分-全带教模式在提高实习生处方审核能力的应用效果

目的 探讨“分-全带教”在提高门诊实习生处方审核能力的应用效果。方法 对2016届实习生进行“分-全带教”,在实习初期、后期组织实习生对100张门诊处方进行处方审核,登记审核结果。结果 实施“分-全带教”后,处方成功审核例数实习初期的163例(27.17%)提高到后期的487例(81.17%)。结论 应用“分-全带教”模式,有利于门诊实习生掌握处方审核技巧,在提高实习生处方审核能力中有良好应用前景。
Objective To make a discussion of the application result of point-all teaching model in improvement of prescription review ability of interns at outpatient service process. Methods To implement point-all teaching model on interns enrolled in 2016. To ask them to review 100 outpatient prescription at the beginning and ending of the internship respectively and record the results of their review. Results After the implementation of point-all teaching model, the correct review of the prescription has been improved from 163 (27.17%) at the beginning to 487 (81.17%) at the ending. Conclusion The point-all teaching model is conducive for interns at outpatient department to master the technique for review, so it is promising in the improving the prescription review ability of interns.

探讨实习前护理知识技能评价与实习教学目标相结合护理实习培训效果

目的 探讨实习前护理知识技能评价与实习教学目标相结合的临床护理实习培训效果。方法 选择2018年在我科实习的护理本科实习生40名为对照组,采取传统的带班实习带教方法进行临床带教;2019年在我科实习的40名护理本科实习生为实验组,对实习生在实习前进行护理知识和护理操作能力评估,根据实习生专业知识与护理技术的评估结果,结合实习教学目标进行针对性的临床带教;实习结束对两组同学掌握的护理理论知识、护理操作技术、服务满意度进行评价。结果 实验组掌握的护理知识、护理操作技术得分均高于对照组,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);服务满意度评价实验组高于对照组,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论 开展实习前护理专业能力评价与教学目标相结合的护理临床实习培训模式管理,有助于带教老师掌握实习生存在的护理知识缺乏和护理技术薄弱问题,利于带教老师制定合理的实习带教计划和带教重点,提高学生临床实习效果和老师的带教质量。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing practice training combined with the evaluation of nursing knowledge and skills and teaching objectives before practice. Methods 40 nursing undergraduates who practiced in our department in 2018 were selected as the control group, and the traditional method of clinical teaching was adopted; 40 nursing undergraduates who practiced in 2019 were selected as the experimental group to evaluate the nursing knowledge and nursing operation ability of the interns before the practice, according to the evaluation results of professional knowledge and nursing technology of the interns, combined with the practice teaching at the end of the internship. The students in the two groups were evaluated on their theoretical knowledge, nursing operation technology and service satisfaction. Results The scores of nursing knowledge and nursing operation technology in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the results of the two groups were statistically significance (P<0.001); the evaluation of service satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the results of the two groups were statistically significance (P<0.05); Conclusion To carry out the management of nursing clinical practice training mode combining the evaluation of nursing professional ability with teaching objectives before practice is helpful for the teachers to find out problems of lack of nursing knowledge and weak nursing technology existing in the interns. It helps the teachers to formulate reasonable practice teaching plan and key points, and improves the effect of students' clinical practice and the quality of teaching.

探讨PBL联合CM教学法在手术室实习生带教中的应用

目的 针对以问题为导向教学法(PBL教学法)联合以案例为基础教学法(CM教学法)在手术室实习生带教中的应用进行探讨。方法 选取我院2016年9月—2017年6月期间手术室实习生100名,根据双盲分组法分为联合组和常规组,常规组实习生实施传统教学模式,联合组实习生实施PBL联合CM教学法,对比分析两组实习生的考核成绩、教学评估效果及带教满意度。结果 在考核成绩对比中,联合组实习生在理论成绩和实践成绩等考核成绩均高于常规组,组间对比有差异(P<0.05);在教学评估效果对比中,联合组实习生在自主学习、护理知识掌握、主动参与、团队合作、临床护理实践等教学评估效果中均优于常规组(P<0.05);在带教满意度对比中,联合组实习生总满意率高于常规组,经统计学对比分析有意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合CM教学法能够有效提高手术室实习生的学习效果和临床护理实践能力,应在临床护理工作中予以推广并应用。

临床全程导师制结合OSCE考试法对本科实习护生评判性思维的影响

目的 探讨临床全程导师制结合OSCE考试法对实习护生评判性思维的影响。方法 将176名在我院实习的本科实习护生随机分为两组,每组88人。对照组采用传统的临床带教和考核方式进行带教,实验组采用临床全程导师制结合OSCE考试法进行带教。记录两组理论考试成绩、实践技能成绩及护理病历成绩,比较两组实习护生教学前后评判性思维能力,比较两组实习护生干预后对临床带教模式的整体评价。结果 实验组理论考试成绩、实践技能成绩、护理病历成绩得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。开展教学后两组评判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)各维度评分及总分均升高,实验组各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。开展教学后实验组对临床带教模式的整体评价均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床全程导师制结合OSCE考试法,有助于提高本科实习护生的评判性思维能力。
Objective To explore the application and influence of the whole course mentor system combined with OSCE on the critical thinking ability of undergraduate clinical student nurses. Methods 176 undergraduate clinical student nurses were divided to control group and experimental group,88 for a group respectively. Control group used traditional clinical teaching method while the experimental group used whole course mentor system combined with OSCE. The theory and practice assessment scores ,medical record writing scores and critical thinking scores of clinical student nurses before and after the implementation of the two teaching modes were compared. Results The theory and practice assessment scores and medical record writing scores of the students in the experimental group were better than those of students in the control group(P<0.05). The score of CTDI-CV was increased in both two groups after intervention. The score of all dimensions in CTDI-CV was better improved in the experimental group than that of controls (P<0.05). And the evaluation of teaching mode of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching method of the whole course mentor system combined with OSCE is helpful to improve undergraduate clinical student nurses'ability of critical thinking.

药学本科生在毕业实习前的观念及心态调查

Investigation of overall concept and attitude before graduation practice for pharmacy undergraduates

目的 调查药学本科大学三年级学生在毕业实习前对实习的整体观念及心态。方法 采用问卷表方式调查,将回收问卷表进行数据统计并分析结果。结果 占总比63.2%学生对未来实习方向较模糊,并期望获得相关指导;72.8%学生认为药学专业知识对实习有帮助;90.0%学生认为实习是为即将就业打基础;对于寻找实习单位的方式,三分之一以上学生比较倾向于药学专业老师介绍推荐,大约三分之一的学生有意自己联系实习单位。结论 该调查结果较为真实反映某高校药学本科生实习前的心态及其对实习整体观念,为高校实习管理及学生工作部门了解学生的实习想法提供可靠数据依据,也为教务部门制定“以人为本”实习计划提供了科学依据。
Objective To investigate the overall concept and state of mind of the undergraduates in the grade three undergraduate students before internship. Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate the form of the questionnaire, and the data were collected and analyzed. Results 63.2% of the students for the future practice direction was fuzzy, and hope to get the guidance;72.8% of the students thought pharmacy specialized knowledge is helpful to practice; 90.0% students thought practice was foundation for employment; To find the internship units, more than one third of the students tend to get recommend by pharmacy professional teachers. About one third of students wished to contact their internships by themselves. Conclusion The survey results showed mentality and the overall concept in practice of pharmacy students in our school. It can provided reliable data basis for the practice of management to understand the students practice idea, and also for the educational administration department to develop the “people-oriented” internship program.
