目的 观察腰舒汤联合针灸推拿治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出(LDH)的临床效果。方法 选取2023年1月~2025年12月收治的气滞血瘀型LDH患者104例,采用计算机随机分为参考组(52例采用针灸推拿治疗,因擅自使用方案外的药物剔除1例,)和综合组(52例采用腰舒汤联合针灸推拿治疗,因主动退出脱落1例)。比较两组中医证候评分、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、核因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路指标、日本矫形外科学会(JOA)评分、腰背肌生物力学性能、脊旁肌横截面积(CSA)以及不良反应/事件发生率。结果 两组基线时中医证候评分、VAS评分、NF-κB信号通路指标、JOA评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05);两组治疗后JOA评分均较基线时升高,同时综合组高于对应时间参考组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候评分、NF-κB信号通路指标、VAS评分均较基线时降低,同时综合组低于对应时间参考组(P<0.05)。两组基线时60°/s角速腰背肌生物力学性能比较差异不显著(P>0.05);两组治疗后W、PT均较基线时升高,同时综合组高于对应时间参考组(P<0.05);两组治疗后F/E均较基线时降低,同时综合组低于对应时间参考组(P<0.05)。两组基线时脊旁肌CSA比较差异不显著(P>0.05);两组治疗后L3、L4、L5的Sm/Sv均较基线时降低,同时综合组低于对应时间参考组(P<0.05);两组治疗后L3、L4的Se/Sv较基线时升高,同时综合组高于对应时间参考组(P<0.05);两组治疗后L5的Se/Sv以及L3、L4、L5的Sp/Sv与基线时比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。两组不良反应/事件发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 腰舒汤联合针灸推拿治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出可缓解症状、抑制炎症、改善腰背肌功能与形态,且安全性相当。
目的 探究词联导航训练法结合针灸、环喉按摩对脑卒中构音功能障碍的疗效。方法 将我院收治的200例脑卒中伴有构音障碍患者按照随机数字表法平均分为干预组与对照组。两组患者均接受临床基础治疗、常规PT、0T、理疗和中医药治疗,在此基础上干预组给予词联导航训练法结合针灸、环喉按摩等综合的康复方案进行康复护理和治疗,观察疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果 干预组(90%)的临床疗效优于对照组(76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量评价干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生情况干预组(6%)与对照组(7%)接近,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 词联导航训练法结合针灸、环喉按摩对脑卒中构音功能障碍方法安全、疗效显著,可以提升患者的生活质量。
目的 分析基于中医针灸的康复训练对小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2016年2月—2017年3月接受治疗的脑瘫患儿88例,根据患儿入院接受疗法不同分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=43)。对照组给予康复训练治疗,研究组给予康复训练联合中医针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗3个月后的临床效果,以及治疗前后粗大运动功能、生活质量评分变化。结果 治疗3个月后,研究组总有效率95.56 %明显高于对照组69.76 %(P<0.05);两组患儿粗大运动功能、生活质量、认知功能及自理动作评分均有提高,但研究组以上指标评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于康复训练联合针灸干预脑瘫患儿可改善患儿粗大运动功能,提高患儿生活质量,效果显著。
目的 探讨针灸治疗在体外受精—胚胎移植技术的临床效果。方法 以2013年8月—2015年8月在顺德妇幼保健院生殖科,因不孕进入IVF/ICSI周期的108例患者为研究对象,按照随机自愿原则将其分为三组,针刺组、安慰针刺组、对照组各36例,针刺组:在移植前24小时、移植后30分钟进行相关的针刺治疗,安慰针刺组:针刺穴位与妊娠无关,对照组:不使用针刺疗法,比较三组临床效果。结果 治疗后针刺组Ⅰ型内膜血流类型及PI、RI、S/D低于治疗前,Ⅱ+Ⅲ型内膜下血流类型高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针刺组总有效率高于安慰针刺组、对照组,三组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针刺组种植成功率、妊娠成功率及活产率均高于安慰针刺组、对照组,三组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在体外受精—胚胎移植技术中为患者实施针灸治疗可改善子宫内膜下血流情况,提高临床疗效、改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate clinical results of acupuncture treatment in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technology. Methods August 2013-August 2015 reproductive and child health hospital in Shunde branch,due to infertility entering IVF/ICSI cycles of 108 patients for the study,in accordance with the principle of voluntary they were randomly divided into three groups,the acupuncture group,placebo group and control group 36 cases,respectively.Acupuncture group:24 hours before transplantation,30 minutes post-transplant treatment of infertility acupuncture.Placebo group:acupuncture and were unrelated to infertility.The control group:acupuncture was not used.We compared three groups of clinical effect. Results In the treatment of type Ⅰ endometrial blood flow in the acupuncture group type and PI,RI,S/D were significantly lower than before treatment,Ⅱ+Ⅲ,endometrial blood type under were significantly higher than before treatment.the difference was significance(P<0.05). The acupuncture group was more efficient than placebo group and the control group,the three groups was significant(P<0.05). The success rate of acupuncture group planting,the success rate of pregnancy and live birth rates were higher than placebo group and the control group,the three groups was significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technology into the implementation of acupuncture treatment for patients can improve blood flow under the endometrium,improve clinical outcomes and improve pregnancy outcomes.

As an invaluable component of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture boasts a distinctive value in thetreatment of diseases.However,the standardization of its practice,the quantitative assessment of its therapeutic efficacy,and the implementation of safety risk control measures remain pivotal challenges hindering its modernization and transformation.The advent of artificial intelligence technology has precipitated a technological revolution in the medical field,thereby generating novel opportunities for innovation in acupuncture.The integration of ultrasound medicine and machine learning algorithms,leveraging their respective strengths in visualization,quantification and dynamic monitoring,has emerged as a technological synergy.This synergy is poised to propel traditional acupuncture towards precision and intelligence.The integration of ultrasound imaging with machine learning algorithms enables real-time localization of acupoints and needle trajectory,enhancing the precision and safety of acupuncture treatment.Additionally,it facilitates the development of objective efficacy evaluation systems.The present article aims to comprehensively review the application of ultrasound-guided machine learning technology in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion research.It does so by first analyzing the challenges and limitations of existing research and then prospectively exploring future research directions and trends.The article’s ultimate aim is to provide theoretical guidance and practical inspiration for the deepening and development of acupuncture and moxibustion practice.
