Chairman of the Guangzhou Society of Hematology, Standing Committee Member of the Hematology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association, and Vice Chairman of the Hematology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Doctor Association.
With over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research in hematology, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of various blood disorders and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, particularly in the treatment of aplastic anemia.
Has led two National Natural Science Foundation projects, published over 40 papers, including more than 10 indexed in SCI, and has been awarded three scientific and technological achievement awards from Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City, as well as holding two international patents.
