“互联网+护理服务”实践与态势分析

目的 探索基于患者居家护理服务需求且以三甲医院为实施主体的“互联网+护理服务”模式,以期为“互联网+护理服务”的开展提供借鉴。方法 成立“互联网+护理服务”小组,基于患者需求进行平台建设,组建“互联网+护理服务”团队,经过同质化培训持证上岗,提供专科护理、母婴护理以及基础护理共25项服务内容。服务结束后,调查患者对“互联网+护理服务”的满意度。结果 截至2022年10月,该平台注册护士438名,注册患者1 000人。共开展“互联网+护理服务”居家护理服务841人次,排名前三位的服务项目是母婴护理、留置/更换鼻饲管护理、留置/更换尿管护理。患者居家服务好评率为100%,对护理服务的整体满意度为(4.86±0.22)分。患者对护士指导居家护理知识的满意度最高,为(4.89±0.33)分,对平台收费的满意度最低,为(4.12±0.78)分。结论 “互联网+护理服务”为居家护理提供了更加方便快捷的渠道,使资源利用更有效,患者认可度高。
Objective To explore the“Internet + Nursing Service”model based on the needs of patients' home care, which the grade A class 3 hospital hospital was the main institution of implementation, and to provide the reference for implementing “Internet + Nursing Service”.Methods We set up a working group, built a platform according to needs, and set up the “Internet + Nursing service”team, who worked with the certificate after homogenization training.The program provided 25 kinds of services, including specialist nursing, maternal and child care, basic nursing, provides high-quality and convenient home care services.After the service, the patients' satisfaction was investigated.Results By October 2021, the platform had 438 registered nurses and 1000 registered patients.A total of 841 people were provided with “Internet + Nursing service”home care services, and the top three services were maternal and infant care, nasal feeding tube care with indentation/replacement, and urinary tube care with indentation/replacement.The favorable rate of home service was 100%, and the overall satisfaction with nursing services was(4.86±0.22)points.Patients had the highest level of satisfaction with nurses' guidance on home nursing knowledge, which was(4.89±0.33)points, and the lowest level of satisfaction with platform fees, which was(4.12±0.78)points.Conclusions “Internet + Nursing Service”provides a more convenient and fast access for home nursing, making resource utilization more effective and with high patient recognition.

互联网+联合分段式心理干预对结肠癌患者生活质量及希望水平的影响

目的 分析互联网+联合分段式心理干预对结肠癌患者生活质量及希望水平的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法对照试验,于2019年12月—2022年12月选取本院收治的100例结肠癌患者,分为参照组(50例,给予常规心理护理)与试验组(50例,给予互联网+联合分段式心理护理),比较2组患者在护理前后的精神状态、生活质量、希望水平及护理满意度。结果 护理后,2组患者的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分均降低,且试验组评分优于参照组(P<0.05);2组患者的简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)各维度评分均升高,并且试验组评分更高(P<0.05);2组患者的Herth希望量表(HHI)各维度评分均升高,且试验组评分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者(96.00%)护理满意度高于参照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 结肠癌患者采用互联网+联合分段式心理干预可改善患者精神状态,提高结肠癌患者生活质量、希望水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of internet combined with segmented psychological intervention on the quality of life and hope level of colon cancer patients. Methods In a randomized controlled trial,100 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the nursing methods,they were divided into control group(50 cases,given conventional psychological nursing intervention)and experimental group(50 cases,given internet combined segmented psychological intervention). The mental status,quality of life,hope level and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the score of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale was decreased in both groups,and the score of experimental group was better(P<0. 05). The scores of all dimensions of the concise Health Survey Questionnaire increased in both groups,and the scores of the experimental group were higher(P<0. 05). The scores of Herth Hope index were increased in both groups,and the scores of experimental group were higher(P<0. 05). The nursing satisfaction of experimental group(96. 00%)was higher than that of control group(80. 00%,P<0. 05). Conclusions The use of internet combined segmental psychological intervention in colon cancer patients can improve the mental state,improve the quality of life and hope level,with promotion value.

基于互联网平台的健康管理模式对2型糖尿病患者血糖管理的效果

目的 探究分析基于互联网平台的健康管理模式对2型糖尿病患者血糖管理的效果及其临床价值。方法 选择2018年3月—2019年3月期间到我院进行治疗的120例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,用电脑随机法分为对照组和实验组各60例,对照组患者对其进行常规的护理干预,实验组患者给予基于互联网平台的健康管理模式,测试他们接受护理管理前后的血糖情况,邀请所有患者填写焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分并比较两组患者的心理状态评分,比较两组患者的生活质量和护理满意度。分析它们的护理要点及其结果。结果 实验组患者的护理后的血糖低于对照组;实验组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量(SDS)表得分分别为(45.2±4.3)分和(42.8±6.3)分,这两个表均低于对照组的(56.3±7.5)分、(58.1±3.9)分;实验组患者的生活质量高于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用基于互联网平台的健康管理模式有利于提高糖尿病患者血糖控制效果,对改善患者负面情绪、提高其生活质量及维持良好的护患关系也具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of health management model based on internet platform on blood glucose management in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM). Methods 120 patients with T2DM who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 60 cases each. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. The patients in the experimental group were given health management mode based on the internet platform to test their blood glucose before and after receiving nursing management. All patients were invited to filled in the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS).The blood glucose level, the psychological state, the self-rating scales and nursing points in the two groups were investigated and compared after intervention. Results The blood glucose of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS were (45.2 ± 4.3) (42.8 ± 6.3) respectively, both of which were lower than those of the control group (56.3 ± 7.5) and (58.1 ± 3.9); the quality of life of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group; nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health management model based on internet platform is conducive to improving the effect of blood glucose control in diabetes patients, relieving their negative emotions, improving their quality of life and maintaining a good nurse-patient relationship.
