目的 探讨动态社交行为技巧练习联合生物反馈对学龄注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿临床症状和社会功能的影响。方法 回顾性选取我院2021年1月~2024年3月收治的81例学龄ADHD患儿作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(40例)、观察组(41例),对照组接受生物反馈治疗,观察组接受动态社交行为技巧练习联合生物反馈治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状、社会功能、脑电波频率[β波、θ波、感觉运动节律(SMR)波]。结果 观察组总有效率90.24%较对照组的72.50%高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组对抗性行为、多动-冲动、注意力不集中评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组家庭、学习与学校、生活技能、自我管理、社交活动及风险活动评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组β波、SMR波均高于对照组,θ波低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 动态社交行为技巧练习联合生物反馈对学龄ADHD患儿临床疗效确切,可进一步改善患儿临床症状、社会功能。
Objective To explore the effect of dynamic social behavior skills training combined with biofeedback on clinical symptoms and social function in school-age children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods A total of 81 school-age children with ADHD admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (41 cases). The control group received biofeedback therapy, and the observation group received dynamic social behavior skills training combined with biofeedback therapy. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms, social function, brain wave frequency [β wave, θ wave, sensorimotor rhythm ( SMR ) wave] were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24% higher than that of the control group (72.50%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of antagonistic behavior, hyperactivity-impulsion and inattention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of family, learning and school, life skills, self-management, social activities and risk activities in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the β wave and SMR wave in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the θ wave was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dynamic social behavior skill training combined with biofeedback has definite clinical efficacy in school-age children with ADHD, which can further improve their clinical symptoms and social functioning.

盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的疗效评估

目的 探讨盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的疗效。方法 选择2022年8月—2023年7月福建医科大学附属福州市第一医院妇科接收的女性膀胱过度活动症患者90例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例,对照组采取常规药物及康复治疗,观察组在此基础上给予盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗,比较两组治疗效果、排尿功能、尿流动力学及生活质量。结果 观察组治疗有效率43例(95.56%)高于对照组36例(80.00%)(χ2=5.074,P=0.024)。治疗后观察组白天排尿次数(7.22±2.25)次、夜间排尿次数(2.05±0.44)次、尿急(1.54±0.48)次、急迫性尿失禁(1.22±0.25)次,低于对照组相应的(10.01±2.84)(3.32±0.84)(2.52±0.92)(2.24±0.39)次(t=5.165、8.984、6.335、14.770,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组初始尿意膀胱容量(188.45±24.43)mL、最大膀胱测压容积(320.42±25.49)mL,高于对照组的(155.54±20.06)(272.26±21.16)mL,膀胱顺应性(40.15±4.06)mL/cmH2O、残余尿量(82.25±8.45)mL,低于对照组的(50.05±5.54)mL/cmH2O、(125.44±12.26)mL(t=6.983、9.751、9.669、19.457,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组I-QOL(72.25±7.46)分,高于对照组(63.63±6.05)分(t=6.020,P<0.05)。结论 针对女性膀胱过度活动症患者采取盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗可取得良好的治疗效果,减少患者排尿次数和残余尿量,改善尿急、尿失禁症状,恢复正常的尿流动力学,提高生活质量。

凯格尔(kegel)锻炼法结合生物反馈电刺激对产后盆底康复管理效果的影响

目的 探讨凯格尔(Kegel)锻炼法结合生物反馈电刺激对产后盆底康复管理效果的影响。方法 选取2018年5月—2019年4月在我院妇产科阴道分娩的足月产妇200例,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例,对照组单纯给予Kegel锻炼法,观察组给予Kegel锻炼法结合生物反馈电刺激。干预2~3个月,比较两组患者盆底肌肉功能相关指标改善情况,并比较两组患者生活质量的改变。结果 干预后,观察组患者盆底肌Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力恢复正常率为86.0%(86/100),高于对照组的56.0%(56/100),观察组盆底肌Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力恢复正常率为83.0%(83/100),高于对照组的54.0%(54/100),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且干预后,观察组下腹不适、尿失禁、排尿异常、排便异常及阴道分泌物异常患者低于对照组(P<0.05),性生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Kegel锻炼结合生物反馈电刺激可促进盆底肌力,改善尿失禁、盆腔器官脱垂等盆底异常症状,提高患者生性生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Kegel exercise combined with biofeedback electric stimulation on the management of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods A total of 200 full-term pregnant women who delivered vaginally in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was only given Kegel exercise method, and the experimental group was given Kegel exercise method combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation. After 2~3 months of intervention, the improvement of pelvic floor muscle function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the recovery rate of pelvic floor muscle type I muscle strength in the observation group was 86.0% (86/100), higher than that in the control group (56/100), and the recovery rate of pelvic floor muscle type II muscle strength in the observation group was 83.0% (83/100), higher than that in the control group (54/100). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the patients situations in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) including abdominal discomfort, urinary incontinence, abnormal urination, abnormal defecation and abnormal vaginal secretion, and the score of sexual quality of life was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kegel exercise combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation may promote pelvic floor muscle strength, improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other pelvic floor abnormalities, and improve the quality of life of patients.

目的 探讨肌电生物反馈对正常人脑血流动力学的影响及其变化规律。方法 总数30人的健康正常受试者纳入研究,按照表格法随机分为生物反馈实验组和对照组。其中生物反馈组20人,对照组10人。该试验采用肌电生物反馈作为反馈方法,记录两组试验前后双侧大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉和大脑后动脉的平均血流速度和脉动指数。每次生物反馈试验后间隔3天,作为一个生物反馈阶段,总共进行7个阶段。结果 生物反馈组大脑中动脉的平均血流速度在试验前、后高于对照组(P<0.05),而其脉动指数则低于对照组(P<0.05)。生物反馈组在试验前、后大脑中动脉的平均血流速度随着生物反馈次数的增加而增快(P<0.05),而脉动指数则随之而降低(P<0.05)。结论 肌电生物反馈能够增加正常人大脑中动脉的平均血流速度和降低其脉动指数,且随着生物反馈次数的增加而呈现累积效应。
Objective To discuss the effect of electromyographic biofeedback on cerebral hemodynamics in health people. Methods A total of 30 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study, and randomly divided into biofeedback group (n=20) and control group (n=10). The biofeedback group had been done with electromyographic biofeedback for seven times with 3 days intervals after each test. The data including the mean velocity (Vm) and pulse index (PI) of anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery were collected bilaterally before and after the test using transcranial Doppler in the two groups. Results The values of Vm (P<0.05) were higher and PI (P<0.05) were lower in biofeedback group than those in control group before and after the test. The values of Vm (P<0.05) increased and PI (P<0.05) decreased gradually in biofeedback group from 1st to 7th tests. Conclusion The electromyographic biofeedback can induce to the increasing of velocity of cerebral blood flow and decreasing of PI in MCA, and the additive effect was observed during the 7 tests in biofeedback group.

A pilot study on biofeedback influencing cardiac function in normal health people by nonlinear analysis

目的 目前对于生物反馈发挥治疗作用的机理还未完全研究清楚,该实验借助近似熵(ApEn)这一新型的非线性研究方法,研究在生物反馈过程中心电的变化,从而希望发现生物反馈对心脏功能的潜在影响。方法 总数30人的健康正常受试者纳入研究,其中20人为生物反馈实验组,10人为正常对照组。该实验采用肌电生物反馈作为反馈方法,同时记录心电的变化。实验所得数据采用非线性动力学参数—近似熵(ApEn)进行研究。结果 实验组的平均心率在最后两个生物反馈阶段高于对照组。随着实验进展,实验组的心率标准差逐渐缩小,而心率和心电ApEn明显增高。结论 该实验发现生物反馈能够影响心电生理系统,使得心脏系统变得更加健康,展现出更强的抗应激能力,从而揭示了生物反馈潜在的治疗机理。
Objective The mechanism about biofeedback is not complete clear. Our aim was to study changes of cardiac function (electrophysiology) during biofeedback with the help of approximate entropy (ApEn), and a potential new mechanism about neurofeedback may be detected. Methods A total of 30 healthy volunteers participated in this study which consisted of the neurofeedback group(n=20) and the control group (n=10). We applied electromyogram neurofeedback as the feedback method, and simultaneously recorded electroencephalogram(EEG) and electrocardiogram(ECG). We applied the nonlinear analysis ApEn assess obtained data. Results In the biofeedback group the average of heart rate was higher than that of control group in the last two sessions. As the biofeedback experiment sessions were progressed, the standard deviation of heart rate gradually reduced and the ApEn of ECG increased with statistic significance in the biofeedback group. Conclusion We found that biofeedback can influence cardiac electrophysiological system and make cardiac systems progress healthily and achieve greater ability of anti-stress.
