目的 探讨与观察思维导图教育模式对肠造口患者生活质量与心理情绪的影响。方法 选择2021年5月—2022年4月本院胃肠外科收治的低位直肠癌术后患者80例为研究对象,按入院顺序随机编号,对应随机数字为偶数的分到思维导图组(n=40),奇数的分到传统组(n=40)。传统组给予常规健康教育干预,思维导图组在传统组护理的基础上给予思维导图教育模式干预,思维导图组与传统组护理观察时间为3个月。结果 思维导图组护理期间的造口感染、坏死、水肿、出血、旁疝等并发症发生率与传统组相比都降低(P<0.05)。思维导图组与传统组护理后的焦虑与抑郁评分与护理前相比降低(P<0.05),护理后思维导图组评分与传统组相比降低(P<0.05)。思维导图组的术后住院时间、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间与传统组相比均减少(P<0.05)。思维导图组护理后的副作用、共性症状、尿路症状、特异躯体症状、特异心理、性功能、尿袋问题等生活质量评分与传统组相比都减少(P<0.05)。结论 思维导图教育模式在肠造口患者的应用能促进缓解心理负面情绪,促进患者康复,提高患者的生活质量,减少术后造口并发症的发生。
Objective To explore and observe the effects of mind map education mode on the quality of life and psychological emotions of patients with enterostomy.Methods From May 2021 to April 2022, 80 cases of patients with postoperative low rectal cancer who were admitted to the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and all the cases were numbered according to the random admission sequence, and those with even random numbers were assigned to the mind map group(n=40), and odd numbers were assigned to the traditional group(n=40).The traditional group was given routine health education intervention, the mind map group was given mind map education mode intervention additionally, and the nursing observation time of both groups was 3 months.Results The incidences of complications such as stoma bleeding, parastomal hernia, stoma necrosis, stoma edema and stoma infection during nursing in the mind map group were lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in both groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05), and the scores in the mind map group after nursing were also significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time, and postoperative ambulation time of the mind map group were significantly shorter than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of common symptoms, side effects, urinary tract symptoms, specific somatic symptoms, specific psychology, urine bag problems and sexual function in the mind map group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of mind map education model in patients with enterostomy can promote the relief of psychological negative emotions, promote the recovery of patients, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.

目的 探讨全程健康管理对糖尿病患者的血糖控制应用效果分析。方法 选择在我院门诊接受治疗的200例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规健康教育对患者进行健康指导,观察组在对照组基础上对患者行全程健康管理干预,建立糖尿病健康教育小组,对患者进行个体化的健康指导。比较2组患者干预后心理评估及空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖的变化情况。结果 观察组患者予全程健康教育指导后,GAD-7焦虑量表及PHQ-9抑郁量表测试结果、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖控制效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 行全程健康管理干预可有效改善糖尿病患者焦虑抑郁情绪,有效改善空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖,增强患者自我保健意识。
Objective To explore the effect of whole process health management on blood glucose control in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 200 patients with diabetes who were treated in the outpatient department of our hospital were studied and divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases respectively.The patients in control group were given routine health guidance.The patients in observation group underwent whole-process health management intervention on the basis of control group,the diabetes health education group was established and individualized health coaching was given.Psychological assessment and fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose changes in the 2 groups of patients after the intervention were compared.Results After receiving whole course health education and guidance,the score GAD-7 anxity scale,PHQ-9 depression scale,pre-prandial blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The whole process of health management intervention can improve anxiety and depression of diabetes patients,lower blood glucose levels before meals and 2 h after meals,enhance patients’ self-awareness.

目的 探讨以家庭为中心的患教模式对糖尿病患者代谢控制水平的影响。方法 选取168例2016年9月—2017年8月在我院治疗的糖尿病患者,根据不同的健康教育模式干预将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各84例。对照组患者采用传统的综合患教模式,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用以家庭为中心的患教模式,比较两组患者的自我管理水平及血糖、血脂控制效果。结果 干预后,观察组自我管理总得分、饮食控制、运动锻炼、血糖监测、足部护理、高低血糖处理均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的FBG、PBG、HbA1C、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 以家庭为中心的患教模式可辅助患者规范自己的行为,加强自我管理,改善血糖控制水平。
Objective To study the effects of two health education models on the level of metabolic control in diabetic patients. Methods 168 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were selected as subjects. According to different health education model interventions, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 84 cases in each group. The patients in the control group adopted a comprehensive health education model, and the patients in the observation group adopted a family-centered health education model based on the control group. The self-management level and blood glucose and blood lipid control effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the observation group self-management total score, diet control, exercise, blood glucose monitoring, foot care, high and low blood glucose treatment were better than that of control group (P<0.05); observation group FBG, PBG, HbA1C, TC, TG, LDL-C level were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion A family-centered health education model may help patients regulate their behavior, strengthen self-management, and improve their blood sugar control levels.

目的 观察综合健康教育在门诊长期肌注黄体酮患者的应用效果。方法 选取2018年10月—2019年6月在本院门诊中心注射室进行黄体酮注射的先兆流产患者319例,按患者来门诊的注射顺序,采用随机分组方法,单数位为对照组,双数位为干预组。干预组在肌注黄体酮时实行综合健康教育,而对照组则进行基本指导。注射1个月后观察效果。结果 干预组发生硬结例数77例(48.4%),对照组147例(91.9%);而疼痛程度方面干预组为(1.34±2.125)分,而对照组则为(4.51±2.400)分;干预组的满意度平均分为(9.60±0.975)分,而对照组为(6.65±1.603)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 对门诊长期肌注黄体酮患者实行综合健康教育有助于减轻患者疼痛、降低硬结发生率,促进药物疗效,提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive health education on outpatients with long-term intramuscular injection of progesterone. Methods 319 patients were enrolled from October 2018 to June 2019, and were divided into the observation group and control group according to the sequence of patients coming to the outpatient clinic. Comprehensive health education was applied in the intervention group, and general basic education was applied in the control group. Results There were 77 cases (48.4%) of callosity in the intervention group, 147 cases (91.9%) in the control group. In pain degree scores of (1.34±2.125) were in the intervention group, (4.51±2.400) in the control group. In degree of satisfaction, (9.60±0.975) were in the intervention group, and (6.65±1.603) in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive health education may alleviate pain and callosity in patients with long-term intramuscular injection of progesterone.
临床护理
目的 探讨健康教育路径联合集束化护理模式在预防脑卒中患者便秘的效果观察。方法 随机选择神经外科收治的脑卒中患者120例,分为实验组与对照组,各60例,其中对照组给予常规护理,而实验组在常规护理基础上应用健康教育路径联合集束化护理模式。比较两组患者便秘发生率、便秘措施落实率、患者满意度、及患者入院前后的健康教育知识知晓率的比较。结果 实验组便秘发生率明显低于对照组,便秘护理评估率,护理措施落实率,病人满意度明显高于观察组,患者入院后的健康教育知识知晓率明显升高(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 健康教育路径联合集束化护理模式能有效的降低脑卒中患者便秘发生率,提高预防便秘发生护理措施落实率,提高患者满意度,提高患者舒适度。
临床诊疗
目的 观察饮食干预管理和健康教育对糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)患者的干预效果。方法 90例DKA患者根据数字表法随机分为2组,对照组(n=45)予以常规治疗及护理措施,观察组(n=45)在对照组治疗及护理基础上予以饮食干预管理和健康教育,比较两组患者干预后血糖控制时间、酸中毒纠正时间和住院治疗时间;采用相关效果量表调查两组患者干预前后相关知识知晓程度及健康饮食依从度;通过生活质量评分表和问卷表比较两组患者两组生活质量和护理满意度。结果 观察组干预后血糖控制时间、酸中毒纠正时间均早于对照组(P<0.05),而住院治疗时间少于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预前相关知识知晓程度比较无差异(P>0.05),观察组干预后相关知识知晓程度及健康饮食依从度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 饮食干预管理和健康教育可明显改善DKA患者症状及生活质量,提高相关知识知晓程度及健康饮食依从度。

目的 探讨医护合作护理程序教育模式在轻度认知功能障碍血透患者中的应用效果。方法 对65例患者实施医护合作护理程序教育模式,2个月后对患者的健康教育知识掌握程度、自体动静脉内瘘自我护理能力、维持性透析依从性、满意度进行测评。结果 医护合作护理程序教育模式后患者的健康教育知识掌握程度为92.31%、自体动静脉内瘘自我护理能力为27.11±3.26、维持性透析依从性是48.22±4.67、护理满意度是92.31%,均比护理程序教育前提高,护理程序教育前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 医护合作护理程序教育模式能提高患者的认知能力、自我护理能力和满意度,减少并发症,利于患者生活质量的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of nursing process education model under doctor-nurse cooperation in hemodialysis patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods 65 patients received nursing process education model under doctor-nurse cooperation. After 2 months, these patients were assessed in terms of the level of knowledge about health education, autologous arteriovenous fistula self-care ability, compliance of maintenance dialysis and satisfaction.Results After the nursing process education model under doctor-nurse cooperation, the percentage of patients who became proficient at knowledge about health education was 92.31%, that of patients who showed autologous arteriovenous fistula self-care ability was 27.11±3.26, that of the patients who became compliant to maintenance dialysis was 48.22±4.67, and nursing satisfaction was 92.31%. These performances improved significantly, comparing to those before the nursing process education model under doctor-nurse cooperation. The differences between before and after the model have statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion The nursing process education model under doctor-nurse cooperation may improve patients' cognitive ability, self-care ability and satisfaction. It also reduces complications and helps patients to increase the quality of life.

随着时代的发展,医学模式更具综合性,预防医学专业特性不仅体现其医学范畴,其综合性特点日益突出。因此预防医学专业医学生综合素质及创新能力的培养显得愈发重要。为了提高预防医学学生的综合素质及创新能力,我们从预防医学理论教学及实验教学开展了教学改革探讨。

目的 探究以临床护理路径为主的健康教育在二胎异位妊娠患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月—2017年6月收治的80例二胎异位妊娠患者,随机分为实验组40例和对照组40例,实验组:实施以临床护理路径为主的健康教育,对照组以常规指导,比较两组临床效果。结果 实验组患者在健康教育知晓率、护理满意率方面与对照组比较,有差异(P<0.05);实验组在住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生率方面与对照组比较(P<0.05),观察组焦虑评分与抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 二胎异位妊娠患者运用临床护理路径进行健康教育,可有效提高患者对于异位妊娠疾病的了解程度,提高治疗护理依从性,促进患者早日康复出院,提高护理满意度,值得推广普及。
Objective To study the effect of applying clinical nursing pathway on health education of second womb ectopic pregnancy and explore more effective health education modes. Methods 80 patients with second-trimester ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The experimental group was given health education through clinical nursing pathway. The control group was given routine guidance. We compared the effects of health education in two groups. Results 40 patients in the experimental group were compared with the 40 patients in the control group in terms of awareness rate of health education and satisfaction rate of care, P<0.05; the experimental group was compared with the control group in terms of length of stay, hospitalization costs, and complication rate, P<0.05 The anxiety scores and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. There was a statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusions Applying clinical nursing pathway on health education of second womb ectopic pregnancy patients may effectively improve patients' understanding of ectopic pregnancy diseases, improve compliance of nursing care, facilitate patients to be discharged and improve satisfaction of nursing satisfaction, clinical care services in the popularization.

目的 对临床护士实施预防住院患者误吸教育干预,评价干预措施对护士预防误吸知识及护理行为的影响。方法 选取我院神经系统相关科室的110名护士为研究对象,通过一系列教育干预,对比干预前后护士在预防误吸知识及护理行为等方面的改变,评估干预措施的效果。结果 110名护士均对培训满意;培训前护士预防误吸知识的平均得分为(65.6±9.6)分,培训后平均得分为(92.5±6.5)分,培训前后得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后89份(89%)跟踪调查卷明确表示护士在工作中运用了培训所学的知识。结论 对护士进行有组织、有计划的教育干预能提高护士预防与处理患者误吸的知识水平,并能对护士预防和处理患者误吸的行为产生积极影响。
Objective To evaluate the effect of educating nurses on how to prevent and reduce aspiration rate of patients. Methods 110 nurses were recruited from neurological department in our hospital and were trained systematically about the prevention and nursing of aspiration. We compared the scores they had before and after training. Results 110 nurses were all satisfied with the training. The pre-education test score about the aspiration knowledge was 65.6±9.6 while the post-education test score was 92.5±6.5. The difference of the score before and after training was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The follow-up study indicated that 89% nurses are applying the knowledge gained from the training to their clinical work. Conclusion It's suggested that well-organized educational training may improve nurses' performance of preventing patients from aspiration and treating patients when they had aspiration, which left a positive effect on nurses' behavior.
