高压氧对FVB小鼠旷场行为的影响

目的 探讨高压氧对FVB小鼠旷场行为的影响。方法 对9只4周龄高压氧组FVB小鼠进行2个疗程共21天高压氧干预;对13只4周龄对照组FVB小鼠不做任何处理,正常饲养。21天后对2组小鼠进行旷场实验,观察高压氧对FVB小鼠旷场行为的影响。结果 高压氧组小鼠在中央区停留时间(3.73±3.69,17.97±6.82,t=-5.564,P=0.000)和运动路程较对照组小鼠减少(189.65±199.32,525.67±244.22,t=-3.298,P=0.040),在外周区停留时间增加(296.07±3.69,281.79±6.79,t=5.597,P=0.000);进入中央区、外周区次数及穿越各区总次数都减少(3.11±3.10,8.20±4.80, t=-2.770,P=0.014;3.11±3.10,9.10±4.79,t=-3.264,P=0.005;6.22±6.20,17.30±9.59,t=-3.018,P=0.008);2组小鼠总路程和平均速度无差异(8766.57±3362.90,8320.47±1692.47, t=0.359,P=0.726;73.05±28.02,69.34±14.10,t=0.359,P=0.726)。结论 高压氧改变FVB小鼠的旷场行为的表型,使小鼠趋避性增加,对环境的认知能力及焦虑程度增强,探索性下降。
Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO)on behaviors of FVB mice in the open field test. Methods 9 mice of four-week-old in the HBO group were treated with hyperbaric oxygenation for a total of 21 days during two courses while 13 control mice of four-week-old did not do any treatment. After 21-day normal breeding, the mice of two groups were tested with open field test. Then, researchers observed the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation on mice behaviors after open field test. Results Compared to 13 control mice, residence time (3.73±3.69,17.97±6.82,t=-5.564,P=0.000) and the range of movement (189.65±199.32,525.67±244.22,t=-3.298,P=0.040)in central region decreased while the residence time in external region increased (296.07±3.69,281.79±6.79,t=5.597,P=0.000). The times of entering the central region and external region and crossing both of the regions decreased (3.11±3.10,8.20±4.80, t=-2.770,P=0.014;3.11±3.10,9.10±4.79,t=-3.264,P=0.005;6.22±6.20,17.30±9.59,t=-3.018,P=0.008). There was no difference in the total range of movement and the average velocity (8766.57±3362.90,8320.47±1692.47, t=0.359,P=0.726;73.05±28.02,69.34±14.10,t=0.359,P=0.726). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygenation may change the behaviors of FVB mice in open field test to enhance its phobotaxis, anxiety degree and the cognitive ability in environment and inhibiting its exploration ability.

教育干预对护士预防误吸知识和护理行为的影响研究

目的 对临床护士实施预防住院患者误吸教育干预,评价干预措施对护士预防误吸知识及护理行为的影响。方法 选取我院神经系统相关科室的110名护士为研究对象,通过一系列教育干预,对比干预前后护士在预防误吸知识及护理行为等方面的改变,评估干预措施的效果。结果 110名护士均对培训满意;培训前护士预防误吸知识的平均得分为(65.6±9.6)分,培训后平均得分为(92.5±6.5)分,培训前后得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后89份(89%)跟踪调查卷明确表示护士在工作中运用了培训所学的知识。结论 对护士进行有组织、有计划的教育干预能提高护士预防与处理患者误吸的知识水平,并能对护士预防和处理患者误吸的行为产生积极影响。
Objective To evaluate the effect of educating nurses on how to prevent and reduce aspiration rate of patients. Methods 110 nurses were recruited from neurological department in our hospital and were trained systematically about the prevention and nursing of aspiration. We compared the scores they had before and after training. Results 110 nurses were all satisfied with the training. The pre-education test score about the aspiration knowledge was 65.6±9.6 while the post-education test score was 92.5±6.5. The difference of the score before and after training was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The follow-up study indicated that 89% nurses are applying the knowledge gained from the training to their clinical work. Conclusion It's suggested that well-organized educational training may improve nurses' performance of preventing patients from aspiration and treating patients when they had aspiration, which left a positive effect on nurses' behavior.

不同性别学龄儿童行为问题影响因素分析

目的 分析不同性别学龄儿童行为问题影响因素,为促进儿童行为健康发展提供指导依据。方法 以儿童保健门诊就诊的学龄儿童200名,男童110例,女童90例,平均年龄为(7±15)a 为调查对象,采用儿童行为量表(CBCL)检测所有调查对象的行为问题。由男/女童父母在专业人员指导下进行问卷调查,对收集的数据使用SPSS 11.0统计软件进行资料分析。结果 本次调查中男、女童年龄差异无统计学意义,男、女童在检出儿童行为问题方面有明显的差异性(P<0.05,P<0.01)具有统计学意义。男童在强迫性、违纪方面明显高于女童,女童在抑郁、社交退缩、体诉方面高于男童。结论 儿童行为问题的发生,受多方面因素影响包括社会环境、家庭环境以及父母的教养方式,应根据男童和女童的不同行为特点,给予有效的干预让孩子的身心发展更趋稳定和健康,从而降低儿童行为问题的发生。
Objective To explore the influence factors of children's behavior problem in school-age children, and to provide the evidence for promoting healthier children's behavior. Methods The objects of our study included 200 school-aged children in health care clinic (110 boys and 90 girls ), the average age is 7(7±15)years, and we used the CBCL questionnaire to assess all the children's behavior problems. The CBCL questionnaire was finished by the parents of the children guided by the specialized investigator. The data was analyzed by the SPSS 11.0 software. Results The score of boys in compulsivity and disobey is significant higher than girls(P<0.05), and the girls have higher score in depression, social flinch and physical demands than boys(P<0.01). There is no significant difference between different genders in the age of the children. Conclusion Behavior problems of children were affected by many kinds of factors including social environment, family environment and parenting styles. We need to conduct appropriate behavior intervention according to the different behavior characteristics between boys and girls, to promote healthier children's behavior and to reduce the behavior problems of children.

目的 游泳抚触操对新生儿神经行为及体格发育影响的研究。方法 将76例正常新生儿随机分为观察组(游泳加抚触操)31例,对照组(常规沐浴)45例,两组新生儿分别于出生后第5天、14天、42天对两组新生儿进行新生儿行为神经评分(NBNA),新生儿生后睡眠情况比较,胎便初排,胎便转黄时间比较,新生儿体重,身长比较。结果 两组新生儿神经行为及体格发育各项指标与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.01)。结论 游泳抚触操对新生儿神经行为及体格发育有促进作用,临床值得推广应用。

广州市海珠区学生结核病知信行调查

Practice survey of knowledge-attitude-behavior model about tuberculosis among the students in Haizhu district of Guangzhou

目的 了解广州市海珠区在校学生结核病核心知识知晓率现状、对结核病态度及相关行为,为进一步加强学校结核病健康教育工作提供依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法随机选取海珠区内6所学校268名学生进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析、卡方检验。结果 学生结核病知识总知晓率为76.4%,女生结核病知识知晓率比男生高,高中生比大学生和初中生高,市内学生比市外学生知晓率高;户籍是市内的学生更愿意去了解结核病,女生比男生高,市内比市外的学生更加愿意成为志愿者;对于出现结核病疑似症状,大学生更为主动地寻求医生帮助,女学生在自己得了肺结核后会更加主动提醒周围人去检查。结论 学生对结核病的总知晓率仍偏低,以后的结核病健康教育应进一步针对学生的不同特征采取更合适的方式进行宣传,提高学生对结核病的知晓率,促使其形成正确的态度和行为。
Objective To understand the status of the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge,attitude and behavior among students in Haizhu district, Guangzhou, and to provide evidence for further strengthening the work of tuberculosis health education in schools. Methods Applying stratified random sampling method to choose 268 students from 6 schools for questionnaire investigation and used descriptive statistical analysis method, Chi-square test to assess related indicators. Results The awareness rate of TB knowledge was 76.4%, female students' was higher than male students', high school students' was the highest, Guangzhou household registers was higher than that no householder in Guangzhou; the students of householder in Guangzhou were more willing to learn about TB, female students' and the students of householder in Guangzhou were more willing to become a volunteer; College students were more active to seek medical help, female students after they had pulmonary tuberculosis would more active to remind the people around to have a check. Conclusion The level of knowledge about tuberculosis among students in the district was still lower than the standard. The health education of tuberculosis knowledge should further make publicity according to the different features of the students, to improve the students the awareness of TB and to promote the formation of correct confidence and behavior

维生素D联合盐酸托莫西汀对ADHD患儿的效果及对其行为功能障碍和神经功能损伤的影响

目的 探讨对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿联合应用维生素D与盐酸托莫西汀的效果及对其行为功能障碍和神经功能损伤的影响。方法 选择于我院接受治疗的105例ADHD患儿,纳入时间为2023年7月—2024年3月,按照计算机分组法分为对照组52例给予盐酸托莫西汀治疗,观察组53例给予维生素D联合盐酸托莫西汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、神经与行为功能、不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率(96.23%)高于对照组(78.85%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平与行为、学习、躯体、冲动多动、焦虑及多动指数评分更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于ADHD患儿,使用维生素D联合盐酸托莫西汀显示出更为显著的疗效,能有效缓解行为功能障碍,减少神经功能损伤,且具有良好的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of combined use of vitamin D and atomoxetine hydrochloride on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and its impact on their behavioral dysfunction and neurological damage. Methods A total of 105 children with ADHD treated in the hospital were included from July 2023 to March 2024. They were divided into control group with 52 cases treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride, and observation group with 53 cases treated with vitamin D combined with atomoxetine hydrochloride using a computerized grouping method. The clinical efficacy, neurological function, behavioral function, and adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96. 23%)was higher than that of the control group(78. 85%)(P<0. 05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the levels of neuron-specific enolase in the observation group were significantly lower in terms of behavior, learning, physical fitness, impulsivity hyperactivity, anxiety and hyperactivity index scores(P<0. 05). The comparison of the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups was not significant(P>0. 05). Conclusions The combined use of vitamin D and atomoxetine hydrochloride has a more significant therapeutic effect on children with ADHD, which can effectively alleviate behavioral dysfunction, reduce neurological damage, and has good safety.

基于微视频的护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者疾病知晓、自我管理和遵医行为的影响

       目的   探讨基于微视频的护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者疾病知晓、自我管理和遵医行为的影响。方法   根据中心随机法将郑州大学第二附属医院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的88例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,其中传统组44例给予常规干预,微视频组44例在传统组的基础上结合微视频的护理干预,比较两组患者疾病知晓情况、自我管理能力和遵医行为情况。结果   干预2个月后,微视频组病例脱落3例,传统组病例脱落4例,两组疾病知晓各维度高于干预前,且微视频组高于传统组,其中疾病病因(t=3.151,P=0.003)、临床症状(t=7.165,P<0.001)、并发症(t=5.497,P<0.001)、如何预防疾病复发(t=8.195,P<0.001);两组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)各维度评分高于干预前,且微视频组高于传统组,其中各维度评分结果为自我护理技能(t=2.787,P=0.007)、自我概念(t=2.272,P=0.026)、自护责任感(t=2.644,P=0.011)、健康知识水平(t=3.321,P=0.001);两组遵医行为各维度评分高于干预前,且微视频组高于传统组,其中各维度评分结果为饮食依从性(t=6.271,P<0.001)、用药依从性(t=3.539,P=0.001)、锻炼依从性(t=4.469,P<0.001)、定期复查(t=2.764,P=0.007)。结论   通过运用微视频的护理干预能够提高急性胰腺炎患者疾病知识的掌握,促进机体自我管理水平的恢复,进而提高遵医行为。
       Objective  To explore the impact of micro video based nursing interventions on disease awareness,self-management and compliance behavior in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods  According to the central randomization method,88 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,44 patients in the traditional group received routine intervention,and 44 patients in the micro video group received nursing intervention combined with micro video on the basis of the traditional group.The disease awareness,self-management ability and compliance behavior of the two groups of patients were compared.Results  After two months of intervention,three cases were dropped out in the micro video group and four cases were dropped out in the traditional group.The disease awareness in both groups was higher than that before intervention,and the micro video group was higher than the traditional group,including disease etiology(t=3.151,P=0.003),clinical symptoms(t=7.165,P<0.001),complicationst=5.497,P<0.001) and how to prevent disease recurrence(t=8.195,P<0.001).The scores of ESCA in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the micro video group was higher than the traditional group in terms of self-care skills(t=2.787,P=0.007),self-concept(t=2.272,P=0.026),self-care responsibility(t=2.644,P=0.011) and health knowledge level(t=3.321,P=0.001).The scores of all dimensions of compliance behavior in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the micro video group had higher scores than the traditional group in terms of dietary compliancet=6.271,P<0.001),medication compliance(t=3.539,P=0.001),exercise compliance(t=4.469,P<0.001) and  regular follow-up(t=2.764,P=0.001).Conclusions  The use of micro video nursing interventions can improve the mastery of disease knowledge in patients with acute pancreatitis,promote the recovery of the body’s self-management level,and thereby improvemedical compliance behavior.
