儿童登革热合并肝功能损害临床特点分析

目的 探讨儿童登革热(DF)合并肝功能损害的临床特征。方法 对2014年8—12月我院感染科收治住院的78例儿童DF的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 并发肝功能损害36例(46.15%),其中血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)升高24例(30.77%),血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)升高33例(42.31%);27例(75%)ALT/AST病程2周内恢复正常,9例于1月复查恢复正常。仅有1例总胆红素(TBIL)升高80.8 μmol/L,直接胆红素升高为主,1周后恢复正常。肝功能损害组较无肝功能损害组在外周血白细胞水平、血小板水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 儿童DF并肝功能损害较普遍,以轻度损害为主。与年龄、性别、皮疹、外周血白细胞、血小板有相关性。
Objective To approach the clinical characteristics of children dengue fever combined liver function damage. Methods Clinical data of 78 cases of children dengue fever in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed from August to December in 2014. Results 36 cases (46.15%) complicated with liver function damage. Among them 24 cases (30.77%) of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) increased, 33 cases (42.31%) of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) increased; 27 cases (75%)ALT/AST returned to normal within 2 weeks, 9 cases were recovered to normal in 1 month. Only 1 cases of total bilirubin (TBIL) increased to 80.8 mol/L, recovered after 1 week. Liver injury group and non liver injury group of peripheral blood leukocytes, platelets level comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Children dengue fever combined liver function damage was common, mainly mild. There was correlation with age, gender, skin rash, peripheral blood leukocytes and platelets.

女性盆底治疗仪配合中药治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病(FPFD)疗效观察

目的 探讨盆底肌康复仪配合中药补中益气汤对盆底功能障碍性疾病的治疗疗效。方法 对300例女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(FPFD)的患者采用盆底肌康复仪同时配合中药补中益气汤协同治疗从而弥补单纯盆底康复治疗不足。结果 产后一年内的早期盆底肌力松弛治愈率达83.82%; SUI组治疗后的临床症状控制效果及盆底肌力、持续时间优于POP组,P<0.01。结论 产后及时、早期干预盆底肌功能可有效防止盆底功能障碍性疾病的不良发展,同时配合经典方补中益气汤可益气、升阳举陷调理脏腑机能产生协同作用。

辅助内分泌治疗对乳腺癌患者血脂及肝功能水平的影响

目的 动态观察乳腺癌患者辅助内分泌治疗5年后的血脂及肝功能水平的变化,探求辅助内分泌治疗与高脂血症及脂肪肝发病率的关系。方法 56例乳腺癌患者实行辅助内分泌治疗,术后随访5年动态抽血测定其总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)及谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)等参数的变化,B超监测其肝脏变化。结果 经过2年内分泌治疗TG由(1.203±0.723)mmol/L上升至(1.701±1.271)mmol/L,5年内分泌治疗后TG降至(1.389±0.706)mmol/L。经过2年内分泌治疗LDL由(2.497±0.990)mmol/L上升至(2.950±0.984)mmol/L,5年内分泌治疗后LDL为(2.867±0.886)mmol/L。结论 辅助内分泌治疗2年会导致其TG和LDL的升高,5年随访仅发现LDL升高,辅助内分泌治疗会增加乳腺癌患者诱发心血管疾病的风险。

白带涂片多功能染色技术(BTR 法)在妇科疾病患者中的应用与评价

目的 探讨分析白带涂片多功能染色技术(BTR 法)在妇科疾病患者中的临床应用价值。方法 选取300 例有明显感染症状的妇科疾病患者取白带,采用BTR 法、盐水法和巴氏染色法进行检测。结果 BTR 法病原体阳性率:滴虫42%、霉菌36.7%、线索细胞17.3%、纤毛菌12%、淋球菌6.7%、球杆菌86%、核异质细胞6.3%和癌细胞2.7%,阴道清洁度95%;阳性率高于盐水法和巴氏染色法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而且BTR法操作简单,耗时少,检出率高,成本低,优于盐水法和巴氏染色法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 BTR 法可在几分钟内检出滴虫性或霉菌性或细菌性阴道炎、宫颈炎、宫颈癌、卵巢癌等异常情况,可提高妇科疾病病原体的检出率,为诊断和治疗提供可靠依据,适用于大型妇科普查和癌症筛查,值得在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To explore and analysis the application of leucorrhea smear multi-function BTR staining techniques(method) in gynecological disease. Methods Leucorrhea were taken in 300 gynecological disease patients with obvious infection symptoms, BTR, saline smear, pap staining were performed at the same sample. Results Pathogene positive rate ofBTR method of trichomonad, mould, clue cell, leptotrichia, gonococci, coccobacillus, dyskaryotic cell, cancer cell and vaginal cleanliness detection rate is 42%,36.7%,17.3%,12%,6.7%,86%,6.3%,2.7% and 95% respectively. The pathogens detection rate of BTR was higher than saline smear, pap staining. It showed statistical difference(P<0.01). BTR method operated simply, timely, low cost, positively than saline smear, pap staining,it showed statistical difference(P<0.01). Conclusion BTR method can detect bacterial vaginitis, colpitis mycotica, cervicitis, cervical carcinoma and ovarian cancer. It can provide reliable evidence for gynecological disease diagnosis and treatment. It can be applied in big gynecological and cancer screening. BTR method is deserved to popularize and apply in primary hospital.

生物反馈对正常人群心脏功能影响的非线性研究

A pilot study on biofeedback influencing cardiac function in normal health people by nonlinear analysis

目的 目前对于生物反馈发挥治疗作用的机理还未完全研究清楚,该实验借助近似熵(ApEn)这一新型的非线性研究方法,研究在生物反馈过程中心电的变化,从而希望发现生物反馈对心脏功能的潜在影响。方法 总数30人的健康正常受试者纳入研究,其中20人为生物反馈实验组,10人为正常对照组。该实验采用肌电生物反馈作为反馈方法,同时记录心电的变化。实验所得数据采用非线性动力学参数—近似熵(ApEn)进行研究。结果 实验组的平均心率在最后两个生物反馈阶段高于对照组。随着实验进展,实验组的心率标准差逐渐缩小,而心率和心电ApEn明显增高。结论 该实验发现生物反馈能够影响心电生理系统,使得心脏系统变得更加健康,展现出更强的抗应激能力,从而揭示了生物反馈潜在的治疗机理。
Objective The mechanism about biofeedback is not complete clear. Our aim was to study changes of cardiac function (electrophysiology) during biofeedback with the help of approximate entropy (ApEn), and a potential new mechanism about neurofeedback may be detected. Methods A total of 30 healthy volunteers participated in this study which consisted of the neurofeedback group(n=20) and the control group (n=10). We applied electromyogram neurofeedback as the feedback method, and simultaneously recorded electroencephalogram(EEG) and electrocardiogram(ECG). We applied the nonlinear analysis ApEn assess obtained data. Results In the biofeedback group the average of heart rate was higher than that of control group in the last two sessions. As the biofeedback experiment sessions were progressed, the standard deviation of heart rate gradually reduced and the ApEn of ECG increased with statistic significance in the biofeedback group. Conclusion We found that biofeedback can influence cardiac electrophysiological system and make cardiac systems progress healthily and achieve greater ability of anti-stress.

维生素D联合盐酸托莫西汀对ADHD患儿的效果及对其行为功能障碍和神经功能损伤的影响

目的 探讨对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿联合应用维生素D与盐酸托莫西汀的效果及对其行为功能障碍和神经功能损伤的影响。方法 选择于我院接受治疗的105例ADHD患儿,纳入时间为2023年7月—2024年3月,按照计算机分组法分为对照组52例给予盐酸托莫西汀治疗,观察组53例给予维生素D联合盐酸托莫西汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、神经与行为功能、不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率(96.23%)高于对照组(78.85%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平与行为、学习、躯体、冲动多动、焦虑及多动指数评分更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于ADHD患儿,使用维生素D联合盐酸托莫西汀显示出更为显著的疗效,能有效缓解行为功能障碍,减少神经功能损伤,且具有良好的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of combined use of vitamin D and atomoxetine hydrochloride on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and its impact on their behavioral dysfunction and neurological damage. Methods A total of 105 children with ADHD treated in the hospital were included from July 2023 to March 2024. They were divided into control group with 52 cases treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride, and observation group with 53 cases treated with vitamin D combined with atomoxetine hydrochloride using a computerized grouping method. The clinical efficacy, neurological function, behavioral function, and adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96. 23%)was higher than that of the control group(78. 85%)(P<0. 05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the levels of neuron-specific enolase in the observation group were significantly lower in terms of behavior, learning, physical fitness, impulsivity hyperactivity, anxiety and hyperactivity index scores(P<0. 05). The comparison of the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups was not significant(P>0. 05). Conclusions The combined use of vitamin D and atomoxetine hydrochloride has a more significant therapeutic effect on children with ADHD, which can effectively alleviate behavioral dysfunction, reduce neurological damage, and has good safety.

抗增殖蛋白2对脓毒症心肌损伤线粒体功能稳态的作用机制研究

目的 探讨抗增殖蛋白2(PHB2)脓毒症心肌损伤线粒体功能的调控机制。方法 体外培养大鼠心肌细胞株(H9C2),分为对照组、脂多糖(LPS)组、LPS+PHB2 siRNA(si-PHB2)组。检测氧化应激指标细胞内丙二醛(MDA)水平、荧光探针检测细胞内活性氧(ROS)水平;线粒体指标:三磷酸腺苷(ATP)水平、线粒体膜电位、线粒体电镜、线粒体半定量评分;免疫印迹法检测PHB2、PTEN诱导激酶1(PTNKI)、帕金蛋白(Parkin)、线粒体转录因子(TFAM)的表达。结果 LPS刺激后MDA水平和ROS水平升高、ATP水平低,LPS+si-PHB2组MDA(6.21±0.39 vs 3.59±0.33, P<0.05)、细胞内的ROS(15 131.37±88.72 vs 8 628.67±71.95, P<0.05)的水平较LPS组升高,ATP(3.46±0.34 vs 4.52±0.25, P<0.05)和线粒体膜电位水平(0.33±0.04 vs 0.55±0.09, P<0.05)进一步降低;电镜观察显示与正常组相比,LPS组、LPS+si-PHB2组出现不同程度线粒体损伤,线粒体损伤半定量评分显示LPS+si-PHB2组的损伤较LPS组更为明显(1.42±0.10 vs 0.81±0.04, P<0.05); 免疫印迹法结果显示LPS处理后PHB2、PINK1、Parkin 表达上调,TFAM表达下调,LPS+si-PHB2组的线粒体自噬相关蛋白PINK1(1.33±0.06 vs 1.79±0.21, P<0.05)、Parkin(1.43±0.08 vs 1.86±0.09, P<0.05)和线粒体生物发生关键蛋白TFAM(0.29±0.01 vs 0.74±0.06, P<0.05)表达均较LPS组降低。结论 LPS可促进大鼠心肌细胞PHB2表达,si-PHB2干扰后线粒体自噬蛋白和生物发生蛋白表达抑制,心肌细胞氧化应激损害和线粒体功能障碍加重,提示PHB2表达上调可能恢复线粒体稳态改善脓毒症心肌损伤的线粒体功能。
Objective To explore the regulatory mechanism of septic myocardial injury by prohibitin 2(PHB2). Methods Rat myocardial cell lines(H9C2)were cultured in vitro and divided into control group,LPS group,LPS + PHB2 siRNA(si-PHB2) group. The indicators for detecting oxidative stress include the levels of intracellular malondialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS). The indicators for mitochondrial detection include adenosine triphosphate(ATP)levels,mitochondrial membrane potential,mitochondrial electron microscopy,and semi-quantitative mitochondrial scoring. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of PHB2,PTEN induced putative kinase(PINK1),Parkin,mitochondrial transcription factor A(TFAM). Results After LPS stimulation,MDA level and intracellular ROS level increased,ATP level decreased. Compared with LPS group,MDA(6. 21±0. 39 vs 3. 59±0. 33, P<0. 05)level and intracellular ROS level(15 131. 37±88. 72 vs 8 628. 67±71. 95, P<0. 05)in LPS + si-PHB2 group increased significantly,while ATP(3. 46±0. 34 vs 4. 52±0. 25, P<0. 05)and MMP(0. 33±0. 04 vs 0. 55±0. 09, P<0. 05)level further decreased. Compared with the normal group,the structure of mitochondria in LPS group and LPS + si-PHB2 group was damaged in different degree. The semi-quantitative score of mitochondrial damage showed that the damage in LPS + si-PHB2 group was more obvious than that in LPS group(1. 42±0. 10 vs 0. 81±0. 04, P<0. 05). Western blotting showed that the expression of PHB2,PINK1 and Parkin were up-regulated and the expression of TFAM was down-regulated after LPS treatment,mitohagy-related proteins PINK1(1. 33±0. 06 vs 1. 79±0. 21, P<0. 05),Parkin(1. 43±0. 08 vs 1. 86±0. 09, P<0. 05)and mitochondrial biogenetic protein TFAM(0. 29±0. 01 vs 0. 74±0. 06, P<0. 05)in LPS+si-PHB2 group were lower than those in LPS group. Conclusions LPS can promote the expression of PHB2 in rat cardiomyocytes. After interfering with PHB2 expression,we found that mitochondrial autophagy and biogenesis are inhibited,and mitochondrial dysfunction,oxidative stress exacerbated,suggesting that the up-regulation of PHB2 expression may restore mitochondrial homeostasis and improve mitochondrial function in septic myocardial injury.

帕金森病患者执行功能障碍与脑小血管病总负荷的相关性研究

The total burden of CSVD correlates with the executive functions in patients with Parkinson's disease

        目的   探讨帕金森病(PD)患者执行功能障碍与脑小血管病(CSVD)总负荷的关系。方法   回顾性分析2020年1月1日—2024年6月30日在佛山市第一人民医院住院的156例PD患者收集患者的临床资料,包括性别、年龄、教育年限、高血压病史等,采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估认知功能以及采用额叶功能评定表(FAB)评估执行功能。根据患者的认知功能和执行功能评定结果,将156例患者分为PD认知功能正常(PD-NC)组、PD执行功能异常组(PD-EF)和PD非执行功能异常组(PD-NEF)。所有研究对象均行头颅磁共振检查,行CSVD总负荷的评分。比较3组患者一般临床资料、CSVD及其标志物的差异。结果  PD-EF组的年龄、病程、H-Y分期、脑室周围白质高信号(PVWMH)、皮层下白质高信号(DWMH)、腔隙性脑梗死(LI)、CSVD 总负荷评分高于PD-NEF组、PD-NC组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,PD患者FAB评分与PWMH评分、DWMH评分、LI数目、CSVD总负荷评分均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,PD患者FAB评分越低,DWMH评分、LI数目、CSVD总负荷评分均越高(均P<0.05)。结论  PD患者执行功能障碍和CSVD总负荷相关。
       Objective  To explore whether total burden of cerebaral small vessel disease(CSVD)detected with MRI was associated with the executive functions in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods  In total,156 patients with PD in First People’s Hospital of Foshan from January 2020 to June 2024 were retrospectively enrolled.Detailed clinical data were obtained.The clinical data of all the patients such as age,gender,years of education,hypertension history were collected.The MiniMental State Examination(MMSE)and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)were used to assess cognitive function,the Frontal Assessment Battery(FAB)was used to assess executive function.According to the function levels,all cases were divided into PD with normal cognition(PD-NC)group,PD with executive function(PD-EF)and PD with non-executive function(PD-NEF).All the patients underwent brain MRI to determine the presence and burden of CSVD,scoring between 0 and 4.Results  The age,course of disease,Hoehn-Yahr staging,the scores of periventricular white matter hyperintensities(PWMH),the scores of deep subcortical white matter hyperintensities(DWMH),the numbers of lacunar infarcts(LI),the CSVD scores were significantly higher in the patients of PD-EF group than PD-NC group and PD-NEF group(P<0.05).Spearman’s correlation analysis showed that FAB scores had a significant correlation with scores of PWMH,the scores of DWMH,the numbers of LI,and the CSVD burden scores(P<0.05).Multivariable analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between FAB scores and the scores of DWMH,the numbers of LI,the CSVD scores.Conclusions  The total MRI CSVD burden was associated with the executive functions in patients with PD in this study.

长病程 2 型糖尿病患者胰岛 β 细胞功能与 BMI 的相关性研究

       目的   探讨长病程2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者体质指数(BMI)与胰岛β细胞功能间的相关关系。法    选取2023年12月—2024年3月于承德市中心医院内分泌风湿免疫科住院的260例长病程(病程≥10年)T2DM患者作为研究对象,依据BMI将其分成正常组、超重组和肥胖组,比较三组间一般资料、检验学指标及检查的差异,分析胰岛β细胞功能与各指标间的相关性。结果   三组研究对象在空腹静脉血糖(FPG)、空腹C肽(FCP)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)等上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肥胖组的FPG、FCP、HOMA-IR、UA、TG均高于正常组(P<0.05),超重组的UA、TG均高于正常组(P<0.05),肥胖组的FPG、HOMA-IR、UA高于超重组(P<0.05),Spearman相关分析结果显示HOMA-β与体质量指数(BMI)无相关性(r=0.046,P=0.461),HOMA-β与UA(r=0.226,P<0.001)、TG(r=0.148,P=0.017)呈正相关,HOMA-IR与BMI(r=0.279,P<0.001)与、UA相关(r=0.284,P<0.001)及TG(r=0.349,P<0.001)呈正相关,多元线性回归分析显示UA是HOMA-β的影响因素(P<0.05),BMI、UA、TG是HOMA-IR的影响因素(P<0.05)。论    长病程的T2DM患者,其胰岛素抵抗水平随着BMI的增加逐渐升高,而胰岛β细胞功能指数与BMI的相关性不显著。同时,UA和TG也是长病程T2DM患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响因素。
       Objective  To explore the correlation between body mass index(BMI)and islet β cell function in patients with long course type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods  A total of 260 patients with T2DM with a long course of disease(course≥10 years)admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Rheumatology of Chengde Central Hospital from December 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into normal group,overweight group and obese group according to BMI.Comparison among the three groups in general data,inspection index and and the difference of the islet β cell function were performed,and the correlation among the indexes was analyzed.Results  There were statistically significant differences in fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting C peptide(FCP),homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),uric acid(UA)and triglycerides(TG)among the three groups(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in homeostatic model assessment of β-cell function(HOMA-β)(P>0.05).The levels of FPG,FCP,HOMA-IR,UA and TG in the obese group were higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05);the levels of UA and TG in the overweight group were higher than those inthe normal group(P<0.05);the levels of FPG,HOMA-IR and UA in the obese group were higher than those in the overweight groupP<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that HOMA-β was not correlated with BMI(r=0.046,P=0.461),but was positively correlated with UA and TG(r=0.226,P<0.001;r=0.148,P=0.017),HOMA-IR was positively correlated with BMI,UA and TG(r=0.279,P<0.001;r=0.284,P<0.001;r=0.349,P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that UA was the influencing factor of HOMA-β(P<0.05),BMI,UA and TG were the influencing factors of HOMA-IR(P<0.05).Conclusions  In T2DM patients with long disease course,the level of insulin  resistance increased gradually with the increase of BMI,but the correlation between β-cell function index and BMI was not significant.At the same time,UA and TG are also factors affecting the function of islet β cells in patients with long-course T2DM.

综合康复训练对脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者的应用效果及认知功能影响

The application effect and cognitive function impact of comprehensive rehabilitation training on patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke

     目的   探讨综合康复训练对脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者的应用效果及认知功能影响。方法   选取2022年2月—2023年2月暨南大学附属广州红十字会医院收治的80例脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者展开前瞻性研究,应用抽签法将其分为综合康复组与常规组,各40例。常规组实施常规干预,综合康复组在常规组基础上增加综合康复训练,对比其认知功能,简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分变化,运动功能与平衡功能,日常生活能力与生活质量。结果   干预后综合康复组患者洛文斯顿作业疗法认知量表评分注意力为(3.36±0.42)分、思维运动为(17.34±2.31)分、定向力为(13.19±1.24)分,均高于常规组,且两组干预后高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后综合康复组患者MMSE评分为(25.58±4.12)分高于常规组,且两组干预后高于干预前,NIHSS评分为(14.53±2.62)分,低于常规组,且两组干预后低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后综合康复组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分为(14.51±3.23)分、手臂动作调查测试表评分为(26.86±5.25)分、平衡量表评分为(43.06±5.13)分,高于常规组,且两组干预后高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后综合康复组患者日常生活活动能力量表评分为(53.02±4.43)分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分为(97.11±12.23)分,高于常规组,且两组干预后高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论   针对脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者采取综合康复训练可促进患者认知功能恢复,提升患者运动功能及机体平衡功能,改善患者智力水平与神经功能,进一步提升患者日常生活能力与生活质量。
        Objective  To explore the effect of comprehensive  rehabilitation training on cognitive function in patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods  A  prospective  study was conducted on  80  patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke,who admitted to the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023.They were divided into a comprehensive rehabilitation group and a control group using a lottery method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group  received  routine intervention,while the comprehensive  rehabilitation group  received additional comprehensive  rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Their cognitive function,Mini Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE),National  Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the United States(NIHSS)score changes,motor function and balance function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared.Results  After intervention,the Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Scale scores of attention(3.36±0.42),thinking and motor(17.34±2.31),and orientation(13.19±1.24)in the comprehensive  rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group,and both groups had higher scores after intervention than before(P<0.05).After intervention,the MMSE score(25.58±4.12)of patients in the comprehensive rehabilitation group was higher than that of the control group,and both groups had higher scores after intervention compared to those before intervention.The NIHSS score(14.53±2.62)was lower than that of the control group,and both groups had lower scores after intervention compared to those before interventionP<0.05).After intervention,the Fugl Meyer Assessment score(14.51±3.23),Arm Movement Survey Test Form score(26.86±5.25),and Balance Scale score(43.06±5.13)in the comprehensive rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group,and both groups had higher scores after intervention than before(P<0.05).After intervention,the Basic Activity of Daily Living score(53.02±4.43)and stroke specific quality of life score(97.11±12.23)in the comprehensive  rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group,and both groups had higher scores after intervention than before(P<0.05).Conclusions  Comprehensive  rehabilitation training for patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke can promote cognitive function recovery,improve motor function and balance function,enhance intelligence and neurological function,and further improve daily living ability and quality of life.
