目的 对 2017—2021年护理岗位人员的职业倦怠相关领域文献中的研究热点进行分析,以期让相关研究人员和卫生行政管理人员更加全面了解护理人员的职业倦怠情况。方法 本文基于共词聚类的研究方法,将从CNKI数据库中获取的护理人员职业倦怠研究文献运用BICOMB、gcluto 2.0和VOSviewer软件进行热点分析。结果 共有1 218篇护理人员职业倦怠相关文献纳入研究,分布在199本期刊中,共有关键词1 495个,出现频次≥10的关键词共有78个。通过共词聚类分析,护理人员职业倦怠研究可归纳为4大聚类热点:巴林特小组改善护理人员职业倦怠、心理资本与护理人员职业倦怠中介作用、护理人员工作压力、心理弹性及社会支持与职业倦怠、护理人员职业倦怠现状、影响因素及应对方式等。 结论 研究揭示了我国护理人员职业倦怠研究领域的研究现状及热点。
Objective Through the analysis of the research hotspots in the literature about job burnout of nursing staff from 2017 to 2021, relevant researchers and health administrators were expected to have a more comprehensive understanding of job burnout of nursing staff. Methods Based on the research method of co-word clustering, this paper used BICOMB and gcluto 2.0 and VOSviewer software to analyze the literatures on nursing burnout obtained from CNKI database. Results A total of 1 218 nursing staff burnout related literatures were included in the study, distributed in 199 journals, with 1 495 high-frequency subject words, 78 words with frequency≥10 times. Through word clustering analysis, nurses' job burnout research can be summarized as four clustering hotspots: bahrain's team to improve nurses' job burnout, psychological capital and the intermediary role of nurses' job burnout, nurses work pressure, resilience and social support and job burnout, nurses' job burnout status, influencing factors and coping methods, etc. Conclusions This study reveals the current situation and hotspots of nursing staff burnout research in China.

目的 了解广州市属医院儿科医生职业倦怠的现状及其社会支持的相关性,对儿科医生的职业倦怠干预提供参考依据。方法 采用职业倦怠量表和社会支持评定量表对广州市属医院儿科医生进行方便抽样调查,并运用Excel和SPSS 25.0对调查结果进行统计描述、方差分析和相关分析。结果 广州市属医院370名儿科医生中共有272人(73.51%)出现不同程度的职业倦怠,中度倦怠者居多,为117人(31.62%)。职业倦怠三个维度中情感耗竭维度得分最高,为(21.64±7.17)分;社会支持总分为(37.68±8.24)分,客观支持、主观支持、支持利用维度得分分别为(7.71±3.23)、(22.53±5.03)、(7.44±1.92)分。其中社会支持处于水平低者居多,为227人(61.35%)。职业倦怠各维度和社会支持各维度两两之间均呈负相关。结论 广州市属医院儿科医生存在较严重的职业倦怠状况,社会支持状况大多处于低水平,尤其客观支持状况较差。社会支持水平越高,职业倦怠程度越轻,提示在缓解职业倦怠时应当充分考虑社会支持对其职业倦怠的影响作用。
Objective By understanding the current situation of job burnout of pediatricians in Guangzhou municipal hospitals and the correlation of social support, to provide reference basis for pediatricians to intervene in job burnout. Methods The Burnout Inventory and the Social Support Rating Scale were used for pediatricians in Guangzhou municipal hospitals, and Excel and SPSS 25.0 were used to conduct statistical description, variance analysis and correlation analysis of the survey results. Results There were 272 pediatricians (73.51%) showed different degrees of job burnout of the 370 pediatricians in Guangzhou municipal hospitals, among which 117 pediatricians (31.62%) showed moderate burnout. Among the three dimensions of job burnout, the highest score was emotional exhaustion (21.64±7.17). The total score of social support was (37.68±8.24), and the dimensions of the objective support, the subjective support and the utilization of support were (7.71±3.23), (22.53±5.03), (7.44±1.92), respectively. Among them 227 (61.35%) had low level of social support. Additionally, there was a negative correlation between each dimension of job burnout and each dimension of social support. Conclusion Pediatricians in Guangzhou municipal hospitals have more serious job burnout, and most of them have low level of social support, especially poor objective support. The higher level of social support will have the lower degree of job burnout. It suggests that the impact of social support on job burnout should be fully considered for alleviating job burnout.

目的 了解广东省罗定市中小学教师的职业倦怠情况,为制定政策提供初步依据。方法 采用中文版Maslach职业倦怠量表(C-MBI)对罗定市42所中小学共590名毕业班教师进行评估。结果 受访者的情感衰竭(emotional exhaustion, EE)和知识枯竭(intellectual burnout, IB)因子分显著高于全国常模(P<0.05),个人成就感降低(reduced personal accomplishment, PA)因子分显著低于全国常模(P<0.01)。女性受访者的去个性化(depersonalization, DP)、EE和IB因子分均显著高于男性受访者,PA因子分显著低于男性受访者(P均<0.01)。结论 广东省罗定市中小学毕业班教师的职业倦怠高于全国平均水平,女性教师的职业倦怠感高于男性教师。
Objective To investigate job burnout among primary and secondary teachers in Luoding city and to provide a preliminary basis for policy formulation. Methods We randomly selected 590 graduating class teachers from 42 primary and secondary schools in Luoding. The outcome variable of burnout was measured by the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory for primary and secondary school teachers (C-MBI). Results Emotional exhaustion (EE) score and intellectual burnout (IB) score in respondents were both significantly higher than the national norm used as reference (P<0.05), reduced personal accomplishment (PA) score was significantly lower than the national norm (P<0.01). The factor scores of DP, EE and IB were obviously higher in female respondents than that those in the male, while the score of PA was obviously lower (all P<0.01). Conclusion The level of burnout in these teachers is significantly higher than the national average, and the burnout in female teachers is more serious.
