吴茱萸碱通过阻滞细胞周期而抑制人骨肉瘤细胞增殖

目的 体外细胞实验检测吴茱萸碱对骨肉瘤HOS细胞株细胞周期及体外增殖能力的影响。方法 通过利用浓度为0、3、6、12 μmol/L吴茱萸碱处理骨肉瘤HOS细胞48 h后,Hoechst-33258荧光染色观察不同浓度吴茱萸碱处理后HOS细胞核的形态学变化。利用流式细胞术检测3 μmol/L的吴茱萸碱处理后骨肉瘤HOS细胞的细胞周期分布变化。结果 3、6、12 μmol/L的骨肉瘤吴茱萸碱处理细胞,细胞呈现凋亡核碎裂等典型变化,而且随药物剂量增加而更趋明显。呈剂量依赖性抑制其体外增殖能力。3 μmol/L吴茱萸碱处理骨肉瘤HOS细胞0、24、48、72 h,各组细胞周期变化如下:G0/G1期:对照组(51.12±2.13)%、24 h(19.17±1.02)%、48 h(16.94±1.67)%、72 h(11.05±1.25)%;S期:对照组(32.92±0.73)%、24 h(31.00±1.42)%、48 h(32.38±3.03)%、72 h(29.18±2.87)%;G2/M期:对照组(16.01±2.26)%、24 h(49.82±0.62)%、48 h(50.6767±2.80)%、72 h(59.56±1.97)%。结论 吴茱萸碱可诱导人骨肉瘤HOS细胞发生G2/M期阻滞,而S期变化不明显。说明吴茱萸碱可以抑制骨肉瘤细胞的增殖能力,并阻滞细胞周期于G2/M期。
Objective Using transcriptome sequencing and in vitro cell assay to detect the effect of evodiamine on cell cycle and proliferation in osteosarcoma HOS cell line. Methods HOS cells were treated with evodiamine at 0, 3, 6, and 12 μmol/L for 48 hours, Hoechst-33258 fluorescence staining was used to observe the morphological changes of HOS nuclei after treatment with different concentrations of evodiamine.The cell cycle distribution of HOS cells treated with 3 μmol/L evodiamine was detected by flow cytometry. Results 3,6,12 μmol/L osteosarcoma treated with evodiamine, the cells showed typical changes such as apoptotic nuclear fragmentation, and it became more obvious with the increase of drug dosage. Inhibition of proliferation in vitro in a dose-dependent manner.HOS cells were treated with 3 μmol/L evodiamine for 0, 24, 48, 72 h. The cell cycle changes of each group were as follows: G0/G1 phase: control group(51.12±2.13)%, 24 h(19.17±1.02)%, 48 h(16.94±1.67) %, 72 h(11.05±1.25)%;S phase: control group(32.92±0.73)%, 24 h(31.00±1.42)%, 48 h(32.38±3.03)%, 72 h(29.18±2.87)%;G2/M period: control group(16.01±2.26)%, 24 h(49.82±0.62)%, 48 h(50.6767±2.80)%, 72 h(59.56±1.97)%. Conclusion Analysis of the above results revealed that evodiamine can induce G2/M phase arrest in human osteosarcoma HOS cells, but the S phase changes are not obvious. It indicated that evodiamine would inhibit the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells and block the cell cycle in G2/M phase.

自拟肿痛消方离子导入联合关节镜手术治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的 研究我院自拟肿痛消方中药离子导入联合关节镜手术治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 将76 例膝骨性关节炎患者分为2组,即肿痛消方离子导入联合关节镜组和单纯关节镜组,在治疗前、后分别对两组患者进行Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果 肿痛消方联合关节镜手术治疗对膝骨性关节炎的治疗效果有明显的提高,总有效率达到92.11%,高于对照组。结论 肿痛消方联合关节镜手术治疗对膝骨性关节炎具有良好的治疗效果。可明显降低患者的疼痛感,改善膝关节功能,促进骨关节的恢复。
Objective To study the effect of Zhongtongxiao formula combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 76 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups, namely, the group of Zhongtongxiao square ion-implantation combined with arthroscopy and the group of arthroscopy alone. Lysholm knee function scores were performed on the two groups before and after treatment. Results The therapeutic effects of Zhongtongxiao formula combined with arthroscopic surgery on knee osteoarthritis were improved, the total effective rate was 92.11%, higher than the control group. Conclusion Zhongtongxiao formula combined with arthroscopy has good therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis.It can obviously reduce the pain of patients, improve the function of knee joint and promote the recovery of bone and joint.

microRNA-29a-3p对白介素-22诱导的HaCaT细胞增殖的影响研究

目的 研究过表达miR-29a-3p对IL-22诱导的HaCaT细胞增殖的影响。方法 将HaCaT细胞分为Cell组、IL-22组、IL-22+NC组和IL-22+ miR-29a-3p组,荧光定量PCR检测miR-29a-3p的表达水平,CCK8检测细胞的活力,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡及周期。结果 与0 μg/L组相比,25 μg/L组、50 μg/L组和100 μg/L组HaCaT细胞的增殖率在24 h、48 h和72 h均出现升高(F值分别为33.27、36.19、52.29,均P<0.000 1)。与0 μg/L组相比,miR-29a-3p在50 μg/L组和100 μg/L组HaCaT中的表达水平降低(F=129,P<0.000 1),分别降低83%和80%。与IL-22+NC组相比,IL-22+ miR-29a-3p组的增殖率在24 h、48 h和72 h均降低(P值分别为0.002 1、0.001 6、0.023 1),细胞总凋亡率增加(6.67±1.06 vs 30.55±1.86,P=0.000 1),G1期细胞比例增加(P=0.000 1),S期细胞比例降低(P=0.000 1)。结论 IL-22可降低HaCaT中miR-29a-3p的表达量,过表达miR-29a-3p通过促进凋亡和引起细胞G1期阻滞抑制IL-22诱发的HaCaT细胞过度增生。
Objective To investigate the effect of miR-29a-3p overexpression on IL-22-induced proliferation of HaCaT cells. Methods HaCaT cells were divided into four groups, Cell group, IL-22 group, IL-22 +NC group and IL-22+miR-29a-3p group. The expression level of miR-29a-3p was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Cell viability was detected by CCK8. Apoptosis and cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the 0 g/L group, the proliferation rate of HaCaT cells in the 25 μg/L group, 50 μg/L group and 100 μg/L group was increased at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h (F value was 33.27, 36.19, 52.29,respectively, all P<0.000 1). Compared with the 0 μg/L group, miR-29a-3p expression level in HaCaT in 50 μg/L and 100 μg/L groups was decreased (F=129, P<0.000 1), with a decrease of 83% and 80%, respectively. Compared with the IL-22+NC group, proliferation rate of IL-22+miR-29a-3p group was decreased at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h (P value was 0.002 1, 0.001 6, 0.023 1, respectively), total apoptosis rate was increased (6.67±1.06 vs 30.55±1.86, P=0.000 1), cell proportion in G1 phase was increased (P=0.000 1), and the cell proportion in S phase was decreased (P=0.000 1). Conclusion Il-22 can reduce miR-29a-3p expression level in HaCaT, and miR-29a-3p overexpression can inhibit the excessive proliferation induced by IL-22 in HaCaT cells by promoting apoptosis and inducing G1 phase arrest.

血必净注射液对ANP大鼠肠道菌群及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响

目的 探讨血必净注射液对ANP大鼠肠道菌群及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法 40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、ANP组和血必净治疗组(每组10只),空白组不作任何处理,假手术组翻动十二指肠后关腹,ANP组和治疗组用4.5%牛磺胆酸钠溶液胆胰管逆行注射建模,治疗组在建模后经鼠尾静脉注射血必净注射液(3 mL/kg)。24 h后处死大鼠并采样,ELISA法测血AMS、CRP、LPS、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、DAO和D-乳酸等指标,粪菌样本行16SrRNA高通量测序分析,实时定量PCR法检测5种细菌数量,病理检测胰腺和回肠组织,比较各组大鼠的指标。结果 ①ANP组大鼠血AMS升高,CRP、LPS、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、DAO、D-乳酸水平以及胰腺、小肠病理评分均高于空白组和假手术组(P<0.001);②治疗组AMS低于ANP组,血必净可降低上述各种血清指标水平和胰腺、小肠病理评分(P<0.001);③肠道菌群微生态分析显示,血必净可改善ANP大鼠粪菌的丰富度和多样性,缩小与空白组、假手术菌种种类的差异,增加厚壁菌门菌量;治疗组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌和普拉梭菌的菌量高于ANP组,肠球菌和大肠埃希的菌量低于ANP组(P<0.001)。结论 血必净可增加ANP大鼠肠道菌群的丰富度和多样性,增加有益菌的含量,减少内毒素和促炎因子释放,改善肠黏膜屏障功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection on intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal barrier function in ANP rats. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, sham operation group, ANP group and Xuebijing treatment group (10 in each group). The sham operation group closed the abdomen after turning the duodenum. The ANP model was established by retrograde injection of 4.5% sodium taurocholate solution into the biliopancreatic duct. Xuebijing injection (3mL/kg) was injected into the tail vein of the rats in the treatment group. 24 hours later, the rats were sacrificed and sampled. AMS, CRP, LPS, TNF-, il-6, il-1, DAO and d-lactic acid were measured by ELISA. The fecal bacteria samples were analyzed by 16SrRNA sequencing technique. Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the populations of 5 bacteria in fecal sample. The pathology of pancreas and ileum were examined, and the indexes of rats in each group were compared. Results ①In ANP group, AMS was increased, levels of CRP, LPS, TNF-, il-6, il-1, DAO, d-lactic acid, pancreatic and intestinal pathology scores were higher than those in the blank group and the sham group (P<0.001).②In treatment group,AMS was lower than ANP group, and Xuebijing could reduce the levels of the above factors and scores of pancreatic and intestinal pathology (P<0.001).③ The microecological results of intestinal flora showed that Xuebijing treatment could improve the richness and diversity of fecal bacteria, reduce the difference between Xuebijing group and blank group and sham operation group, and increase the quantity of firmicutes. The amount of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacteria and Clostridium prasei in the Xuebijing group was higher than that in ANP group, while the amount of enterococci and Escherichia coli was lower than that in the ANP group (P<0.001). Conclusion Xuebijing can increase the richness and diversity of intestinal flora, increase the content of beneficial bacteria, reduce the release of endotoxin and pro-inflammatory factors, and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function in ANP rats.

应对新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)肺炎的政府干预对医院流行性感冒检测阳性率的影响

目的 研究在新型冠状病毒COVID-19疫情期间,政府采取的干预措施对医院检测的流行性感冒(简称流感)阳性率的影响,为制定流感预防措施提供依据,也为间接评价新型冠状病毒的预防效果提供参考。方法 回顾性收集广州市第一人民医院总院2018—2020年年廿三至正月十五期间的流感抗原检测数据,对政府干预前后的流感抗原检测阳性率进行分析比较。结果 在春节前后,2018年和2019年的流感检测阳性率总体上维持稳定。其中,2018年春节前后,流感阳性率在15.6%~46.5%范围内波动,2019年春节前后,流感阳性率在11.9%~30.4%范围内波动。2020年同期的流感阳性率变化曲线与前两年不同,在正月初四前曲线变化较为稳定,维持在20.0%~44.1%范围内。在正月初四后曲线呈现显著下降趋势,在正月十二和正月十五,流感检测阳性率变为0。进一步的分析表明,政府干预对流感阳性率的影响无性别差异,对5~64岁人群效果最佳。结论 当前针对新型冠状病毒COVID-19的政府干预措施能显著降低流感阳性率,预防流感的发生,也为预防同样以呼吸道传播为主的新型冠状病毒的传播提供了间接证据。
Objective The aim of the study was to study the effect of government interventions on the positive rate of influenza detected in Guangzhou First People's Hospital during the outbreak of COVID-19, and to provide a basis to develop prevention measures against influenza and a reference for the indirect evaluation of the preventive effect of COVID-19. Methods Influenza antigen detection data of Guangzhou First People's Hospital were collected retrospectively from 23rd of the 12th lunar month to 15th of the 1st lunar month in 2018—2020, and the positive rates of influenza antigen detection before and after the government intervention were analyzed and compared. Results The positive rates of influenza were generally stable in 2018 and 2019 before and after the Spring Festival, where the positive rate fluctuated in the range of 15.6%~46.5% in 2018, and the positive rate fluctuates in the range of 11.9%~30.4% in 2019. The temporal change of the positive rate in 2020 was different from that of the previous two years. The positive rate curve was relatively stable before the fourth day of the first lunar month, maintaining a range of 20.0%~44.1% in 2020. After the fourth day of the first lunar month, the curve showed a significant downward trend. On the 12th and 15th day of the first lunar month, the positive rate of influenza became 0. Furthermore, the effect of government intervention on the positive rate of influenza showed no gender difference, and the effect was significant for people aged 5~64 years. Conclusion The current government intervention measures against COVID-19 could significantly reduce the positive rate of influenza, prevent the occurrence of influenza, and provide indirect evidence for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19, which was also mainly spread by respiratory tract.

一株鼠抗人CD36单克隆抗体的制备及应用

目的 本研究通过已建立的稳定表达人血小板CD36的HEK293T细胞系,制备鼠源的抗人CD36单克隆抗体并进行特性鉴定。方法 利用已经建立的稳定表达人血小板CD36的HEK293T细胞系对CD36(-/-)C57小鼠进行免疫,取脾脏与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合,筛选出阳性克隆。纯化单克隆抗体后,利用Western blot检测抗体结合活性。利用小鼠IgG类/单抗亚型鉴定试剂鉴定单克隆抗体的抗体亚型。通过流式细胞检测和血小板抗原单克隆抗体特异性免疫固定检测(MAIPA)鉴定其诊断应用价值。结果 经筛选后得到一株杂交瘤细胞,抗体亚型为IgG2a,轻链为κ链,Western blot试验表明该单克隆抗体特异性识别人血小板CD36抗原。MAIPA结果显示,与商业化单克隆抗体FA6-152相比,该单克隆抗体灵敏度更高。结论 成功制备了一种鼠抗人CD36单克隆抗体,为临床鉴定CD36抗体,筛选CD36阴性献血员提供了新的工具,也为今后进一步研究CD36在血液免疫疾病中作用机制提供了实验基础。
Objective In this study, by the established HEK293T cell line with stable expression of human platelet CD36, murine anti-human CD36 monoclonal antibody was prepared and characterized. Methods The established HEK293T cell line with stable expression of human platelet CD36 was used to immunize CD36 (-/-) C57 mice, and the spleen was fused with mouse myeloma cells to screen for positive cloning.After the purification of monoclonal antibody, the antibody binding activity was detected by Western blot.Mouse rapid antibody isotyping reagent was used to identify the subtype of monoclonal antibody.Its diagnostic value was evaluated by flow cytometry and monoclonal antibody-specific immobilization of platelet antigen (MAIPA). Results After screening, a high-producing hybridoma cell was obtained, the subtype of monoclonal antibody was IgG2a and the light chain was κ chain. Western blot analysis showed that the monoclonal antibody could specifically recognize CD36 antigen of human platelet. MAIPA results showed that the monoclonal antibody was more sensitive than the commercial monoclonal antibody FA6-152. Conclusion It is concluded that a mouse anti-human CD36 monoclonal antibody with biological activity has been obtained, which provides a new tool for the clinical identification of CD36 antibody and the screening of CD36 negative blood donors, and also provides an experimental basis for further research on the mechanism of CD36 in blood immune diseases.

骨髓间充质干细胞源性微泡修复大鼠早发性卵巢功能不全的自噬机制

目的 探讨骨髓间充质干细胞源性微泡(BMSC-MV)修复大鼠早发性卵巢功能不全的自噬机制。方法 大鼠骨髓分离培养骨髓间充质干细胞;超速离心法从骨髓间充质干细胞培养液中分离微泡;腹腔注射顺铂溶液制备早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)模型,制备后3 d尾静脉取血ELISA检测血清雌二醇(E2)及卵泡刺激素(FSH);尾静脉注射BMSC-MV移植治疗POI大鼠模型,移植后28 d尾静脉取血ELISA检测E2、FSH及抗苗勒管激素(AMH),同时取卵巢组织检测自噬相关蛋白LC3及P62。结果 模型对照组及微泡移植组在模型制备后3 d的E2 含量低于正常对照组,FSH 含量高于正常对照组(P<0.001);微泡移植组在移植后28 d的E2、AMH含量高于模型对照组(P<0.001),FSH含量低于模型对照组(P<0.001);微泡移植组的LC3较模型对照组表达升高,而P62表达降低(P<0.001)。结论 BMSC-MV介导自噬修复大鼠早发性卵巢功能不全。
Objective To investigate the autophagy mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-derived microvesicle (BMSC-MV) in repairing premature ovarian dysfunction in rats. Methods The whole bone marrow adherence method was used to isolate,culture and identify BMSCs of SD rats. Microvesicles were isolated from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell by ultracentrifugation. Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) model was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin solution,and serum estradiol (E2) and follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) were detected by ELISA from tail vein 3 days after preparation. Rat model of POI was treated with BMSC-MV transplantation by tail vein. Blood from tail vein was collected 28 days after transplantation to detect E2,FSH and AMH by ELISA. Meanwhile,ovarian tissues were collected to detect autophagy-related proteins LC3 and P62. Results The E2 content of the model control group and the microvesicle transplantation group was lower than that of the normal control group,and the FSH content was higher than that of the normal control group (P<0.001). The content of E2 and AMH in the microvesicle transplantation group at 28 days after transplantation was higher than that in the model control group (P<0.001),and the content of FSH was lower than that in the model control group (P<0.001). Compared with the model control group,LC3 expression in the microvesicle transplantation group was increased,while P62 expression was decreased (P<0.001). Conclusion BMSC -MV mediate autophagy to repair premature ovarian insufficiency in rats.

富血小板血浆联合强骨胶囊对大鼠骨质疏松性骨折骨愈合的影响

目的 研究富血小板血浆联合强骨胶囊对大鼠骨质疏松性骨折骨愈合的影响。方法 80只未交配、3月龄雌性健康SD大鼠作为研究对象,将以上大鼠分为空白组(K组)、PRP组(P组)、强骨胶囊组(Q组),联合组(L组),每组大鼠20例,分析四组大鼠的骨痂显微形态、组织形态学以及生物力学指标之间的差异。结果 经过两两比较,联合用药组患者的骨小梁体积、数量、厚度、连接密度高于单独用药组,分离度、表面积体积比低于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组患者的最大载荷、结构能量吸收、材料最大应力、材料能量吸收高于单独用药组;经过两两比较,联合用药组患者的骨架面积及软骨或骨性骨痂面积比高于单独用药组。结论 富血小板血浆联合强骨胶囊通过对骨折部位骨质密度以及骨质强度的增强,大鼠骨质疏松性骨折骨愈合情况良好。
Objective To study the effect of platelet rich plasma combined with Qianggu capsule on osteoporotic fracture healing in rats. Methods 80 unmatched and 3-month-old female healthy SD rats were divided into blank group (group K),PrP group (group P),Qianggu capsule group (group Q),combined group (group L) and 20 rats in each group. The differences of callus morphology,histomorphology and biomechanical indexes among the four groups were analyzed. Results After comparing the two groups,the volume,quantity,thickness and connection density of trabecula in the combined group were higher than those in the single drug group,and the separation and surface area volume ratio were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05); the maximum load,structural energy absorption,material maximum stress and material energy absorption in the combined group were higher than those in the single group; after comparing the two groups,in the combined group,skeleton area and area ratio of cartilage or osteotylus in the treatment group were higher than that in single-drug group. Conclusion Platelet rich plasma combined with Qianggu capsule may enhance the bone density and bone strength of the fracture site,and the osteoporotic fracture healing in rats is good.

AngioJet血栓抽吸联合髂静脉支架置入治疗下肢深静脉血栓合并髂静脉压迫的疗效分析

目的 分析AngioJet血栓抽吸联合髂静脉支架在下肢深静脉血栓合并髂静脉压迫的临床疗效。方法 2016年1月—2019年6月在揭阳市人民医院普外一科收治的首发髂股DVT并在AngioJet吸栓或联合导管溶栓后置入支架的患者,比较吸栓后直接支架置入和溶栓再分期支架置入的治疗效果。结果 本研究共纳入50例接受支架手术的DVT患者,其中治疗组29例,分期置入组21例。治疗组临床症状缓解率和住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且出血风险更低。 而置入支架长度和直径无差异,治疗组的3个月、6个月和12个月的通畅率、静脉返流时间和 Villalta评分均无差异(P>0.05)。结论 AngioJet血栓清除后直接支架置入术是治疗合并髂静脉压迫的下肢深静脉血栓的有效方法,临床改善更快,住院时间显著缩短。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of AngioJet thrombus aspiration combined with iliac vein stent in deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity with iliac vein compression. Methods From January 2016 to June 2019, patients with first iliofemoral DVT and stent implantation after AngioJet thrombolysis or combined catheter thrombolysis were treated in the first department of general surgery, Jieyang People's Hospital. The therapeutic effects of direct stent implantation and stent implantation after thrombolysis were compared. Results A total of 50 patients with DVT who underwent stent surgery were included in this study, including 29 in the treatment group and 21 in the staging group. The clinical symptom relief rate and length of stay in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the risk of bleeding was lower. There was no significant difference in stent length and diameter. There were no significant differences in patency rate, venous reflux time, and Villalta score in the treatment group at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months (P>0.05). Conclusion Direct stent placement after AngioJet thrombectomy is an effective method for treating deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs with iliac vein compression. The clinical improvement is faster and the length of hospital stay is significantly shortened.

目的 探讨超声不同方法联合应用对提高卵圆孔未闭检出率的应用价值。方法 收集我院收治的临床疑似卵圆孔未闭的患者88例作为研究对象,进行超声影像组合检查(常规经胸超声心动图检查,经食道超声检查,右心声学造影检查),并对多组超声影像检查结果记录行回顾性统计分析。结果 88例研究对象中常规经胸超声心动图初步筛查发现PFO(+)12例(13.6%),其中合并房间隔膨出瘤2例。经食道超声检查22例,发现PFO(+)20例(90.9%),其中发现来源于肺动静脉瘘2例。全部研究对象均行右心声学造影发现PFO(+)39例(44.3%),分别于静息状态下发现PFO(+)24例,Valsalva动作后发现PFO(+)39例;其中发现合并房间隔膨出瘤形成者4例;合并肺动静脉瘘者3例(其中1例来源于肺静脉)。经食道超声联合右心声学造影检查的14例患者中发现PFO(+)10例(71.4%)。右心声学造影依据微气泡的数量进行半定量分级发现:I级有16例;II级有5例;III级有18例;不同状态下对于RLS的半定量分级差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.729,P=0.02)。结论 超声影像组合可对卵圆孔未闭患者进行半定量评估,能有效补充单一常规超声检查的信息的不足,进而为临床诊治提供客观化依据。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound combined with different methods in improving the detection rate of patent foramen ovale. Methods 88 cases of clinically suspected patent foramen ovale in our hospital were collected as the research objects to carry out the ultrasonic image group examination (routine transthoracic echocardiography TTE, transesophageal echocardiography TEE, right heart contrast echocardiography), and the results of multiple groups of ultrasonic image examination were recorded for retrospective statistical analysis. Results Among 88 subjects, 12 (13.6%) were found to have PFO (+)by conventional transthoracic echocardiography, 2 of them had atrial septal aneurysm. 20 cases (90.9%) of PFO were found by transesophageal ultrasonography, and two of them were from pulmonary arteriovenous fistula.In all the subjects, 39 cases (44.3%) of PFO were found by right heart sonography, 24 cases were found in resting state, 39 cases were found after Valsalva operation, 4 cases were found with aneurysm of atrial septum, 3 cases with pulmonary arteriovenous fistula (one of them was from pulmonary vein). Among the 14 patients examined by transesophageal ultrasound combined with right cardiac sonography, 10 (71.4%) were found to have PFO(+). According to the number of microbubbles, the right echocardiography showed that there were 16 cases in grade I, 5 cases in grade II, 18 cases in grade III, and there were statistical differences in the semi quantitative classification of RLS in different states (χ2=12.729, P=0.02). Conclusion Ultrasound image histology can be used for semi quantitative evaluation of patients with patent foramen ovale, which can effectively supplement the lack of single conventional ultrasound information, and provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
