目的 接触苯及苯系化合物作业人员血常规检查结果的分析。方法 收集2022年1月—2022年12月726名接触苯系物作业人员健康监护资料,均行血常规检测,并对其进行分析。结果 男性苯及苯系物接触作业人员的红细胞计数(RBC)(t=16.253)、血红蛋白(Hb)(t=25.345)、淋巴细胞绝对值(t=4.420)高于女性,血小板计数(PLT)(t=-5.523)低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);30~39岁和≥50岁作业人员、40~49岁和≥50岁作业人员的Hb比较差异有统计学意义(F=6.581,P=0.001),<30岁和≥50岁作业人员、30~39岁和≥50岁作业人员、40~49岁和≥50岁作业人员的PLT比较差异有统计学意义(F=7.082,P=0.001)。结论 苯及苯系化合物的接触对劳动者血常规的结果有一定的影响,其中女性、高龄更为明显,应加强相应的职业健康防护措施,应改善作业环境,完善防护设备,防止职业疾病的发生。
Objective Analysis of blood routine test results for workers exposed to benzene and its derivatives.Methods Collect health monitoring data from 726 workers exposed to benzene derivatives from January 2022 to December 2022,all of whom underwent blood routine tests and were analyzed.Results The absolute values of RBC(t=16.253),Hb(t=25.345),and lymphocytes(t=4.420)in male workers exposed to benzene and its derivatives were higher than those in females,while PLT(t=-5.523)was lower than that in females,with statistical significance(P<0.001);There was a significant difference in Hb between workers aged 30-39 and≥50,and between workers aged 40-49 and≥50(F=6.581,P=0.006,P<0.001).There was a significant difference in PLT between workers aged 30-39 and≥50,between workers aged 30-39 and≥50,and between workers aged 40-49 and≥50(F=7.082,P=0.005,P=0.001,P<0.001).Conclusions The exposure to benzene and its derivatives has a certain impact on the blood routine results of workers,with females and elderly being more prominent.Corresponding occupational health protection measures should be strengthened,the working environment should be improved,protective equipment should be perfected,and occupational diseases should be prevented.

目的 分析区级医院甲型流行性感冒患者的临床特征,为基层医院甲型流感的早期诊断及防控工作提供科学依据。方法 对2019年12月广州市番禺区中心医院发热门诊就诊的具有流感样症状的发热患者共628例,进行咽拭子甲型流感病毒核酸检测,收集患者临床资料,包括性别、年龄、体温、症状、血常规,根据核酸检测结果分为阴性组及阳性组,2组结果进行比较。结果 甲型流感病毒核酸检测阳性患者共116例,阳性率为18.5%。阳性组发病年龄以14~19岁所占比例最大,共91例(78.4%)。阳性组平均年龄小于阴性组(P<0.05)。阳性组发病体温以38.1~39 ℃所占比例最大,共47例(46.5%)。阳性者平均体温高于阴性组(P<0.01)。症状方面,阳性组仅鼻塞流涕比例较阴性组高(P<0.05)。阳性组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞百分比均低于阴性组(P<0.01)。结论 2019年冬季甲型流感患者以青少年为主,单纯症状较难区分甲型流感及普通感冒,需结合血常规特别是白细胞计数、中性粒细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞绝对值的降低进行分析。
Objective The clinical characteristics of patients with influenza A in district hospital were analyzed to provide scientific basis for early diagnosis, prevention and control of influenza A in primary hospital. Methods A total of 628 patients with influenza-like symptoms from Guangzhou Panyu Central Hospital in December 2019 were enrolled, and the clinical data was collected, including gender, age, body temperature, symptoms, and blood test results. According to the result of influenza A nucleic acid detection, patients were divided into negative group and positive group, and the clinical data of these two groups were compared. Results A total of 116 patients were positive in influenza A virus nucleic acid detection, which positive rate was 18.5%. In the positive group, patients aged 14-19 accounted for the largest proportion, with 91 patients (78.4%). The mean age of the positive group was significantly lower than that of the negative group (P<0.05). Body temperature ranged from 38.1 to 39 ℃ accounted for the largest proportion in the positive group, with 47 patients (46.5%). The mean body temperature of the positive group was significantly higher than that of the negative group (P<0.01). In terms of symptoms, only the proportion of nasal congestion in positive group was higher than that in negative group (P<0.05). In terms of blood test results, WBC count, neutrophil absolute value, lymphocyte absolute value and lymphocyte percentage in the positive group were significantly lower than those in the negative group (P<0.01). Conclusions The majority of patients with influenza A in the winter of 2019 were teenagers, and it was difficult to distinguish influenza A from the common cold only by symptoms. The differential diagnosis should be carried out in combination with the blood routine analysis, especially the decrease in the white blood cell count, the absolute value of neutrophil and the absolute value of lymphocytes.

目的 探讨血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平对小儿急性肺炎的诊断价值。方法 选取2014年1月—2019年12月我院收治的小儿急性肺炎100例作为研究组,同时根据有无发生感染将其分为感染组(26例)与非感染组(74例),另外选择同期在我院检查的健康儿童100例作为对照组。比较感染组与非感染组血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平、感染组与对照组血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平、非感染组与对照组血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平。结果 感染组中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白高于非感染组(P<0.05),两组血沉对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);感染组中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白、血沉高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中性粒细胞百分比、C-反应蛋白水平相比,无明显差异(P>0.05),非感染组白细胞计数、血沉高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小儿急性肺炎的诊断中,对小儿的血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平进行检测对诊断疾病非常重要,值得临床使用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level in children with acute pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 cases of acute pneumonia in children admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were selected as the study group. At the same time, they were divided into an infected group (26 cases) and a non-infected group (74 cases) according to the presence or absence of infection. In addition, 100 healthy children examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Blood routine examination, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP) level were compared between infected and non-infected group; in infection and control group blood routine examination, ESR, C-reactive protein level were compared; in non-infection and control group blood routine examination, ESR, C-reactive protein level were compared. Results The percentage of neutrophils, white blood cell count and C-reactive protein in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infected group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). The percentage of neutrophils, leukocyte count, C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the infected group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the percentage of neutrophils and C-reactive protein levels between the two groups (P> 0.05), and the white blood cell count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the non-infected group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute pneumonia in children, it is very important to detect the blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level in children, and it is worthy of clinical use.

目的 探讨建立适合我妇女儿童医院检验科血常规检查的复检规则,帮助检验人员快速准确地审核检验结果,同时为下一步仪器自动执行3R复检和智能审核功能提供基础数据。方法 随机收集本院就诊患者,成人457例,儿童869例,用Sysmex XN-2000全自动血液分析仪检测血常规,改进中间传输软件Laboman的复检规则,以人工镜检为标准,计算复检规则判断结果的真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率和假阴性率。结果 所建立改进的复检规则判断结果,真阳性率为15.38%,假阳性率为5.13%,真阴性率为75.64%,假阴性率为3.85%,假阴性率<5%,符合复检要求。结论 通过Laboman复检规则判断功能,保证了低漏检率,又减少了假阳性标本的复检,有效提高工作效率,可以作为自动复检和智能审核的实验依据。
