目的 探讨基于肺康复的阻抗训练联合营养支持对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)衰弱患者肌少症及运动耐量的影响。方法 将2024年1月—2025年5月收治的80例老年COPD衰弱合并肌少症患者,分为对照组、观察组,各40例。所有患者均采取常规药物治疗,对照组予以营养支持,观察组在对照组基础上增加基于肺康复的阻抗训练。比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月后肌少症改善情况,运动耐量,肺功能指标,衰弱状态及生活质量。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组骨骼肌指数、握力、股四头肌肌厚度均较治疗前提高,且与对照组相比,观察组更高(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组6 min步行距离、日常活动代谢当量均较治疗前提高,Borg量表评分降低,且与对照组相比,观察组改善幅度更大(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)、最大通气量(MVV)均较治疗前改善,且与对照组相比,观察组更优(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组Fried衰弱表型评分、COPD评估测试(CAT)总分、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)总分均较治疗前降低,且与对照组相比,观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论 老年COPD衰弱合并肌少症患者采取基于肺康复的阻抗训练联合营养支持可改善其肌少症情况,提升运动耐量,并且提升患者肺功能水平,改善衰弱状态,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of impedance training based on pulmonary rehabilitation combined with nutritional support on sarcopenia and exercise tolerance in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and frailty.Methods Eighty elderly patients with COPD and frailty complicated by sarcopenia,admitted from January 2024 to May 2025,were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.All patients received conventional drug therapy.The control group received nutritional support,while the observation group received additional impedance training based on pulmonary rehabilitation on top of the matched group’s treatment.The improvement of sarcopenia,exercise tolerance,pulmonary function index,weakness status and quality of life before and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the skeletal muscle index,grip strength and quadriceps thickness of the observation group increased compared with that before treatment,and compared with the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the 6 min walking distance and daily activity metabolic equivalent of both groups increased compared with that before treatment,and the Borg Scale score decreased.Compared with the control group,the improvement of the observation group was better(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,Forced Expiratory Volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/Forced Vital Capacity(FVC)and Maximal Voluntary Ventilation(MVV)of both groups improved compared with that before treatment,and the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Fried weakness phenotype score,COPD Assessment Test(CAT)total score and St. George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)total score of both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Impedance training based on pulmonary rehabilitation combined with nutritional support can improve sarcopenia,enhance exercise tolerance,and improve pulmonary function levels,frailty status,and quality of life in elderly patients with COPD and frailty complicated by sarcopenia.
目的 探讨多组分运动训练对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期病人骨骼肌功能的影响。方法 前瞻性选择2022年10月—2024年10月90例COPD稳定期患者,采用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组45例采取常规运动干预,观察组45例在对照组基础上增加多组分运动训练。干预前、干预后3个月比较两组患者四肢骨骼肌含量,四肢肌群力量,运动耐力与肺功能,生活质量。结果 干预后,两组上肢、下肢骨骼肌含量均略增加,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组膝伸肌、膝屈肌、肘伸肌、肘屈肌肌群力量均增加,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组6 min步行试验、用力肺活量及第一秒用力呼气量均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组圣乔治呼吸问卷各维度分数及总分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对老年COPD稳定期患者采取多组分运动训练可提升患者四肢骨骼肌含量与四肢肌群力量,改善患者运动耐力与肺功能,减轻COPD及骨骼肌功能障碍对患者生活质量造成的负面影响。
Objective To explore the effect of multi-component exercise training on skeletal muscle function in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From October 2022 to October 2024,90 stable COPD patients were prospectively selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a lottery method.The control group consisted of 45 patients who received routine exercise care,while the observation group consisted of 45 patients who received multi-component exercise training in addition to the routine care.Skeletal muscle content,muscle group strength,exercise endurance,lung function,and quality of life between two groups of patients were compared before and three months after intervention.Results After intervention,the skeletal muscle content of both upper and lower extremities slightly increased in both groups,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the strength of the knee extensor,knee flexor,elbow extensor,and elbow flexor muscle groups increased in both groups,with the observation group had better results than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups showed an increase in six-minute walking test,forced vital capacity,and forced expiratory volume in first second,with the observation group had better results than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of the SGRQ in both groups decreased,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-component exercise training for stable elderly COPD patients can improve the skeletal muscle content and muscle strength of the extremities,enhance exercise endurance and lung function,and alleviate the negative impact of COPD and skeletal muscle dysfunction on patients’quality of life.

This review summarizes and discusses the application status, advantages,and challenges of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in simulated medical training.AI significantly enhances the intelligence and personalization of training through four core scenarios:virtual patient systems, surgical simulation assessment, medical imaging diagnosis training, and structured reporting optimization.Researches demonstrates that AI-driven real-time feedback mechanisms(e.g., surgical skill assessment systems)outperform traditional expert guidance in randomized controlled trials(P<0.001)and exhibit potential for large-scale implementation to reduce labor costs.However, challenges remain regarding algorithmic transparency, data privacy ethics, and clinical translation validation.Future efforts require deepened interdisciplinary collaboration, integration with innovations like augmented reality, and the establishment of a globally shared intelligent certification system to advance the transformation of medical education paradigms.
目的 探讨断指再植患者采用微波理疗联合康复训练的影响。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月于福州市第二总医院进行断指再植的患者,采用康复训练的50例患者纳入对照组,采用微波理疗联合康复训练的51例患者纳入观察组,对比两组干预1个月后的毛细血管反应情况、感知恢复情况、疼痛评分、手指功能及日常生活能力情况。结果 干预1个月后, 观察组患指的温度[(28.43±5.86)℃ vs (26.15±5.39)℃,t=2.025,P<0.001]、毛细血管反应[(9.76±2.63)cm/s vs(7.36±2.23)cm/s,t=4.922,P=0.046,]高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的英国医学研究委员会感觉评分[(15.79±3.75)分 vs(11.88±3.13)分,t=5.660,P<0.001]高于对照组;观察组第2周[(3.72±0.88)分 vs(4.39±0.92)分,t=3.721,P<0.001]、4周后[(2.67±0.32)分 vs(3.03±0.52)分,t=4.169,P=0.001]的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的密歇根手功能量表(MHQ)评分[(61.05±10.68)分 vs(52.58±10.21)分,t=4.054,P<0.001]高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量综合评定表(GQLI-74)评分[(320.16±55.25)分 vs(270.85±50.06)分,t=4.677,P<0.001]高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的Barthel指数[(75.71±12.84)分 vs(68.58±12.23)分,t=2.843,P=0.005]高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 微波理疗联合康复训练能够提高断指再植患者的手指功能,减轻患者疼痛,改善日常生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of microwave physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation training on finger function and daily living ability of patients with severed finger replantation.Methods Patients who underwent replantation of severed fingers in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected retrospectively.Fifty patients who received rehabilitation training were included in the control group,51 patients who were intervened by microwave physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation training were included in the observation group.The blood circulation,sensory recovery,pain score,finger function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The temperature([28.43±5.86]℃ vs [26.15±5.39]℃,t=2.025,P<0.001) and capillary reaction([9.76±2.63]cm/s vs [7.36±2.23]cm/s,t=4.922,P=0.046) of the affected fingers in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The sensory score([15.79±3.75] vs [11.88±3.13],t=5.660,P<0.001)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at the second week([3.72±0.88] vs [4.39±0.92],t=3.721,P<0.001) and four weeks later([2.67±0.32]vs [3.03±0.52],t=4.169,P=0.001)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of Michigan Hand Outcome Questionnair(MHQ)([61.05±10.68] vs [52.58±10.21],t=4.054,P<0.001) in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The GQLI-74 score([320.16±55.25] vs [270.85±50.06]) and Barthel index([75.71±12.84] vs[68.58±12.23],t=2.843,P=0.005)in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Microwave physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation training can improve the finger function,relieve the pain and improve the quality of daily life of patients with severed fingers.
背景 虚拟标准化患者作为医学教育中的新型教学工具, 已广泛用于提升学生的临床问诊能力。随着生成式人工智能的快速发展, 基于大语言模型(LLMs)构建的VSP系统成为研究热点。然而, 目前尚缺乏对不同LLM在模拟患者角色方面表现的系统比较。目的 比较ChatGPT-4o与DeepSeek两种主流LLM在VSP模拟中的适用性, 评估其在病史采集、语言自然度、线索引导能力及教学辅助效果等方面的表现差异。方法 采用类实验研究,参与者为某医学院校临床医学专业本科四年级学生, 所有参与者均已修完《诊断学》课程, 具备基础问诊技能, 研究对象共60人, 按学号尾数单双分为两组, 分别与ChatGPT-4o或DeepSeek驱动的VSP系统进行交互。进行模拟急性阑尾炎问诊, 并在完成病史采集后提交诊断判断与体验问卷。结果 ChatGPT-4o在结构化信息整合、线索引导及技术稳定性方面更为优越, 而DeepSeek则在语言亲和力与情感回应方面表现更具人文关怀色彩。结论 不同LLM在VSP中的优势方向不同, 可根据教学目标进行有针对性地系统选择与设计。未来研究可进一步拓展至不同病种、交互方式及评估维度,以全面评估LLM驱动VSP在医学教育场景下的适应性与教学成效。
Background Virtual standardized patients(VSPs)have emerged as a novel tool in medical education, widely adopted to enhance students’ clinical interview skills.With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence, VSP systems powered by large language models(LLMs)have become a new focus of research.However, few studies have systematically compared the performance of different LLMs in simulating patient roles.Objective This study aims to compare the applicability of two mainstream LLMs, ChatGPT-4o and DeepSeek, in VSP-based medical interview simulations, focusing on their differences in history-taking performance,linguistic naturalness, clue guidance,and educational support.Methods A quasi-experimental study was conducted involving 60 fourth-year clinical medicine undergraduates from a medical school.All participants had completed a diagnostics course and possessed basic interviewing skills.Students were assigned to either the ChatGPT-4o or DeepSeek group based on the parity of their student ID numbers.Each participant conducted a text-based simulated interview with a VSP presenting with acute appendicitis, then submitted both a preliminary diagnosis and a structured satisfaction questionnaire.Results ChatGPT-4o demonstrated superior performance in structured information integration, clue-based prompting, and system stability.In contrast, DeepSeek showed more natural language affinity and emotional responsiveness,reflecting stronger humanistic communication traits.The two models displayed divergent strengths within the VSP framework, suggesting that system selection and integration should be tailored to specific teaching objectives.Conclusions Future research should expand the scope to include diverse disease scenarios, interaction modalities, and evaluation dimensions, to comprehensively assess the educational utility and adaptability of LLM-driven VSP systems in medical training.
目的 探讨对分课堂对《老年人健康照护技术》实训教学效果的影响,为进一步完善智慧健康养老服务与管理专业实训教学方案提供参考依据。方法 以广州卫生职业技术学院2022级智慧健康养老服务与管理专业学生为研究对象,设定其中一班为观察组,另一班为对照组,在《老年人健康照护技术》实训教学过程中,观察组采用对分课堂的实训教学模式,对照组采用传统实训教学模式;实训结束后对两组均进行理论和技能考核,并在教学前后均采用《一般自我效能感量表》对两组学生进行测评。结果 试验开始之前,对两组学生一般自我效能感测评得分进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验结束后,将观察组与对照组的理论和技能考核成绩、一般自我效能感得分进行比较,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且观察组一般自我效能感得分优于本组试验前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 对分课堂有利于提高学生的一般自我效能感,有助于改善《老年人健康照护技术》的实训教学效果,能够为进一步完善智慧健康养老服务与管理专业实训教学方案提供参考依据。
Objective To explore the impact of split courses on the practical training and teaching effectiveness of “Elderly Health Care Technology”,and to provide reference for further improving the practical training and teaching plan of smart health and elderly care services and management.Methods A study was conducted on students majoring in Intelligent Health and Elderly Care Services and Management from Guangzhou Health Vocational and Technical College in 2022.One class was set as the observation group and the other as the control group.During the training and teaching process of “Elderly Health Care Technology”,the observation group adopted a split courses training teaching mode,while the control group adopted a traditional training teaching mode.After the practical training,theoretical and skill assessments were conducted on both groups,and the General Self Efficacy Scale was used to evaluate both groups of students before and after teaching.Results Before the start of the experiment,there was no statistically significant difference in the general self-efficacy evaluation scores between the two groups of students(P>0.05).After the experiment,the theoretical and skill assessment scores, general self-efficacy scores of the observation group, and the control group were compared.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with a significant statistical difference(P<0.01),and the general self-efficacy score of the observation group was better than before the experiment,with a statistically significant difference as well(P<0.01).Conclusions split courses were beneficial for improving students’ general self-efficacy,enhancing teaching effectiveness,and providing reference basis for further improving the practical training teaching plan for smart health and elderly care services and management.
目的 了解深圳市助产士培训的现况,为今后进一步加强助产士培训工作提供参考依据。方法 利用方便整群抽样法选取2022年在深圳市助产医疗机构工作的助产士,通过问卷调查及数据分析,了解他们在2009—2020年间参加助产士培训的情况以及对临床实操技能掌握的自评现况。结果 本研究共调查481名助产士,大部分来自三级医院,平均拥有9(5,15)年的助产工作经验,根据其工作年限和经验分别参加初级、中级和(或)高级培训,以参加一次初级或中级培训居多。助产士未参加培训的主要原因为医院人员不足和新入职。临床实操技能掌握自评现况分析显示,助产士初、中级母儿急救实操技能亟待加强,中级培训的助产士带教能力需提升。不同职称助产士的实操技能自评分数比较差异有统计学意义(Z=9.23,P=0.026)。结论 深圳市助产士对于初级培训和中级培训的参与度较高,但对部分临床实操技能的掌握仍存在不足,有必要进一步强化助产士临床实操技能培养,以全面满足孕产妇的健康需求。
Objective To understand the current state of midwifery training in Shenzhen,providing insights for the enhancement of future midwifery training programs.Methods Using a convenience cluster sampling method,midwives working in obstetric medical institutions in Shenzhen in 2022 were selected.Through questionnaire surveys and data analysis,the participation in midwifery training from 2009 to 2020 was examined along with their self-assessment of mastery over clinical practical skills.Results A total of 481 midwives,mostly from tertiary hospitals,with an average of 9(5,15)years of midwifery experience,were surveyed in this study and participated in primary,intermediate and/or advanced training according to their years of experience and years of work,with the majority participating in primary or intermediate training once.The main reasons for midwives not attending training were insufficient hospital staff and new recruits.The analysis of the self-assessment of the mastery of clinical practical skills showed that the practical skills of midwives in maternal and pediatric emergencies at the primary and intermediate levels needed to be strengthened,and the teaching ability of midwives with intermediate training needed to be improved.There was a difference in the self-rating of practical skills among midwives of different titles(Z=9.23,P=0.026).Conclusions Though participation in primary and intermediate midwifery training in Shenzhen City is high,there remains a deficiency in mastering specific clinical practical skills.This research suggests that there’s a pressing need to further enhance the practical clinical skill training for midwives to comprehensively meet the health needs of pregnant and postnatal women.
目的 探讨间歇经口至食管管饲法与自创吞咽功能训练联合应用于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的效果。方法 选取河南大学淮河医院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的50例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,应用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各25例。对照组采取持续留置鼻饲的同时应用自创吞咽功能训练进行训练,观察组采取间歇经口至食管管饲的同时应用自创吞咽功能训练进行训练。对比两组吞咽障碍改善情况、干预前后营养状况指标及生活质量变化,比较两组并发症发生率。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组血清总蛋白、白蛋白和血红蛋白水平和体质量指数均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组生活质量综合评定量表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者采取间歇经口至食管管饲法与自创吞咽功能训练,能够更有效改善患者吞咽功能,提升其生活质量,且可降低留置饲管营养支持过程中的并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of intermittent oral to esophageal feeding combined with self created swallowing function training exercises in stroke patients with swallowing disorders.Methods Fifty stroke patients with swallowing disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,both with 25 cases.Control group patients received continuous nasogastric feeding while using solf created swallowing function training exercises for training,while observation group patients received intermittent oral to oesophageal tube feeding and using solf created swallowing function training exercises for training.The improvement of swallowing disorders,changes in nutritional status indicators and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared,and also the frequency of complications.Results The observation group was generally more effective than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum total protein,albumin hemoglobin,and BMI levels of both groups of patients increased,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,GQOLI-74 score increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions The intervention method of intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding combined with self created swallowing function training exercises can further improve the swallowing function of stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction,improve their quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications during the nutritional support process of feeding tubes.
目的 探讨综合呼吸康复训练对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期(AECOPD)患者的临床症状、生活质量、活动能力、肺功能、肺康复依从性的影响。方法 纳入70 例AECOPD 患者,随机数字分为对照组(n=35)和干预组(n=35),对照组在常规治疗基础上予缩唇腹式呼吸功能锻炼,干预组在常规治疗基础上进行综合呼吸康复训练,干预前后采用慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)调查问卷、改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸问卷(mMRC)、肺功能第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)预计值进行评估。结果 对照组呼吸康复训练前后CAT评分、mMRC量表呼吸困难评级比较差异均有统计学意义(t=16.781,t=8.103,均P<0.001);干预组呼吸康复训练前后CAT评分、mMRC呼吸困难评级比较差异也均有统计学意义(t=24.035,t=15.938,均P<0.001);干预组患者的CAT评分、mMRC量表呼吸困难评级较对照组下降明显。结论 综合呼吸康复训练能有效改善 AECOPD 患者临床症状、增强患者活动能力、提高生活质量、提高肺康复依从性。
Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive respiratory rehabilitation training on clinical symptoms,quality of life,activity ability,lung function and compliance of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Seventy patients with AECOPD were included and randomly divided into control group(n=35)and intervention group(n=35).The control group was given routine treatment and respiratory muscle function exercise.The intervention group was given routine treatment and comprehensive respiratory rehabilitation training.COPD Assessment Test(CAT),modified Medical Research Council Scale(mMRC)and FEV1 predicted value of lung function were used to evaluate before and after intervention.Results In the control group,differences of CAT score and mMRC score were significant(t=16.781,t=8.103,P<0.001)before and after respiratory rehabilitation training.In the intervention group,the CAT score before and after respiratory rehabilitation training showed a 0.01 level of significance(t=24.035,P<0.001),and the mMRC score before and after training showed a 0.01 level of significance(t=15.938,P<0.001).There were significant differences between control group and intervention group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,CAT score and mMRC score were significantly lower in the intervention group.Conclusions Comprehensive respiratory rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of AECOPD patients,enhance the activity ability of patients,improve the quality of life,and improve the compliance of patients to perform pulmonary rehabilitation.
目的 探讨本体感觉训练联合等速肌力训练对早期膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者的应用效果。方法 选择郑州市骨科医院2022年5月—2023年5月收治的120例早期膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,将所有对象进行编号,采用简单随机方法分成研究组和对照组,每组各60例,两组均接受常规治疗,对照组在此基础上接受等速肌力训练,研究组在对照组基础上联合应用本体感觉训练,比较两组治疗前和治疗6周后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、膝关节伸屈肌群峰力矩(PT)、关节功能以及本体感觉。结果 治疗后研究组VAS评分为(1.33±0.31)分,对照组为(2.05±0.34)分,研究组低于对照组(t=12.121,P<0.05);治疗后两组膝关节伸、屈肌群PT均较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),研究组大于对照组(t1=2.696,t2=3.360,P<0.05);治疗后研究组WOMAC评分为(24.58±5.14)分,对照组为(26.85±5.11)分,研究组低于对照组(t=2.426,P<0.001),研究组Lequesne指数为(6.55±1.21)分,对照组为(7.02±1.25)分,研究组低于对照组(t=2.093,P<0.001);治疗后研究组平均轨迹误差为(21.35±5.96)%,对照组为(24.06±5.88)%,研究组改善程度优于对照组(t=2.507,P<0.001),研究组平均负重力量差为(0.77±0.22)kg,对照组为(1.01±0.24)kg,研究组改善程度明显优于对照组(t=5.710,P<0.001)。结论 本体感觉训练联合等速肌力训练可以显著提升早期膝骨关节炎患者肌力,改善关节功能和本体感觉作用明显,适合推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of proprioceptive training combined with isokinetic muscle strength training on early knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with early knee osteoarthritis admitted to a hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All subjects were numbered and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,while the control group received isokinetic muscle strength training additionally.The experimental group received proprioceptive training in addition to the control group treatment.After 6 weeks of treatment,compare the pain situation,peak torque(PT)of knee extensor and flexor muscles,joint function,and proprioception before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(t=12.121,P<0.05).After treatment,the PT of the knee joint extensor and flexor muscle groups in both groups significantly increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly larger than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC score and Lequesne index of the two groups significantly decreased compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average trajectory error and average weight difference between the two groups were significantly smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the experimental group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion sThe combination of proprioceptive training and isokinetic muscle strength training can significantly improve muscle strength,joint function,and proprioceptive sensation in patients with early knee osteoarthritis,making it suitable for promotion.
