Napsin A、TTF-1及CK7在恶性胸水中对肺腺癌的诊断价值

目的 探讨Napsin A、TTF-1和CK7在恶性胸水细胞蜡块中的表达及对肺腺癌的诊断价值。方法 收集已确诊为恶性胸水且行Napsin A、TTF-1及CK7免疫组化标记,并收集患者的血清和胸水CEA,将患者按组织来源分为肺腺癌组和非肺腺癌组,比较Napsin A、TTF-1、CK7、血清CEA和胸水CEA在两组中的表达和浓度并计算它们的诊断价值。结果 相对于非肺腺癌组,肺腺癌组患者的Napsin A(83.9% vs 16.1%,P<0.001)、TTF-1(93.5% vs 6.5%,P<0.001)和CK7(98.1% vs 1.9%,P<0.001)阳性表达升高。Napsin A诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为83.9%,特异度为93.9%,TTF-1诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为93.5%,特异度为90.9%;CK7诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为98.1%,特异度为42.4%;明显高于传统肿瘤标志物血清CEA(诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为69.7%,特异度为58.5%)和胸水CEA(诊断肺腺癌的敏感度为69.0%,特异度为66.7%)。结论 Napsin A、TTF-1及CK7对于鉴别肺腺癌恶性胸水及其他肿瘤所致的恶性胸水具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of Napsin A, TTF-1 and CK7 in paraffin cells block of malignant pleural effusion and their diagnostic value for lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry of Napsin A, TTF-1, CK7, serum and pleural fluid CEA were collected from patients with malignant pleural effusion. The patients were divided into lung adenocarcinoma group and non-lung adenocarcinoma groups according to tissue source. The expression of Napsin A, TTF-1, CK7, CEA and the levels of serum and CEA in pleural fluid were compared and their diagnostic value was calculated. Results The positive expression of Napsin A (83.9% vs 16.1%, P<0.001), TTF-1 (93.5% vs 6.5%, P<0.001) and CK7 (98.1% vs 1.9%, P<0.001) in malignant pleural effusion caused by lung adenocarcinoma were higher compared to other tumors. The sensitivity and specificity of Napsin A were 83.9% and 93.9%,the sensitivity and specificity of TTF-1 were 93.5% and 90.9%, and those of CK7 were 98.1% and 42.4%; which were higher than those of serum CEA (69.7% and 58.5%) and pleural fluid CEA (69.0% and 66.7%) respectively. Conclusion Napsin A, TTF-1 and CK7 are of high value in the diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion caused by lung adenocarcinoma from other tumors.

MR增强T2FLAIR技术在结核性脑膜炎诊断价值中的研究

目的 探讨增强T2FAIR系列在结核性脑膜炎(TBM)中的诊断价值。方法 选择临床疑似TBM并初次行MR检查的患者80例,根据TBM诊断评分标准和颅内结核影像学分型专家共识作为临床确诊依据。最终56例经临床确诊为TBM(脑脊液结核杆菌抗酸检测阳性)。行常规系列颅脑扫描后增加增强T2FIR系列扫描。由三位经验丰富从事影像专业诊断不同级别的医师分别进行独立分析诊断,以明显强化、轻度强化和无明显强化对比分析增强三维快速扰相梯度回波T1WI(T1GRE3D-FS)序列和增强T2FIR系列对TBM脑膜病变和脑实质的显示程度。结果 增强T2FLAIR系列52例显示脑膜明显强化占92.5%;4例不明显强化占7.5%。T1GRE3D-FS序列 8例明显强化占14%,39例轻度强化占70%;9例无明显强化占16%。增强T2FLAIR系列43例显示脑实质明显强化占76.8%;13例轻度强化占23.2%。T1GRE3D-FS序列48例明显强化占86%;8例轻度强化占14%。两系列对脑实质的显示均有轻度强化。结论 增强T2FAIR系列可作为TBM早期常规系列用于TBM的MR增强检查,能显著提高TBM影像诊断的准确性,,弥补了常规MR增强TlWI对结核性脑膜炎诊断的不足。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of enhanced T2FAIR series in tuberculous meningitis (TBM) patients. Methods 80 patients with suspected clinical TBM and initial MR examination were selected as the basis for clinical diagnosis according to the TBM diagnostic scoring standard and the expert consensus of intracranial tuberculosis imaging classification. Finally,56 cases were clinically confirmed as positive for acid resistance in TBM. Enhanced T2FIR series scans were added after routine series craniocerebral scanning. Independent diagnostic analysis was performed by three experienced imaging specialists. By different levels of diagnosis with significant enhancement, mild enhancement and no mild enhancement, we made contrast analysis in display of enhanced three-dimensional fast scrambling phase gradient echo T1WI (T1GRE3D-FS) sequence and enhanced T2FIR series on TBM meningeal lesions and brain parenchyma. Results 52 cases of enhanced T2FLAIR series showed significant enhancement of the meninges in 92.5%; in 4 cases,7.5% were not significantly enhanced. 8 cases of T1GRE3D-FS sequences were significantly enhanced, accounting for 14%, 39 cases of mild enhancement accounted for 70%; no significant enhancement was found in 9 cases, accounting for 16%. Enhanced T2FLAIR series of 43 cases showed significant enhancement of brain parenchyma accounted for 76.8%; 13 cases of mild enhancement accounted for 23.2%. 48 cases of T1GRE3D-FS sequences were significantly enhanced accounted for 86%; 8 cases of mild enhancement accounted for 14%. Both series showed mild enhancement of brain parenchyma. Conclusion The enhanced T2FAIR series can be used as TBM early routine series for MR enhanced examination, it may significantly improve the accuracy of TBM imaging diagnosis, to make up the deficiency of conventional MR.

血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平对小儿急性肺炎的诊断价值分析

目的 探讨血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平对小儿急性肺炎的诊断价值。方法 选取2014年1月—2019年12月我院收治的小儿急性肺炎100例作为研究组,同时根据有无发生感染将其分为感染组(26例)与非感染组(74例),另外选择同期在我院检查的健康儿童100例作为对照组。比较感染组与非感染组血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平、感染组与对照组血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平、非感染组与对照组血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平。结果 感染组中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白高于非感染组(P<0.05),两组血沉对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);感染组中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白、血沉高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中性粒细胞百分比、C-反应蛋白水平相比,无明显差异(P>0.05),非感染组白细胞计数、血沉高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小儿急性肺炎的诊断中,对小儿的血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平进行检测对诊断疾病非常重要,值得临床使用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level in children with acute pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 cases of acute pneumonia in children admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were selected as the study group. At the same time, they were divided into an infected group (26 cases) and a non-infected group (74 cases) according to the presence or absence of infection. In addition, 100 healthy children examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Blood routine examination, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP) level were compared between infected and non-infected group; in infection and control group blood routine examination, ESR, C-reactive protein level were compared; in non-infection and control group blood routine examination, ESR, C-reactive protein level were compared. Results The percentage of neutrophils, white blood cell count and C-reactive protein in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infected group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). The percentage of neutrophils, leukocyte count, C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the infected group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the percentage of neutrophils and C-reactive protein levels between the two groups (P> 0.05), and the white blood cell count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the non-infected group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute pneumonia in children, it is very important to detect the blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level in children, and it is worthy of clinical use.

探讨三维超声技术对胃癌检出及TNM分期的诊断价值

目的 探讨三维超声技术对胃癌检出及TNM分期的诊断价值。方法 取2015年2月—2017年9月河南省南阳市中心医院收治的89例胃癌患者作为研究对象,并对其进行术前二维超声(2D-US)、三维超声(3D-US)检查,观察患者体内肿瘤病灶形态、长径及病变浸润程度,同时根据2010年国际抗癌联盟(UICC)制定的TNM分期标准预测胃癌分期,并将预测分期结果与术后病理分期结果进行比较。结果 89例胃癌患者中,胃体癌22例,胃窦癌28例,贲门胃底癌17例,全胃癌22例;其中,黏液腺癌16例,低分化腺癌26例,中高分化腺癌35例,未分化癌12例;TNM分期:T1期18例,T2期25例,T3期31例,T4期15例。3D-US胃癌检出准确率(95.51%)高于2D-US(80.90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3D-US检出胃癌T1期准确率(94.12%)高于2D-US(53.33%)(P<0.05);3D-US检出胃癌T2期准确率(95.83%)高于2D-US(70.00%)(P<0.05);3D-US检出胃癌T3期准确率(100.00%)高于2D-US(81.48%)(P<0.05);3D-US检出胃癌T4期准确率(100.00%)高于2D-US(60.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 3D-US图像清晰、直观、立体感强,可充分显示2D-US不能显示的肿瘤立体结构,从而提高胃癌检出准确率和术前TNM分期预测准确率,临床推广应用价值较高。

COVID-19 肺炎影像学诊断价值

目的 分析2019新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)肺炎的肺部影像表现,提高对该病的影像学诊断认识。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月20日—2020年2月20日在我院就诊并最终经临床确诊的COVID-19肺炎患者的影像学及临床资料,所有患者均在入院后三天内行胸部X线检查或高分辨率CT平扫,分别记录每位患者两种影像检查方式的影像学表现,包括病灶累及的肺叶、磨玻璃影(GGO)、实变影、铺路石征、纤维索条及小叶间隔增厚等征象。结果 共22例确诊为COVID-19肺炎,其中男:女为1:1,年龄范围20~82岁;平均年龄为(52.9±16.2)岁。21例行胸部X线检查,其中有3例患者同时行肺部CT平扫检查;1例患者仅行胸部CT平扫检查。21例X线检查中16例(76%)胸片表现为斑片状、絮状致密影,余5例(24%)检查双肺未见异常征象。4例CT扫描患者中均可以见到病灶(100%),其中有3例(75%)累及5个肺叶,1例(25%)仅累及1个肺叶;均表现为胸膜下磨玻璃影、斑片状实变影、铺路石征、小叶间隔增厚、小血管增粗及支气管气象;其中1例(25%)出现淋巴结肿大;2例(50%)出现纤维索条影。结论 影像学检查对COVID-19的诊断和病情评估具有重要价值,其中X线检查对于部分病灶显示欠佳, 胸部CT平扫对于病变的检查较为准确,可作为COVID-19首选的影像学检查方法,为临床上早期诊断及治疗提供依据。
Objective To analyzed the pulmonary imaging manifestations of 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pneumonia, in order to improve the imaging diagnosis of the disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of the imaging and clinical data of 22 patients infected with the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) were reviewed, which all the patients took the X-ray or CT scan, and to record the images in the two types of inspection for each patient, including the involvement of the consolidation of the lung, ground-glass opacification, consolidation, paving stone chippings, fiber cable and interlobular septal thickening and so on. Results A total of 22 patients were diagnosed with COVID-19, and the ratio of male to female was 1:1, age range is 20~82, mean age is (52.9±16.2.21) patients received chest X-ray examination, including 3 patients received the non-contrast CT examination at the same time; 1 patient received chest CT plain examination only. 16 (76%) among the 21 patients with X-ray showed patchy and flocculent dense shadows, while the remaining 5 patients (24%) showed no abnormal signs in both lungs. 4 patients with CT scan can find the lesions. Among the 4 patients with detect CT scan, 3 patients (75%) involved 5 pulmonary lobes, and 1 patient (25%) only involved 1 pulmonary lobe. All of them showed subpleural ground-glass opacification, consolidation, paving stone chippings, fiber cable and interlobular septal thickening, including lymph node enlargement occurred in 1 case (25%), fiber strip shadows were observed in 2 cases (50%). Conclusion The imaging examination is of great value for the diagnosis and disease evaluation of COVID-19, among which X-ray examination is not good for some lesions, and CT plain scan is relatively accurate for the examination of lesions, which can be used as the preferred imaging method of COVID-19, providing further theoretical basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.

探讨磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对脑膜、脑转移瘤的诊断价值

目的 探讨磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对脑膜、脑转移瘤的诊断价值。方法 随机选取2016年3月—2018年3月我院收治的经临床、病理确诊的50例脑膜、脑转移瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者除常规行T1WI、T2WI扫描及T1WI增强扫描检查外,额外进行SWI检查。观察不同来源脑转移瘤转移部位、肿瘤实质信号在不同成像序列上的特征及对瘤内血管情况和出血状况的判断。结果 脑转移瘤的发生部位多为顶叶(29.75%)和枕叶(20.66%),就血供区域而言,多发生于中动脉(45.45%)和颈内动脉供血区域(38.02%)。不同MRI成像序列中肿瘤信号特征比较,显示均有差异(P<0.001)。其中,肺癌脑转移瘤T1WI呈低信号(62.96%),胃癌T2WI呈现高信号(68.75%),SWI成像序列上多显示为混杂信号。SWI序列成像显示瘤内出血55例(45.45%),显示引流血管16条,瘤内出血及肿瘤血管检出率均明显高于T1WI平扫检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 不同来源的脑转移瘤MR的表现不同,为逆向推测脑转移瘤来源提供依据,同时SWI是对常规序列的重要补充,尤其是在脑瘤出血和血管检出上有重要作用,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI) in meningiomas and brain metastases. Methods 50 cases of clinically and pathologically confirmed patients with meningioma and brain metastasis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected as the study subjects. All patients received routine T1WI, T2WI scan and T1WI enhanced scan, and additional SWI examination was performed. We observed the characteristics of metastatic sites and tumor parenchymal signals in different imaging sequences of brain metastatic tumors from different sources and to judge the status of intramedullary blood vessels and bleeding. Results The majority of brain metastatic tumors occurred in the parietal lobe (29.75%) and occipital lobe (20.66%). In terms of the blood supply region, the majority occurred in the middle artery (45.45%) and the blood supply region of the lower artery (38.02%). Comparison of tumor signal characteristics in different MRI imaging sequences showed differences, P<0.001. Among them, T1WI of brain metastatic tumor of lung cancer presented significantly low signal (62.96%), T2WI of gastric cancer presented high signal (68.75%), and SWI imaging sequence mostly showed mixed signal.SWI sequence imaging were showed in 55 cases (45.45%) of intracranial hemorrhage and 16 drainage vessels. The detection rate of intracranial hemorrhage and tumor blood vessels was higher than that of T1WI plain scan, with statistically difference (P<0.05). Conclusion MR manifestations of brain metastatic tumors from different sources are different, providing a basis for reverse speculation of the source of brain metastatic tumors. At the same time, SWI is an important supplement to routine sequences, especially in the hemorrhage of brain tumors and the detection of blood vessels, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.

T细胞斑点实验在结核性胸膜炎的诊断价值

目的 分析并探讨T细胞斑点技术诊断结核性胸膜炎的临床价值。方法 将2014年5月—2016年5月收治61例的结核性胸膜炎的患者和61例非结核性胸膜炎的患者同时行外周血和胸水的T细胞斑点实验,对各组数据进行统计学处理与分析。结果 结核组血T-SPOT的阳性率为88.52%,高于非结核组的16.39%,(P<0.001),其诊断结核性胸膜炎的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、阳性似然比、阴性似然比、youden指数分别为88.52%、83.61%、85.71%、86.44%、5.40、0.14、0.72。结核组胸水T-SPOT的阳性率为90.16%,高于非结核组的8.20%,(P<0.001),其诊断结核性胸膜炎的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、阳性似然比、阴性似然比、youden指数分别为90.16%、91.80%、91.67%、90.32%、11.00、0.11、0.82。联合外周血及胸水T-SPOT检测阳性率为91.80%,特异度为93.44%,阳性似然比为14.00,阴性似然比为0.09,youden指数为:0.85。结论 T细胞斑点实验检测对结核性胸膜炎有较高的临床诊断价值,外周血及胸水T-SPOT联合检测可提高诊断率,可作为结核性胸膜炎快速早期诊断的有效辅助手段。
Objective To analysis the value of T-SPOT.TB in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods A total of 61 patients with clinically suspected tuberculous pleurisy (group A) and 61 cases of other diseases caused by pleural effusion (group B)admitted from May 2014 to May 2015 from the Guangzhou Chest Hospital had peripheral blood T-SPOT.TB and pleural effusion T-SPOT.TB,for each group of data for statistical processing and analysis. Results The positive rate of T-SPOT in the blood of the group A was 88.52%, which was higher than group B, (P<0.001) (16.39.0%). And the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value, positive likelihood ratio(LR+), and negative likelihood ratio(LR-), Youden index were 88.52%, 83.61%,85.714%, 86.44%, 540, 0.14, 0.72 respectively by peripheral blood T-SPOT.TB in diagnosis of tuberculosis pleurisy. The positive rate of pleural effusion T-SPOT in the group A was 90.16%, which was also higher than group B (P<0.001). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value, positive likelihood ratio(LR+), and negative likelihood ratio(LR-), Youden index were 90.16%、91.80%、91.67%、90.32%、11.00、0.11、0.82 respectively by pleural effusion T-SPOT.TB in diagnosis of tuberculosis pleurisy. The positive rate of the joint tests of T-SPOT in peripheral blood and in peripheral blood was 91.80%, the specificity was 93.44%, the positive likelihood ratio was 14, the negative likelihood ratio was 0.09, and the youden index was 0.85. Conclusion T-SPOT.TB for the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy has a higher clinical value in the diagnosis. The joint tests of T-SPOT in peripheral blood and in pleural effusion may improve the positive rate in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy. The joint tests of T-SPOT in peripheral blood and in pleural effusion have an important reference for diagnosing suspected tuberculous pleurisy quickly, early and accurately.

CURB-65、PSI、SMART-COP及APACHEⅡ评分在重症社区获得性肺炎患者早期诊断价值的比较

目的 探讨及比较CURB-65、PSI、SMART-COP及APACHEⅡ 4种临床评分对重症社区获得性肺炎(SCAP)患者的早期诊断价值。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法,收集2011年10月—2014年2月广州市第一人民医院呼吸内科收治的67例SCAP及同期33例普通CAP患者的临床资料,记录入组后24小时内CURB-65、PSI、SMART-COP及APACHEⅡ评分的最差值,比较4种临床评分系统对SCAP的早期诊断价值。结果 SCAP组CURB-65、PSI、SMART-COP及APACHEⅡ评分均高于普通CAP组患者[CURB-65(分):3.06±1.10 比0.85±0.79,P<0.001;PSI(分):144.93±36.48比73.94±27.17,P<0.001; SMART-COP(分):6.54±1.41比 1.67±1.02,P<0.001; APACHEⅡ(分):20.79±5.69比7.94±3.87,P<0.001]。CURB-65≥3分、PSI≥130分、SMART-COP≥3分及APACHEⅡ≥15分诊断SCAP的受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)下面积(AUC)分别为0.940[95% CI:0.89~0.98, P<0.001],0.933[95%CI:0.88~0.97,P<0.001],0.999[95%CI:0.99~1.0,P<0.001],0.976[95%CI:0.95~0.99,P<0.001],敏感度分别为65.6%、71.6%、100%、88.1%,特异度分别为100%、100%、78.7%、93.9%。结论 CURB-65及PSI评分特异度好,但敏感度低,易漏诊,SMART-COP和APACHE Ⅱ评分诊断效能更佳。
Objective To evaluate and compare the early diagnosis value of CURB-65,PSI,SMART-COP and APACHEⅡin patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia. Methods This was a prospective study conducted in department of respiratory in Guangzhou First People's Hospital. We included 67 SCAP patients and 33 CAP patients between October of 2011and February of 2014. The lowest scores within 24 hours of CURB-65 score,PSI score,SMART-COP score,APACHE Ⅱ score,respectively,for each patients were recorded. Prediction of SCAP as made in four scoring systems was compared. Results CURB-65 score,PSI score,SMART-COP score,APACHE Ⅱ score were higher in SCAP as compared with that of CAP(CURB-65:3.0±1.1 vs 0.9±0.8,P<0.001;PSI:144.6±36.4 vs 73.9±27.1,P<0.001; SMART-COP:6.5±1.4 vs 1.6±1.0,P<0.001; APACHEⅡ:20.6±5.6 vs 7.9±3.8,P<0.001). ROC curve for CURB-65 score≥ 3 scores,PSI score≥ 130 scores,SMART-COP score≥3 scores and APACHE Ⅱ score ≥ 15 scores in the early diagnosis SCAP were 0.940[95%CI:0.89~0.98,P<0.001],0.933[95%CI:0.88~0.97,P<0.001],0.999[95%CI:0.99~1.0,P<0.001],0.976[95%CI:0.95~0.99,P<0.001]. Sensitivity of four kinds of scoring system was 65.6%,71.6%,100%,88.1%, with specificity of 100%,100%,78.7%,93.9% respectively. Conclusion The specificity of diagnosis was better in the CURB-65 and PSI score,but the sensitivity was low and easy to miss diagnosis. SMART-COP and APACHEⅡscore systems had a better diagnostic value on SCAP.

新生儿巨脑回畸形的超声诊断价值

目的 根据巨脑回畸形的病理特点,对比其它影像检查,研究该病的超声特点,探讨新生儿期巨脑回畸形的超声诊断价值。方法 对5例新生儿巨脑回畸形的患儿的超声资料进行分析。结果 5例超声检查均表现为大脑脑回明显宽大,脑沟、脑回稀少,皮层明显增厚,大脑表面光滑,且5例均伴有不同程度的其它颅脑畸形。结论 新生儿巨脑回畸形具有一定的超声特征,超声检查在新生儿巨脑回畸形的诊断中具有重要的价值。

目的 进一步提高宫腔粘连的超声诊断准确率。方法 对476例超声诊断的宫腔粘连病例进行回顾性分析。结果 476例经阴道彩超诊断的宫腔粘连患者,超声主要表现:内膜回声连续性中断,内膜厚薄不均。超声结合临床表现,将患者分成轻度粘连、中度粘连和重度粘连。71例重度粘连患者于我院行宫腔镜治疗。经阴道彩超结合临床,对宫腔粘连的诊断准确率达100%。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声是诊断宫腔粘连首选的检查手段。经阴道彩超结合临床,对宫腔粘连具有很大的诊断价值,对粘连的分级有助于指导临床制定治疗计划。
Objective To improve the ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate of Intrauterine Adhesions. Methods Retrospectively analysis of 476 intrauterine adhesions cases were diagnosed by the transvaginal color ultrasound. Results Main imaging characteristics of 476 IUA cases were endometrial echo interruption, uneven thickness, et al. Combining ultrasound with clinical performance, the data was classified into three types: mild IUA, moderate IUA, severe IUA. 71 cases of severe IUA were treated with hysteroscopy surgery. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound with clinical data diagnosis for the intrauterine adhesions has higher practical value. The classification is helpful for making the treatment plan.
