擅长领域:长期从事耳鼻咽喉科临床、教学、科研工作,基础理论和专业知识扎实,在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科临床一线工作30余年,对疑难病例的诊治和急危重症病人的处理经验丰富。擅长耳鼻咽喉头颈外科各类疑难疾病的诊断、治疗及手术,尤其对鼻窦炎鼻息肉、中耳炎、鼾症、鼻咽癌、喉癌、侵及喉气管的甲状腺肿瘤、腮腺肿瘤、鼻颅底、侧颅底肿瘤的手术,晚期头颈部肿瘤挽救性手术,包括胸大肌皮瓣在内的多种皮瓣修复,对头颈部肿瘤的诊断与治疗有深入的研究。熟练开展经鼻内镜下鼻咽血管瘤切除术,垂体瘤切除术等颅底、侧颅底手术,颈动脉切除术后重建术,显微镜下CO2激光微创治疗喉良、恶性肿瘤,电子人工耳蜗植入术等,取得了很好的效果。

Areas of Expertise: With extensive experience in clinical, teaching, and research work in otolaryngology, possesses a solid foundation in basic theory and professional knowledge. Has over 30 years of clinical experience in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, with rich experience in diagnosing and treating complex cases and managing critical and severe patients. Specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgery of various difficult diseases in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, particularly in surgeries for sinusitis, nasal polyps, otitis media, sleep apnea, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, laryngeal cancer, thyroid tumors involving the larynx and trachea, parotid gland tumors, skull base and lateral skull base tumors, salvage surgery for advanced head and neck tumors, and various flap reconstructions including pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps. Has in-depth research on the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck tumors. Proficient in performing endoscopic nasopharyngeal angiofibroma resection, pituitary tumor resection, skull base and lateral skull base surgeries, carotid artery resection and reconstruction, minimally invasive CO2 laser treatment for benign and malignant laryngeal tumors under microscopy, and electronic cochlear implantation, achieving excellent results.
