Routinely performs a wide range of complex cardiac and vascular surgeries, including total arch replacement for acute Type A aortic dissection, endovascular stent grafting for Type B aortic dissection/abdominal aortic aneurysm, transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVR), left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation, valve replacement surgery for elderly patients with severe rheumatic heart disease, off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) for coronary heart disease, corrective surgery for congenital heart disease, and surgery for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. Pioneered minimally invasive cardiac surgeries in China, such as thoracoscopic cardiac surgery, transcatheter valve implantation, and interventional closure for congenital heart defects. Has completed over 12,000 cardiac and vascular surgeries, making him one of the most versatile surgeons in the field of cardiac and vascular surgery in China.
