and CK7 in paraffin cells block of malignant pleural effusion and their diagnostic value for lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry of Napsin A, TTF-1, CK7, serum and pleural fluid CEA were collected from patients with malignant pleural effusion. The patients were divided into lung adenocarcinoma group and non-lung adenocarcinoma groups according to tissue source. The expression of Napsin A, TTF-1, CK7, CEA and the levels of serum and CEA in pleural fluid were compared and their diagnostic value was calculated. Results The positive expression of Napsin A (83.9% vs 16.1%, P<0.001), TTF-1 (93.5% vs 6.5%, P<0.001) and CK7 (98.1% vs 1.9%, P<0.001) in malignant pleural effusion caused by lung adenocarcinoma were higher compared to other tumors. The sensitivity and specificity of Napsin A were 83.9% and 93.9%,the sensitivity and specificity of TTF-1 were 93.5% and 90.9%, and those of CK7 were 98.1% and 42.4%; which were higher than those of serum CEA (69.7% and 58.5%) and pleural fluid CEA (69.0% and 66.7%) respectively. Conclusion Napsin A, TTF-1 and CK7 are of high value in the diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion caused by lung adenocarcinoma from other tumors.
目的 本研究旨在探讨肺癌合并肺栓塞的相关危险因素及肺栓塞对肺癌患者预后的影响。方法 检索2000年1月—2020年3月万方、中国知网、维普期刊、Medline Pubmed及EMBASE数据库中所有相关文献,并使用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果 9项临床病例对照研究共1 179例患者纳入本研究。分析结果显示肺癌合并肺栓塞患者的中位生存时间明显低于单纯肺癌患者(HR=2.82,95%CI[2.06,3.87],P<0.000 1)。危险因素分析显示腺癌发生肺栓塞的风险高于非腺癌(比值比(OR)=3.07, P<0.000 1),III-IV期患者发生肺栓塞的风险明显高于I-II期患者(OR=2.97,P<0.000 1),D-二聚体水平高的患者发生肺栓塞的风险是正常患者的4.32倍(P<0.000 1),白细胞(WBC) >11×109/L的患者发生肺栓塞的风险是WBC≤11×109/L患者的6.62倍(P<0.000 1)。化疗史和中心静脉置管显著增加肺栓塞风险,OR值分别为3.02 (P<0.000 1)和2.30 (P<0.000 1)。然而,吸烟史、饮酒史、性别、糖尿病、COPD、高血压病等临床因素与肺栓塞发生无统计学相关性。结论 肺栓塞的发生明显影响肺癌患者的预后,其相关的危险因素为病理类型、分期、化疗史、中心静脉导管置入史、D-二聚体升高、白细胞>11×109/L。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of developing pulmonary embolism and its influence on the prognosis of lung cancer patients. Methods The following databases such as Wanfang Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Weipu Database, Medline Pubmed and EMBASE were searched to identify relevant articles which were published during January 2000 to March 2020. Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results 9 controlled trials incorporating 1 179 patients were included in this study. The results showed that the overall survival of lung cancer patients complicated with pulmonary embolism was significantly lower than that of lung cancer patients without pulmonary embolism (HR=2.82, 95%CI[2.06,3.87], P<0.000 1). The analysis on risk factors of developing pulmonary embolism showed that adenocarcinoma had a higher risk of pulmonary embolism than non-adenocarcinoma with Odds Ratio (OR)=3.07 (P<0.000 1). Patients in stage III-IV encountered significantly higher risk of pulmonary embolism than those in stage I-II (OR=3.07,P<0.000 1). Furthermore, the risk of pulmonary embolism in patients with high level of D-dimer was 4.32 times higher than in normal patients (P<0.000 1), and 6.62 times higher than those with WBC ≤11×109/L (P<0.000 1). Additionally, the history of chemotherapy and central venous catheterization significantly increased the risk of pulmonary embolism, with OR of 3.02 (P<0.000 1) and 2.30 (P<0.000 1), respectively. However, smoking, alcohol consumption, gender, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cardiovascular disease, hypertension were not statistical correlated with the occurrence of pulmonary embolism in lung cancer patients. Conclusion The occurrence of pulmonary embolism significantly affects the prognosis of patients with lung cancer, and the related risk factors were pathological type, stage, chemotherapy, central venous catheterization, increased D-dimer level, and WBC>11×109/L.
目的 比较压力控制通气(PCV)中不同吸气流速对单肺通气(OLV)患者呼吸功能及炎症因子的影响。方法 本研究为2018—2019年对75例单肺通气患者的前瞻性研究。患者在麻醉和单肺通气(OLV)后随机分为吸气流量30 L/min(A组)、50 L/min(B组)或70 L/min(C组)。比较OLV前(T0)、OLV后30 min(T1)、60 min(T2)和120 min(T3)的呼吸力学、呼吸功能、血流动力学和血气分析,中心静脉血检测分析IL- 6、IL-8、TNF-α和sICAM-1,观察术后3天肺部并发症和ARDS的发生情况。结果 三组一般情况、血流动力学指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组、C组PaCO2较A组降低(P<0.05);与T0时比较,T1-T3时三组PaO2、SVO2均降低(P<0.05);三组PH、SO2和HB差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与A组比较,B组、C组ΔVT增大(P<0.05);三组Ppeak差异无统计学意义;与A组比较,B组、C组PEEP均增大(P<0.05);与A组比较,T1-T3时B组、C组VD/VT减少(P>0.05);与T0比较,T1-T3时三组Qs/Qt增加(P<0.05);与A组比较,T1-T3时B组、C组Cdyn增大(P<0.05);与T0相比,T1-T3时三组PaO2/FiO2降低(P<0.05);与T0相比,T1-T3时三组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α和sICAM-1的浓度增多(P<0.05),但A组、B组低于C组(P<0.05)。三组患者发生术后肺部并发症和ARDS差异均无统计学意义。结论 在PCV模式下通过增加吸气流速能增加VT,减少死腔率,促进 CO2的交换,并且改善肺动态顺应性,但并不能很好的改善氧合及肺内分流。吸气流速50 mL/L在较小炎症反应的情况下达到上述改善呼吸功能和呼吸力学,可推荐应用于进行OLV患者。
Objective The effects of different inspiratory velocity PCV on respiratory function and inflammatory factors in patients with one-lung ventilation OLV were compared. Methods This was a prospective study of 75 patients with one-lung ventilation in 2018-2019. The subjects were randomized to the inspiratory velocity 30(group A),50(group B)or 70(group C)L/min after anesthesia and one-lung ventilation OLV. Respiratory mechanics,respiratory function,hemodynamics and blood gas parameters were compared between the three groups pre-OLV(T0)and after 30 (T1), 60 (T2), and 120 (T3)minutes of OLV.Center venous blood was collected to measure interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8,tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α,andsoluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 levels.Observation of pulmonary complications and occurrence of ARDS 3 days after operation were made. Results Hemodynamic and general patient status were similar between the three groups (all P>0.05). PaCO2was lower in the group B and group C compared with the group A (P<0.05). Compared with T0, PaO2 and SVO2were lower at T1-T3of the three groups(P<0.05). PH, SO2 and HB were similar between the three groups (all P>0.05).ΔVT was higher in the group B and group C compared with the group A (P<0.05);Ppeak were similar between the three groups (all P>0.05). PEEP was higher in the group B and group C compared with the group A (P<0.05); VD/VT decreased in the group B and group C compared with the group A (P<0.05).Compared with T0,Qs/Qt increased at T1-T3 of the three groups (all P<0.05). Cdyn increased at T1-T3 of the group B and group C(all P<0.05). PaO2/FiO2 decreased at T1-T3 of the three groups(all P<0.05).Compared with T0, the concentrations of Il-6, Il-8, TNF-α and sICAM-1 increased at T1-T3of three groups (P<0.05), and in group A and group B were lower than those in group C (P<0.05).The number of patients who had postoperative pulmonary complications PPCS or acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)were similar between the three groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion In PCV mode, it can increase VT by increasing the inspiratory velocity, reduce the VD/VT, promote the exchange of CO2, and increase the Cdyn, but it cannot improve the oxygenation and Qs/Qt.Inspiratory velocity of 50 mL/L to achieve the above improvement in respiratory function and respiratory mechanics in the case of a smaller inflammatory response. It may be recommended for use in patients undergoing OLV.
目的 应用iTRAQ联合质谱技术筛选COPD大鼠肺组织差异表达蛋白。方法 20只雄性SD大鼠(200~220 g),随机分为对照组和模型组,每组10只,采用熏烟法建立COPD大鼠模型。观察大鼠肺组织病理学改变,测定肺功能,BALF白细胞数,肺组织总蛋白iTRAQ标记后质谱鉴定,用生物信息学方法分析蛋白表达变化。结果 与对照组相比,模型组大鼠支气管黏膜下肌层增厚,肺内可见大量炎性细胞浸润,肺功能降低,BALF白细胞数升高(均P<0.05)。质谱鉴定出4 916种蛋白,筛选出468个差异表达蛋白,其中285个表达上调,183个表达下调。筛选了上皮细胞粘着连接蛋白、fMLP、整合素等与COPD相关蛋白。结论 基于iTRAQ技术的蛋白质组学方法筛选出COPD大鼠差异表达蛋白,为进一步研究COPD的发生机制奠定了基础。
Objective iTRAQ and mass spectrometry were used to screen the differentially expressed proteins in the lung of COPD rats. Methods 20 male SD rats (200-220g)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 10 rats in each group. COPD rat model was established by smoking. The lung function, the number of BALF leukocytes, the total protein iTRAQ in lung tissue were measured and identified by mass spectrometry. The differentially expressed proteins were identified by bioinformatic analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the submucous layer of bronchus in the model group was thickened, a large number of inflammatory cells were seen in the lung, the lung function was reduced, and the number of BALF leukocytes was increased. 4 916 proteins were identified by mass spectrometry, 468 differentially expressed proteins were screened, 285 of which were up-regulated and 183 down regulated. Among them, the important COPD related proteins were epithelial adhesion connexin, fMLP and integrins. Conclusion iTRAQ technology screened out the differentially expressed proteins of COPD rats, which laid the foundation for the further study of COPD mechanism
目的 观察重组人血管内皮抑素注射液(恩度) 联合化疗治非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效和安全性。方法 对2015年3月—2017年10月经病理组织学或细胞学检查确诊的Ⅲ-Ⅳ期NSCLC74例患者,采用随机数字法把受试者随机分为联合治疗组(n=35)和对照组(n=39),联合治疗组接受恩度联合化疗的方案治疗;对照组单纯行常规化疗治疗。近期疗效评价采用RECIST标准,生活质量(QOL)采用Karnofsky评分(KPS),抗癌药物急性与亚急性毒性反应分度标准分0~Ⅳ度。比较两组患者的近期疗效指标(疾病完全缓解(CR)、疾病稳定( SD)、疾病进展( PD)、客观有效率(RR)、疾病控制率(DCR );QOL评分及毒副反应情况。结果 联合治疗组近期疗效指标RR及DCR高于对照组(P < 0.05);联合治疗组KPS评分高于对照组(P < 0.05);两组间的毒副作用包括恶心/呕吐、腹泻、疲乏、脱发、血小板下降及白细胞下降等,两组间毒副反应出现数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论 恩度与化疗药物联合使用可以提高NSCLC疗效和改善患者生活质量,未增加患者不良反应发生率。
Objective To observe the curative effect and the side effects of recombinant human vascular endostatin (Endostar) combined with the chemotherapy on nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods Seventy-four NSCLC patients confirmed by histopathology or cytopathology were randomly distributed to combined therapy group (n=35, with Endostar combined with chemotherapy) and control group (n=39, with conventional chemotherapy). The recent efficacy of drug was evaluated according to the RECIST criteria. The quality of life (QOL) was assessed by usingto the Karnofsky scores, and the safety of drug was evaluated according to WHO side effects criteria. Results The therapeutic effectiveness was better in the combined therapy group than that in the control group(P<0.01). The KPS was better in co-therapy group than that in the control group(P<0.05). The common adverse reactions in both groups included neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, lassitude, alopecia, thrombocytopenia and leukocytopenia. However, the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two group was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Endostar combined with the related chemotherapy may improve the curative effect and QOL of NSCLC.
目的 探讨哮喘患者的气道炎症表型分布及肺功能指标情况。方法 选择226 例哮喘患者为研究对象,其中50 例为重症哮喘,76 例为普通哮喘,对比哮喘患者的气道炎症表型分布情况及患者肺功能指标情况。结果 226 例哮喘患者中,嗜酸性粒细胞型最为常见,占36.73%,之后为中性粒细胞型(31.86%)、混合细胞型(22.12%)、寡细胞型(9.29%);重度哮喘患者中,中性粒细胞型患者肺功能相关指标均低于其它类型的重症患者(P<0.05)。结论 在哮喘气道炎症表型中,最常见的表型为嗜酸性粒细胞型,其中中性粒细胞型的哮喘患者的肺功能最差。
Objective To explore the phenotype distribution and lung function indicators of airway inflammation in asthmatic patients. Methods 226 cases of asthma patients were chosen as the research objects,in which 50 cases of severe asthma,76 cases of asthma,to compare asthma airway inflammation phenotype distribution and lung function index. Results Among 226 asthma patients,eosinophilic granulocytes were the most common,accounting for 36.73%,followed by neutrophilic granulocytes (31.86%),mixed cell types (22.12%) and oligocytes (9.29%). Among patients with severe asthma, the lung function of neutrophil patients was lower than that of other severe patients(P < 0.05). Conclusion Among asthmatic airway inflammatory phenotypes, the most common phenotype is eosinophilic granulocyte type, among which neutrophil asthmatic patients have the worst lung function.
