目的 调查护理人员对预防跌倒知识掌握的情况,以提高其对防跌倒相关知识的认知水平,减少住院患者跌倒的发生。方法 用自编住院患者跌倒相关知识掌握量表对护理人员进行问卷调查。结果 护理人员对跌倒知识的掌握正确率最高为跌倒分级64.04%、最低为跌倒后干预措施17.10%。外科护理人员对患者跌倒风险评估时机的把握为88.69%,妇儿科护理人员的正确率(71.11%)高(χ2=21.319,P=0.003),住院患者发生跌倒后的处理正确率急诊为76.67%,高于门诊的42.67%(χ2=27.651,P<0.001);在把握患者跌倒风险评估的时机方面工作年限<5年的护理人员为 89.81%,比工作年限>20年的护理人员(64.15%)更容易把握患者跌倒风险评估的时机(χ2=18.921,P<0.001),工作年限11~20年的护理人员对住院患者预防跌倒的干预措施正确率为24.66%,比工作年限<5年的护理人员(11.46%)高(χ2=9.678,P=0.022);工作年限>20年的护理人员对住院患者发生跌倒后的处理正确率为58.49%比工作年限<20年以下的护理人员(34.25%)高(χ2=12.787,P=0.005)。结论 护理人员跌倒预防相关知识掌握度总体较低,应加强对护理人员关于患者跌倒预防知识的系统培训,减少住院患者跌倒的发生。
Objective To investigate the mastery of falls prevention knowledge among nursing staffs,in order to improve their cognitive level of falls prevention related knowledge and reduce the occurrence of falls in hospitalized patients.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among nursing staffs with a self-designed questionnaire on the mastery of falls related knowledge among hospitalized patients.Results The highest accuracy rate of nursing staffs' mastery of falls knowledge was 64.04% for falling classification,and the lowest was 17.10% for falls intervention measures.Nursing staffs' accuracy of the timing of patient fall risk assessment was 88.69% in surgery,which was higher than 71.11% in nursing staff in obstetrics,gynecology,and pediatrics(χ2=21.319,P=0.003).The accuracy of emergency treatment for hospitalized patients after falls was 76.67%,which was higher than 42.67% in outpatient treatment(χ2=27.651,P<0.001).The accuracy of the timing of patient fall risk assessment in nursing staffs with less than 5 years of work experience was 89.81%,which was better than nursing staff with more than 20 years of work experience(64.15%)(χ2=18.921,P<0.001).Nursing staff with 11-20 years of work experience had a correct intervention rate for preventing falls in hospitalized patients of 24.66%,which was higher than nursing staffs with less than 5 years of work experience(11.46%)(χ2=9.678,P=0.022).The accuracy rate of handling falls in hospitalized patients by nursing staffs with more than 20 years of work experience was 58.49%,which was higher than that of nursing staff with less than 20 years of work experience,which is 34.25%(χ2=12.787,P=0.005).Conclusions Overall,nursing staff had a low level of falls prevention knowledge,and systematic training on patient fall prevention should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of falls in hospitalized patients.

目的 对 2017—2021年护理岗位人员的职业倦怠相关领域文献中的研究热点进行分析,以期让相关研究人员和卫生行政管理人员更加全面了解护理人员的职业倦怠情况。方法 本文基于共词聚类的研究方法,将从CNKI数据库中获取的护理人员职业倦怠研究文献运用BICOMB、gcluto 2.0和VOSviewer软件进行热点分析。结果 共有1 218篇护理人员职业倦怠相关文献纳入研究,分布在199本期刊中,共有关键词1 495个,出现频次≥10的关键词共有78个。通过共词聚类分析,护理人员职业倦怠研究可归纳为4大聚类热点:巴林特小组改善护理人员职业倦怠、心理资本与护理人员职业倦怠中介作用、护理人员工作压力、心理弹性及社会支持与职业倦怠、护理人员职业倦怠现状、影响因素及应对方式等。 结论 研究揭示了我国护理人员职业倦怠研究领域的研究现状及热点。
Objective Through the analysis of the research hotspots in the literature about job burnout of nursing staff from 2017 to 2021, relevant researchers and health administrators were expected to have a more comprehensive understanding of job burnout of nursing staff. Methods Based on the research method of co-word clustering, this paper used BICOMB and gcluto 2.0 and VOSviewer software to analyze the literatures on nursing burnout obtained from CNKI database. Results A total of 1 218 nursing staff burnout related literatures were included in the study, distributed in 199 journals, with 1 495 high-frequency subject words, 78 words with frequency≥10 times. Through word clustering analysis, nurses' job burnout research can be summarized as four clustering hotspots: bahrain's team to improve nurses' job burnout, psychological capital and the intermediary role of nurses' job burnout, nurses work pressure, resilience and social support and job burnout, nurses' job burnout status, influencing factors and coping methods, etc. Conclusions This study reveals the current situation and hotspots of nursing staff burnout research in China.

目的 研究疫情下护理人员的情绪障碍和睡眠障碍情况。方法 应用广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7),病人健康问卷(抑郁)(PHQ-9),病人健康问卷(躯体症状)(PHQ-15)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表对临床一线护理人员进行心理和睡眠问卷调查,统计情绪和睡眠障碍的发病率,以及其相关性。结果 126名完成量表的临床一线护理人员,焦虑,抑郁,躯体症状,睡眠障碍的发病率分别为:41.9%、31.5%、9.5%和30.8%。相关性分析显示学历,年龄,婚育情况及是否为独生子女与上述情绪、睡眠障碍有相关,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 临床一线护理人员焦虑和睡眠障碍发病率高,且二者明显相关,存在相互影响。建议医院随时更新知识指南,加强对护理人员的心理疏导和人文关怀,以减轻护理人员的心理压力。
Objective To study the emotional and sleep disorders of nursing staff under the emerging infections diseases. Methods The generalized anxiety disorder scale anxiety (GAD-7), patient health questionnaire 9(depression)(PHQ-9), patient health questionnaire 15 (somatic symptoms)(PHQ-15), and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)were used in our investment. Statistics on the incidence of emotional and sleep disorders, and their correlation were done in our study. Results The incidence of anxiety, depression, physical symptoms, and sleep disorders in 126 nurses were 41.9%, 31.5%, 9.5%, and 30.8%, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that education, age, marital status, and whether or not they were the only children in the family were related to the above-mentioned emotions and sleep disorders (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and sleep disorders in clinical front-line nurses is high. There are high and significant correlation and interaction between mood and sleep disorders. It is recommended that hospital need to update the knowledge and strengthen the psychological counseling and humanistic care of the nursing staff to reduce the psychological pressure of the nursing staff.
