混合教学模式在中医诊断学中的教学现状与实践探索

中医诊断学是一门中医学专业的主干课程, 也是连接基础理论与临床实践的桥梁课程,其知识点繁杂、实践性强导致学生感觉枯燥无味, 教师教学质量欠佳。随着“互联网+教育”的高速发展, 混合式教学作为一种创新型教学模式,有诸多优势, 但也存在一些不足。文章从多元化教学方法、思政教育、多元化评价三个方面出发, 研究创新混合教学模式措施, 以期提升教学效果,提高学生的中医思维能力和临床水平, 培养学生的医德医风,实现知识传授与价值引领, 为社会输送德才兼备的中医药人才。文章研究了中医诊断学课程混合教学模式的教学现状和实践探索, 以进一步提高教学质量, 可为各大中医院校混合教学模式的开展提供借鉴。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnostics is a main course of TCM specialty, and it is also a bridge course connecting basic theory and clinical practice.Its complex knowledge and strong practicability lead to students feeling bored and poor teaching quality.With the rapid development of “Internet + Education”, blended teaching, as an innovative teaching mode,has many advantages, but it also has some shortcomings.This paper starts from three aspects of diversified teaching methods, civic education and diversified evaluation to study the measures of innovative mixed teaching mode, with a view to enhancing the teaching effect, improving the students’ thinking ability and clinical level of Chinese medicine, cultivating the students’ medical ethics and medical style,realizing the knowledge pass on and value leadership, and delivering both moral and talented talents in traditional Chinese medicine for the society.This paper studies the teaching status and practical exploration of the mixed teaching mode of TCM diagnostics curriculum in order to further improve the teaching quality and provide reference for the development of the mixed teaching mode in major TCM colleges.

《流行病学》作为公共卫生与预防医学的主干课程,对于培养高质量公共卫生人才至关重要。在大数据、人工智能和互联网技术迅猛发展的时代背景下,传统的单一教学模式已无法满足现代医学教育的需求。线上线下混合教学模式逐渐成为高等医学教育的主要教学方式。这种模式结合了线上资源的丰富性和线下课堂的互动性,能够拓展教学内容,提高学生的自主学习能力。通过大数据分析和人工智能技术,可以提供个性化学习体验和实时反馈,优化教学效果。然而,这一模式在实际应用中仍面临诸如资源整合不够、师生互动不足等挑战。文章以广州医科大学为例,分析了《流行病学》课程中混合教学模式的优势与不足,并提出了针对性的改进建议。通过这些建议,旨在提升混合教学模式的有效性,为未来教学改革提供新的思路和参考。
Epidemiology,as a core course in public health and preventive medicine,is crucial for training high-quality public health professionals.With the rapid development of big data,artificial intelligence,and internet technologies,traditional single-mode teaching methods no longer meet the demands of modern education.The blended learning model,combining online and offline teaching,has gradually become a primary method in higher medical education.This model integrates the richness of online resources with the interactivity of offline classes,expanding instructional content and enhancing students' self-directed learning abilities.By leveraging big data analysis and artificial intelligence,personalized learning experiences and real-time feedback can be provided to optimize teaching effectiveness.However,this model still faces challenges such as inadequate resource integration and insufficient teacher-student interaction in practical application.This study uses a medical university as a case study to analyze the advantages and limitations of the blended learning model in epidemiology courses and proposes targeted improvement suggestions.The aim is to enhance the effectiveness of blended learning and provide new insights and references for future teaching reforms.

基于多种教学模式培养医学生医患沟通能力及人文素养的探讨

目的 探讨多种教学模式在加强医学生人文素养、沟通意识和沟通能力中的作用。方法 考察多种教学模式培养的临床学生(教学组)和传统模式培养的临床学生(对照组)在人文关怀、沟通技巧、职业素养、医患关系等方面的理论知识和病史询问为主的实践考核情况,并进行对比。结果 多种教学模式培养的临床学生在人文关怀、沟通技巧、职业素养、医患关系方面的理论成绩分别为(21.03±2.00、20.78±2.11、21.01±2.12、20.91±2.07),病史询问成绩为(16.03±2.13)分,传统模式培养的临床学生在人文关怀、沟通技巧、职业素养、医患关系方面的理论成绩分别为(20.29±2.26、19.84±2.33、20.24±2.49、20.05±2.32),病史询问成绩(14.89±2.43)分,均较多种模式培养组分数低,两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在神经病学教学中采用多种教学模式对提高学生沟通能力及人文素养有良好的效果。
