基于CPET的康复运动应用于MHD患者免疫功能及疲劳程度的影响

目的 探讨基于心肺运动试验(CPET)的康复运动应用于维持性血液透析(MHD)患者免疫功能及疲劳程度的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年6月我院200例MHD患者作为研究对象,随机将其分入研究组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。对照组患者采用常规运动模式进行管理,研究组患者采用基于CPET的康复运动。比较2组的疲劳程度、炎症反应、免疫功能以及心功能。结果 干预3个月后,2组患者透析后的疲劳程度均优于干预前,且研究组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预3个月后,2组C-反应蛋白均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgA、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预3个月后,2组左室射血分数、6 min步行距离均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预3个月后,2组左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 基于CPET的康复运动应用于MHD患者中可缓解炎症反应及透析后疲劳程度,提升免疫功能及心功能。

手动杠杆式胸外按压心肺复苏装置对模拟院内心肺复苏按压质量和按压者疲劳影响的研究

目的 探讨手动杠杆式胸外按压心肺复苏(CPR)装置对院内心肺复苏按压质量和复苏疲劳的影响。方法 将12名医学生志愿者分为手动杠杆式胸外按压CPR装置组(LDCPR)(n=6)和徒手标准CPR组(STCPR)(n=6)模拟院内心肺复苏场景进行CPR试验。LDCPR组采用手动杠杆式胸外按压CPR装置对模拟人进行连续6min连续胸外按压,STCPR组徒手对模拟人进行6min连续胸外按压。监测复苏期间按压的深度、频率以及按压者的心率和疲劳程度等变化。结果 随着连续胸外按压的进行,按压者的心率和疲劳程度都在不断增加,有效按压深度超过5 cm次数逐渐减少,但是在连续胸外按压的第4~6min,LDCPR组按压者的心率较STCPR组慢(P<0.05),疲劳程度较轻(P<0.05),有效按压的比例更高(P<0.05)。按压频率两组比较无明显差异。结论 在本模拟人试验中,手动杠杆式胸外按压CPR装置可减轻按压者疲劳,有助于提高院内CPR时长时间胸外按压的质量。
Objective We aimed to investigate simulated in-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) quality and rescuer fatigue of external chest compression-only CPR by a manual leverage device(LDCPR). Methods All 12 volunteers (medical staffs: male 6 and female 6) were randomized to standard CPR by hand(STCPR)group (n=6)or LDCPR group(n=6). At STCPR group, continuous external chest compression-only was performed for 6 minutes to simulate in hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a manikin; at LDCPR group, compression-only was performed for 6 minutes by a leverage device on a manikin. We measured blood pressure of the volunteers before and after performing each CPR technique, volunteers self-report fatigue scale and continuously monitored heart rate (HR) of the volunteers during each CPR technique by smart ring. CPR quality measures included chest compression rate and depth. Results During continuous external chest compression-only CPR, compressor's heart rate and fatigue scale were rising continuously, and percent of compress depth >5 cm were declining, too.Compressor's heart rate and fatigue scale were higher in the STCPR group than in the LDCPR group (P<0.05) during the fourth to sixth minutes CPR (P<0.05). Percent of compress depth > 5 cm was higher in the LDCPR group than in the STCPR group (P<0.05) during the fourth to sixth minutes of CPR (P<0.05).Compress rate had not differed between the 2 groups during CPR. Conclusion In the manikin study, manual leverage external chest compress device may reduce fatigue scale and improve long term compression quality during in-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

体感音乐疗法对青少年视疲劳患者的影响

目的 探讨体感音乐疗法对青少年视疲劳患者症状缓解的影响。方法 选择青少年视疲劳患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,两组患者均给予矫正用眼习惯、多运动、均衡饮食等护理,观察组在此基础上给予体感音乐疗法,3个月后比较两组视疲劳症状缓解情况。结果 干预后观察组视疲劳症状缓解程度及症状评分优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对青少年视疲劳患者实施体感音乐疗法,可起到促进眼部肌肉放松,改善微循环,增强睫状肌收缩力,改善虹膜睫状体调节功能,缓解视疲劳的效果。
Objective To explore the influence of vibroacoustic therapy on visual fatigue teenagers. Methods 72 visual fatigue teenagers were randomly and equally divided into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were accepted nursing in terms of the correction of eye habits, doing more sports and balanced diet, while the observation group was also accepted vibroacoustic therapy. After three months the conditions of these two groups in terms of visual fatigue were compared. Results After the intervention the degree of visual fatigue relief and the score of symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and these differences have statistic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Vibroacoustic therapy can help visual fatigue teenagers to relax muscles of eyes, improve microcirculation, strengthen ciliary muscle contractile force, improve the regulatory function of iris ciliary and relieve visual fatigue.

复方黄芪颗粒对小鼠抗疲劳的作用及其机制研究

Study on the anti-fatigue effect of compound Huangqi granules on mice and its mechanism

       目的   探讨复方黄芪颗粒(CHG)的抗疲劳作用及其机制。方法  48只雄性BALB/C小鼠随机分为空白对照组、低剂量(9.1 g/kg)、中剂量(18.2 g/kg)、高剂量(27.3 g/kg)CHG 3个试验组,每组12只。试验组给予不同剂量的复方黄芪颗粒溶液灌胃,空白对照组小鼠给予等体积生理盐水。给药30 d后,检测小鼠体内相关指标变化,观察其抗疲劳作用并分析相关机制。结果   与空白对照组相比,试验组小鼠体质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),小鼠力竭游泳时间及转棒耐力时间均明显延长(P<0.01),血尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)水平明显降低P<0.01),肝糖原和肌糖原水平升高(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高(P<0.01)。体外抗氧化试验表明CHG以剂量依赖性方式清除2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基。当CHG质量浓度为100.000 0 mg/mL时,CHG对DPPH自由基清除能力可达85.030 3%。当CHG质量浓度为25.000 0 mg/mL时,CHG对ABTS自由基清除能力可达96.357 2%。结论  CHG具有抗疲劳的作用,其作用机制可能与抗氧化作用相关。
      Objective  To investigate the anti-fatigue effects of compound Huangqi granules(CHG)and its mechanism.Methods  Forty-eight male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into blank control group,9.1,18.2,27.3 g/kg CHG group(test groups).The test groups received different concentrations of CHG solution by gavage,and the blank control group mice were given equal volume saline.After 30 days of administration,the mice were tested,meanwhile the anti-fatigue effect and mechanism were investigated.Results  Compared with blank control group,there was no significant difference in body weight(P>0.05).The exhaustive swimming time and rod turning endurance time of mice were significantly prolonged(P<0.01).The serum levels of blood urea nitrogen,lactate dehydrogenase and malondialdehyde were significantly decreased(P<0.01),while the liver and muscle glycogen levels(P<0.05)and superoxide dismutase activity were increased(P<0.01).In vitro antioxidant tests showed that CHG can remove (1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,ABTS) and (2,2’-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid,DPPH) free radicals in a dose-dependent manner.When the CHG concentration is 100 mg/mL,the DPPH free  radical scavenging ability of CHG can reach 85.030 3%.When the CHG concentration was 25 mg/mL,the scavenging ability of CHG to ABTS free radicals reached 96.357 2%.Conclusions  CHG has anti-fatigue effect,and its mechanism may be related to anti-oxidation effect.
