广州市第一人民医院输血医学科主任，博士，研究员，主任技师，博士研究生导师，博士后合作导师。曾在美国堪萨斯大学医学中心、南方医科大学南方医院输血科做博士后研究。
现任中国医师协会输血科医师分会副会长，中华医学会临床输血专业委员会常委，广东省医院协会输血发展与管理专业委员会主任委员，广东省医师协会输血科医师分会副主任委员，广州市医师协会输血医学分会主任委员，广州市临床用血质量控制中心主任委员。广东省、江苏省、江西省、四川省等科技基金与科技成果评审专家。
《中国输血杂志》《输血与临床检验》杂志编委，主编《基础输血学》，《血站技术手册》，《输血技术习题集》（2018-2023）。参编《Stem cell biology in health and disease》等书籍，国内外刊物发表中英文论文200余篇（含SCI 30余篇）。
主持完成国家自然等各类基金23项。
研究方向为输血免疫和细胞治疗，开展各类常规输血治疗和细胞治疗，擅长解决输血疑难临床问题，细胞治疗基础与临床技术问题咨询。
Director of the Department of Transfusion Medicine at Guangzhou First People's Hospital, PhD, Researcher, Chief Technician, Doctoral Supervisor, and Postdoctoral Co-Supervisor. Completed postdoctoral research at the University of Kansas Medical Center and the Department of Transfusion Medicine at Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University.
Currently serves as Vice President of the Transfusion Medicine Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Standing Committee Member of the Clinical Transfusion Committee of the Chinese Medical Association, Chairman of the Transfusion Development and Management Professional Committee of the Guangdong Hospital Association, Vice Chairman of the Transfusion Medicine Physicians Branch of the Guangdong Medical Doctor Association, Chairman of the Transfusion Medicine Branch of the Guangzhou Medical Doctor Association, and Chairman of the Guangzhou Clinical Blood Use Quality Control Center. Also serves as an expert reviewer for scientific funds and achievements in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, and Sichuan provinces.
Editorial Board Member of the "Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion" and "Transfusion and Clinical Laboratory Testing," and editor-in-chief of "Basic Transfusion Science," "Blood Station Technical Manual," and "Transfusion Technology Exercise Book" (2018-2023). Contributed to books such as "Stem Cell Biology in Health and Disease" and has published over 200 Chinese and English papers in domestic and international journals, including more than 30 SCI-indexed papers.
Has led and completed 23 national and other types of research funds.
Research focus is on transfusion immunology and cell therapy, conducting various routine transfusion therapies and cell therapies, and specializes in resolving complex clinical transfusion issues and consulting on basic and clinical technical issues in cell therapy.
